We live in a society where instant gratification has become the norm. For some reason, leadership has become something that is now a fast-track exercise. Global surveys on leadership, as well as employee feedback, show that the fast track isn't working. Quite frankly, it never has.Too often, leaders are attempting to fast-track their careers without taking the necessary time to develop their skills and gain valuable experience. This can lead to problems down the line, as they may not have the necessary understanding and expertise to effectively lead a team or organization. Leaders need to be patient and put in the hard work to truly earn their position, rather than rushing to the top without putting in the necessary effort. By taking the time to develop their skills and gain experience, leaders can ensure that they are well-equipped to handle the challenges and responsibilities that come with their role.Rich and Maikel talk about real leadership and why skipping the express elevator to the top has real merit on this episode of Mainline Executive Coaching ACT. Thank you to all of our listeners in over 70 countries and 600 cities worldwide, we greatly appreciate your support! We truly hope that what we bring to our listeners will improve your ability as leaders.Leaders, Lead Well!Mainline Executive Coaching ACT has been recognized by FeedSpot as the top Executive Coaching Podcast in the world based on thousands of podcasts on the web and ranked by traffic, social media, followers & freshness.https://blog.feedspot.com/executive_coaching_podcasts/Sign up for our newsletter:https://www.richbaronexecutivecoaching.com/contactDownload our document on the Hottest Item in Business Today.https://www.richbaronexecutivecoaching.com/resources2fbc974dRich Baron:rbaron@richbaronexecutivecoaching.comhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/rich-baron/https://www.richbaronexecutivecoaching.com/Maikel Bailey:mbailey@intelligentleadershipec.comhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/maikelbailey/https://maikelbailey.com/

*In this article I intentionnally use the 3 pronouns, as Emmanuel defines himself. Did you ever move up the ladder quickly and find that something isn't exactly as you imagined? Emmanuel had just moved up to a Director of Studies position and found that the learning curve was very steep and that the communications with their superiors were conflictual, which brought forward a feeling of vulnerability. Shortly after our sessions began, ingrained beliefs surfaced and quickly it became clear that they were having an impact on Emmanuel's communication style and relationships. Now an entrepreneur and PhD candidate, Emmanuel's life has taken a whole new turn. This is a beautiful story full of wisdom. I also offer you an incursion into the heart of non-binary people's challenges, which also pushed me to adjust my vocabulary and my approach and thus expand my own area of competence. Emmanuel shares with us the evolution of the two beliefs that kept them in a kind of inertia and constant fatigue. ‘'People are sick and can't take care of themselves.'' ''Nothing is worthwhile, everything is so bad, no matter what you do, it won't help.'' Changing these beliefs led them to take action and above all to see that the external projection was in fact a manifestation of what was happening inside. Fascinating encounter! Emmanuel Martin-Jean has been working in the field of higher education for over ten years. They have worked with different types of students, at different professional levels, and is now interested in improving the level of universal accessibility of educational systems. They are now a consultant and researcher and co-develop empowering and inclusive learning spaces.
