We can't wait to experience miracles with you! Welcome to a new episode of the Future Generations Podcast! Join us with Dr. Bob Sears, a pediatrician of nearly 30 years from Dana Point, CA and author of The Vaccine Book. Once a conventional, CDC‑trusting doctor, Dr. Sears shares how his perspective shifted as he encountered vaccine injuries and dug into the actual data behind risks and benefits. They explore what truly makes a "good pediatrician" today—one who honors informed consent, partners with parents regardless of their vaccine choices, and understands natural and holistic options for children's health. The discussion dives into the recent ACIP move on the hepatitis B shot at birth, how states like California may resist those changes, and the growing legal and constitutional battles around mandates and religious exemptions. Highlights: "My mission is to ensure that parents all over the world have access to objective, truthful, undoctored advice and informed consent on vaccines." "A good pediatrician is one that listens to the parents… I'm here to serve you and help you in your journey, not to tell you what to do." "We're vaccinating everyone for a disease that might infect one in 7 million kids." "Doctors normalize reactions like encephalitis because they're happening so often. It's become expected, and that's terrifying." Recently, at the Katie Ledecky Invite, a swim meet hosted by Nation's Capital Swim Club and named for their most notable alumna, history was made. Katie Ledecky herself participated in the last night of competition, swimming in the 1,650 freestyle. The 14x Olympic medalist wowed her hometown crowd as she threw down a monstrous 14:59.62, breaking her own American and US Open records in the event and making her the first woman in history to dip under the 15-minute barrier. This swim not only rippled across the entire current swimming landscape, but it will undoubtedly inspire swimmers for years to come. SwimSwam spoke with two young girls, Milly Birch and Emma Stein, who were at the venue during this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Milly, 14, swam in the lane next to Katie during the 1,650 while Emma, 11, was on deck watching with her friends. Listen to how Katie Ledecky is not only breaking down barriers for herself, but showing many more that they can do the same.

In this conversation, Dr. Stanton Hom sits down with Jamie Lee, a trauma-forged, intuition-led mother who has become a leading voice in the Heavy Metal Detox Mom Movement. Jamie shares her powerful origin story and walks us through her daughter's early developmental delays, the intense pressure to vaccinate, the dismissive responses from pediatricians, and the moment she said "enough" and took healing into her own hands. Together, they unpack how children are programmed by media, pharma marketing, and the medical system, why speech delays, regressions, ADHD, eczema, and "autism" have been normalized but are not normal, Jamie's experience with heavy metal detox, fulvic, zeolite, and gut healing, and much more! If you're a parent questioning the narrative, feeling the intuitive nudge that "something's off," and wanting practical solutions, this episode will both challenge and empower you. In this riveting conversation, West Point graduate, Iraq veteran, and pediatric chiropractor Dr. Stanton Hom shares how he went from a “clean bill of health” on paper to a body and nervous system in crisis and how surfing, sunlight, grounding, and neurologically focused chiropractic care completely reset his life. He and Ginny dig into why over half of kids now have at least one chronic illness, how belief systems about genes and medicine quietly shape our parenting, and why so many teens say they “feel old” long before adulthood. They also talk about birth culture, homebirth vs. hospital norms, the pressure around pediatric visits and heel-prick tests, and why it can feel tyrannical when parents are punished for asking questions or wanting slower, more thoughtful care. Dr. Stan paints a hopeful, practical path forward: freedom-focused care that helps families need the system less over time, protects informed consent, and puts the nervous system back at the center. He explains how spinal health, heart rate variability, and movement (including unstructured play and time in nature) act as powerful epigenetic inputs that can change the trajectory of a child's health and even a family tree. If you've ever felt uneasy about “standard of care,” or wondered why your outdoor kids seem to skip so many of today's common problems, this episode will give you language, courage, and a roadmap. After decades inside the system, he got fed up with the way modern obstetrics treats birth like a medical emergency instead of a natural human event. Today, he's one of the few OBs who still attends home births, including breech and twin deliveries .. things most doctors won't even consider. He's the host of the Birthing Instincts Podcast, where he and midwife Blyss Young talk openly about birth freedom, informed consent, and what's broken in the maternity care system. In this episode of The Modern Man Podcast, host Ted Phaeton engages with Rick Walker, author of 'Nine Steps to Build a Life of Meaning.' They discuss the importance of family, the challenges young men face today, and the necessity of embracing failure as a pathway to growth. Rick shares practical advice for daily improvement, the value of reading old books, and how facing fears can lead to personal development. The conversation emphasizes the significance of community, accountability, and the pursuit of a meaningful life. Takeaways Too many men are winning on paper, but losing themselves. The most important thing we do is who we raise. Life is merely a string of failures with occasional moments of perfection. Pain ultimately becomes the only pathway to joy. The purpose of a good man is to invade the evil that he sees around him. The two shall become one, it doesn't say that you stop being one flesh. The thing that you least want to do is the thing you most need to do next. If you don't know what you want, find out what you don't want to exist. The older the sage, the quicker the solution. If one man's done it, another man can do