Won bespricht die Finanzierungsrunde von Ostrom und der geplante Börsengang von Brand Engagement Network (BEN).Ostrom, ein Berliner Unternehmen, erhält weitere 7,5 Millionen Euro, um eine grüne Energiewende in Europa zu beschleunigen. Die Investitionsrunde wurde von SE Ventures, einem von Schneider Electric unterstützten Risikokapitalfonds, angeführt und umfasste auch die Beteiligung bestehender Investoren, wie Union Square Ventures, Adjacent, J12 und Übermorgen. Damit erhöhte sich die Series-A-Finanzierungsrunde von Ostrom auf 16,8 Millionen Euro. Ostrom möchte mit den Mittel das Produktangebot, insbesondere im Bereich der Heimspeicher- und Solarlösungen, erweitern und sich im Bereich der virtuellen Kraftwerke weiterentwickeln.Das KI-Unternehmen Brand Engagement Network (BEN) plant, über einen SPAC-Deal an die Börse zu gehen. Durch die Fusion mit DHC Acquisition Corp wird BEN mit 358 Millionen US-Dollar bewertet. BEN bietet KI-gesteuerte Chatbots und Technologie für Unternehmen in verschiedenen Branchen an und unterstützt sie unter anderem bei der Verhinderung von Datenlecks und der Identitätsüberprüfung. Mit der Transaktion wird das kombinierte Unternehmen den Namen BEN tragen und an der Nasdaq unter dem Kürzel "BNAI" notiert sein.

Justin Hayet is the COO of Bnai Zion, aiming to accelerate Israel's growth and perpetuate social impact through partnerships and meaningful projects. He is a very young leader (28) who made an aliya a year ago and currently lives in Tel Aviv. Previous to that he worked at the UN as a senior strategic consultant for Dani Danon. He used to give him tips before meetings, comments on his speeches and had a major input in building strategic plans. Justin describes those years as "the proximity of power".

Interview with former Montreal Councilman and current Canadian Bnai Brith leader, Marvin Rotrand, to discuss antisemitic Palestinianist activism at the University of Toronto and the Toronto school System. On the University of Toronto Campus, The Student Union of Toronto at Scarborough passed a resolution in support of BDS, calling on the University to sever all ties with ANY organization they deem supports the state of Israel. This included ending Kosher catering for the University's Jewish students. In May of 2021, Jewish students at the U of T Medical school filed a complaint alleging defamatory and libelous comments directed at them from fellow medical students and faculty. Adding insult to injury, the school's “anti-discrimination” czar, Ritika Goel, is a BDS supporter who has called support for Israel, a “barbaric cultural practice.”Earlier this December, a Jewish Toronto District School Board Trustee named Alexandra Lulka, who raised the alarms over antisemitic material distributed by another trustee, was the target of a Censure for calling out the antisemitism, which was acknowledged by the  “Integrity Commissioner.”