This week we have a Vinyl Only episode with our Russian friend Kirill Kalashnikov aka Wyro. Kirill started making beats back in distant 1999 while he was living in siberian city Surgut. Surrounded by snow and cold winter wind he started exploring Fast Tracker software and building his unique music style - warm and calm as summer night. His first love was atmospheric jungle and drum&bass and his first tracks were made in this exact genre but after years of musical experiments, hundreds of gigs around the world and releases on such respected d&b labels as Med School, Fokuz, Covert Operations, Formation and Blu Saphir he had successfully switched to deep Techno and House. Today his various tunes are being played by a very wide spectre of artists. You can hear his minimal tracks in sets of Raresh, Nu Zau and Janeret, his progressive deep house is played by Guy J, Mihai Popoviciu and Mark Popcke, his breakbeat and bass experiments - by Leeroy Thornhill and Justin Martin. Apart from making music Kirill is running a vinyl only label Инженер (Engineer) and working as a CEO of Tramplin.Pro electronic music school (branches in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Ekaterinburg). The track form AUX88 has a lot of futuristic sounds and also “the flow” from Model 500 was the same. The tracks give me a big numbers of new feelings. The next two tracks are an electro sounds from 2 years ago and i selected it because they are awesome for me and i like to combinate with techno tracks when i play music. And the last four tracks that i created I selected it because they was really important in my life and each of the tracks was in different moments of my life and they changed it. 2.-My first discovery was when i was very young. I start to listening a lot of tracks and a lots of videos on tv, and i feel that the only thing i cared about in this moment was the music. that was when i discovery it will be my passion. 3.-I learned music since i was a child and I started to play piano when i was 9 years old, and after that all of my knowledge was dedicated to make this kind of music. 4.-My first keyboard was a Big KORG and it was really difficult to use for structures. After that i start to use the first Trackers like Fast Tracker with a hexadecimal system for composition. 5.- I dont have pattern for create music. Usually i start to compose depending of my mood, and that is was sets the final results of my tracks. 6.- In my country (Spain) is a very good scene because everyday a lot of new artist with big quality appears. We are lucky to have this musical culture. 7.- For the future I have in mind to keep working on my records labels and continues producing music. 8.- Nothing more. Just enjoy the music and keep working Day by Day, i would like to say it was a pleasure for me to be in Bass Agenda

Peter Maloca, Blueye Vision Tech & GETOCT.COM. ->visit Blueye Vision Tech GETOCT.COM was given the opportunity as a first party in Switzerland to test the brand new Cirrus 5000 from Zeiss Switzerland. Already the Cirrus 4000 showed its intuitive, compact dimensions, a nice designed user interface and a great robustness. Thus, the Cirrus 4000 had 7 years worked daily without any fail! This is a very nice performance for a computer, for a highly complex optical coherence (OCT) scanner it is almost a miracle. The new Cirrus 5000 system features a modernized system based on a fast Windows 7 computer with much more faster processing and OCT camera system, a larger viewing monitor and a wireless mouse and keyboard. Rod B. & Alvaro Garfunk bring you the Miami Underground Movement He was born on the 6th of January 1980 in Budapest, then he moved to the countryside with his family at the age of ten. His father’s love of music also infected him in his early years. During the primary school years he learnt playing on synthesizer. Then in the age of 15 he got his first computer, but in the beginning he only played onto that, but later he discovered the other possibilities of the computer. In the years about 1996/1997 between the walls of the legendary discotheque Flört, he got to know the music which was embedded his memory forever (Quench-Dreams). He wrote his first musics in the way of Fast Tracker, which wasn’t an acceptable quality at the time. Spending a lot of years with playing music and working hard, his work slowly but surely bore its fruit. By the time he felt himself to be ready to show his works to other people, 5 years has passed. In 2000 he wrote the song “Across the sahara”, wich has also played by Mo Shic and later has been released by Sauna Recordings. Getting enthusiastic on this success he sent more and more tracks to the Israelian artist, therefore in december 2001 Mo Shic asked him to make an exclusive music, what Mo Shic announced on his cd “DJ Mag World Series – Mixed by Mo Shic” in England. After this publishments, several positive feedbacks, the love and appreciation of the people made him to go further on this way. He made a remix to the Hungarian CHI Recordings, and a common music with Andro, which got the title “She is my destiny” and became the last track of the cd “Progressive Sounds of Budapest – Mixed by Kühl & Monkz”. Later he worked together with Andro, which became the track “Liquid State & Solid State” and announced by the Italian Screen Recordings. In 2005 three of his own bakelites came out the titles of “Alterna”, “Fields”, and “Circular”. In the meantime he appeared on several compilation albums such as “Sog Files”, “Inception”, “Budapest Parade 2003”, “Budapest Parade 2004” and on mix albums of some world famous djs like: Hernan Cattaneo, Andrew K, DJ 19 and Tomas Haverlik. He has started his dj career in 2003. During his only one and a half year-long career he already has played in whole Hungary. He has played many times on abroad in the Emirates, Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, and they invite Snake back time to time. In 2005 at the voting of the Partycom Evote, ‘Snake Sedrick & Khans – Circular’ won the ‘track of the year’ title. In the meantime he was continuously making new tracks and remixes, and with his Slovakian friend, Peter, they established the Tilth Music digital label, where he plays an important role as A&R. For the ask of the American Proton Radio, Andro, Yvel & Tristan and Snake Sedrick has started their monthly 4 hour-show, which got the title Indigo.
