    Ben was born and raised in Charlottesville, Va. He went to Penn State and got his degree in Meteorology. He was doing TV weather for a number of years before he decided to get into real estate   While Greg is raised in Staunton, VA. Majored in Finance & Economics then became a realtor to learn about RE investing but quickly learned that wasn't the route. Worked in F&B in the early 20s before starting the investing journey with Ben around 26.   Greg and Ben used to wholesale almost exclusively. They took a long pause around 2016 and asked themselves what they want for their lives.