it. Watch on YouTube → https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DoaS6eftXdY John Stryker "Tilt" Meyer was a Green Beret team leader with MAC-V SOG, running top-secret recon missions across the fence into Laos, Cambodia, and North Vietnam. His six-man teams faced hundreds of enemy soldiers in triple-canopy jungle, extracted under heavy fire every single time, and carried the weight of stories they couldn't tell for two decades. In this raw conversation, John shares what it means to earn a Green Beret, how faith carried him through moments when the math said he shouldn't survive, and why he's spent years making sure the courage of his brothers, especially the 98 Green Berets still missing in action, is never forgotten. We talk about the NVA soldier who touched his boot and walked away, the Christmas Day extraction where helicopter blades held back flames, divine intervention in the jungle, losing his son in 2020, and the sacred duty to get the story right. This is about vulnerability under fire, brotherhood that transcends decades, and what happens when you finally break a silence that lasted 20 years. ABOUT THE GUEST John Stryker "Tilt" Meyer is a Green Beret veteran who served with MAC-V SOG during the Vietnam War, running classified cross-border recon missions from 1968-1969. Millions of women struggle with infertility worldwide. And if you're one of them, you're not alone. But in this inspiring episode, I sit down with the brilliant Dr. Ann Shippy to unpack the growing fertility crisis—and more importantly, what you can do to turn things around. Dr. Shippy shares how the integrative and functional medicine approach helps women heal their gut, support detoxification, manage stress, and supercharge their mitochondria to naturally boost fertility and have healthier pregnancies. We also dive into the world of epigenetics—how the choices you make before conception can literally shape how your baby's genes are expressed for lifelong health. Dr. Shippy's message is clear: preconception care isn't just about getting pregnant, it's about setting up the next generation for success. Whether you're in your 20s, 30s, or 40s, taking time to optimize your health before conceiving can make all the difference for you AND your baby. Tune in to learn how intentional steps today can lead to healthier pregnancies, thriving babies, and an empowered path to motherhood. Dr. Ann Shippy Dr. Ann Shippy is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and certified Functional Medicine practitioner. Before entering the world of medicine, Dr. Shippy spent years as a chemical engineer—a role that shaped her precision-driven, systems-based approach to health. Her transition to medicine was born from personal health struggles and a desire to uncover the root causes of illness rather than treating just symptoms alone. As the founder of Every Baby Well, Dr. Shippy empowers couples to prepare for healthy pregnancies through science-backed protocols, lab testing, and functional strategies. Motivated by the rising rates of chronic illness and developmental challenges in children, she authored The Preconception Revolution: A Science-Backed Path to Your Fertility and Generational Health, a practical and hopeful guide to optimizing health before conception. IN THIS EPISODE How changes in lifestyle can alter fertility AND epigenetics Functional medicine approaches for boosting fertility The importance of healthy preconception practices for fertility and the long-term health of your children Getting your partner involved for preconception success Non-negotiable supplements in addition to your prenatal Why a 90-day+ detoxification can boost conception success Practical lifestyle and nutrition recommendations for fertility The numbers and science behind the current fertility crisis QUOTES“What I realized is that as we're improving fertility, we're also changing something called epigenetics– how the genes are getting expressed, the little time capsules that are being passed on to the babies with the egg and the sperm, and it would help the kids be healthier.” “What I hope happens with this message is that even people in their 20s have access to this information about how important it is for them to have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby. “ RESOURCES MENTIONED Pre-order Dr. Ann Shippy's Book: The Preconception Revolution https://annshippymd.com/the-preconception-revolution/ Pre-order The Preconception Revolution on Amazon https://amzn.to/43aDxH5 Dr. Ann Shippy's Website Every Baby Well Website Dr. Ann Shippy on Instagram RELATED EPISODES #530: The Critical Role That Nutrient Deficiencies Play In Fertility and Conception And How To Close The Gap with Lisa Dreher #428: The Most Important Solutions To Implement to Protect Our Fertility with Dr. Christiane Northrup 688: Unlock Cellular Energy and Longevity with Urolithin A + Mitochondrial Optimization with Jen Scheinman 683: Aging in Reverse: How Women Over 40 Can Boost Energy, Lose Weight & Rewrite Their Story with Natalie Jill

Family traditions are powerful threads that connect generations — reminders of who we are, where we’ve come from, and how God has worked in our story. In today’s prayer devotional, Rachael Adams, host of The Love Offering, reflects on her grandmother “Munder” and the beautiful ways her faith and love continue to shape family gatherings even after she’s gone. Through recipes, celebrations, and stories, Rachael’s family keeps alive both her memory and the message of God’s goodness. In Scripture, God Himself established holy days and traditions so His people would continually remember His faithfulness. These rhythms of remembrance weren’t just rituals — they were living testimonies passed from one generation to the next. As we create and continue our own family traditions, we, too, can honor God by making Him the center of our celebrations. May this prayer inspire you to celebrate God’s work in your life, preserve your faith heritage, and intentionally pass it on — so that future generations will know and love the Lord. Today's Bible Reading:“This is a day you are to commemorate; for the generations to come you shall celebrate it as a festival to the LORD—a lasting ordinance.” – Exodus 12:14
