Listen as Larry blends together the understanding of an omnipresent and neutral Energy we all God (God-Stuff) and how to give it shape and form within our lives - not accidentally, but on purpose with specifics as to what our mind can conceive, this is the process that is called Faith, not hope. Why forgiveness? Because unforgiveness is an energy that is a blockage to the flow of our dreams into tangible form.If you are guided to share a gift of appreciation for these podcasts please follow the link below.Support the Show.
At the Last Supper, Jesus sits down with his disciples to drill into them the most fundamental and important things he wants to remember. This week, we look at a block of Jesus' teaching that tells us some very important basics: what Jesus offers, how we get it, and how we share it with others. Recorded February 4, 2024.

Today marks a pivotal point for the God Stuff podcast as we reach Episode 165. Yes, dear friends, this is our final episode. This decision wasn't made lightly; it's the culmination of deep reflection and consideration of the best way to invest my time. Despite the twinge of sadness, there is also a sense of relief and peace. The journey of the God Stuff podcast has been unforgettable, going bigger, better, and deeper in our understanding of Christ, Scripture, and our bond with God. While this chapter closes, our shared journey doesn't end here. You can still be part of the spiritual journey on YouTube (youtube.com/PathwayChurchRedding) where my preaching continues, and at the Veritas School where I teach regularly. Let's continue to delve into the truth together. Remember, keep the Word of God at the center of your life. Hold the gospel close to your heart, and let its truth guide you beyond emotions, cultural dictates, and anything else that may divert your path. I can't express how grateful I am for each of you, your support, your kind words, and your shared faith. As we wrap up the God Stuff podcast, I want to encourage you to stay in touch. Your journey is my journey, and my ministry continues. So, here's to the love and wisdom we've shared and to the exciting road ahead. Stay blessed, stay inspired, and continue living our faith to the fullest. God Bless! What gives me hope for living is God. He has carried me when I couldn't walk, He is my eyes when I cannot see and He is the love that feeds my soul everyday. He has given me purpose and taught me how to love others. He gives me courage to chase my dreams and I know He will will protect me and provide for me the rest of my life on earth. Here are some of my favorite verses that give me hope. Psalm 34:18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 119:105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. John 13:34 A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 1 Corinthians 13:13 And now abide by these three things: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. God is the greatest unconditional love humanity can ever experience. God's Love is the greatest tool against negativity or hate. God's love can took me out of my self destructive life and gave me a reason to live. I love you God. God Bless. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/krystine-heifort/message

"Christ died for our sins." (1 Corinthians 15:3) Christ died -- that's history. A horrible event we talked about in God Stuff podcast #11. For our sins -- that's theology. That's the meaning of his death. This little bit of history plus this little bit of theology put together equals the gospel. The good news. In this episode of God Stuff, Bill and Todd talk about the theology of the Cross. You will learn about atonement, expiation, justification, redemption, and regeneration. But don't let the big words scare you off! Because we will also talk about how each of these doctrines is designed by God to heal brokenness in your psychology too! Not only are you saved by Christ's Cross, your heart it also made whole! You can download the companion Barrier Chart that goes with today's episode by filling in the box below. Thanks. In this episode, I'm joined by two awesome guests: Tim Hawkins, the Worship Pastor at Neighborhood Church, and Mark Toney, our Young Adults Pastor. We're talking about Young Adults and the Church. What are some of the struggles, and what are some of the questions. We talk issues of truth, inter-generational dynamics, and sexuality. Mark brings questions from our young adults ministry, and it's a great conversation. The book mentioned in the podcast is called Christians Are Hate-Filled Hypocrites and other Lies You've Been Told, by Bradley Wright. You can find it here on Amazon. Here are some surprises you'll find: • Evangelicals are more respected by society today than they were twenty years ago. • Divorce rates of Christian couples are lower than those of nonbelievers. • The percentage of young people who attend church has held steady over the past twenty years. All these statements are true, yet we've been told the opposite time and time again. Why is the church being misled? And what is the true state of Christianity in America today? Sociologist Brad Wright shatters popular myths by sifting through the best available data. He reveals how Christians are doing when it comes to everything from marriage and morality to church growth and public perception. While not all the news is good, it turns out there is a wealth of encouraging information that we're not being told. Get the truth behind the statistics you've been hearing and how the numbers are being manipulated, and discover what is really happening in American Christianity. Please spread the word about God Stuff by sharing this post, subscribing on your favorite platform, and leaving a review on iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, or wherever you listen! Thanks.

Last week we touched on a couple of the creative processes that He seems to use over and over again. Creating something where previously there was nothing, and then bringing order into the chaos that comes from that initial flourish of creativity. The very next thing He does? He grows stuff. Plants, vegetables, trees with fruit, stuff with roots. This week we’re going to explore God-the-gardener and consider what it means to tend growing things, to trust in the invisible behind-the-scenes processes that ultimately lead to healthy, delicious fruit. And the bible has amazing things to say about fruit!

Today's episode discusses the role that spirituality and religion plays in our lives. I begin a conversation about my own spiritual journey by sharing the story of my confirmation in the lutheran church (aka Catholic without the fun stuff like drinking and gambling,) and how it served to create the opposite of "confirmation" of faith for me.I talk about the rest of my spiritual journey and how it relates to our relationship with our parents, specifically our fathers. Finally, we explore the parallels between our relationship to our parents and our relationship to God/Spirit/Universe, or as my longtime friend and mentor, Jodi Larson, might call it: "The Blueberry Muffin in the Sky."Learn more at absentfatherproject.com | rodneymueller.comEmail me at me@rodneymueller.comTheme song written and performed by Scott Ginsberg.www.scottginsberg.com

AUGUST 9, 2017 - BUH-DUN-DUN-DUH-NUH! From the Comedy News Headquarters on the Internet, it's THE DAILY SHOW WEEKLY, hosted by Vic Shuttee and Chandler Dean. It’s a week marred by highs and lows – The Daily Show makes some really smart decisions like sending Nancy Walls and Stacey Grenrock-Woods into the field together for some girl-with-girl political coverage, including some facetime with Veep Al Gore. Also, Michael Blieden turns in his final Ad Nausium and while we’re sad to see him leave personally, it’s no doubt a good sign for the show. But there’s also a bit of content sharing going on – Stacey enters Beth Littleford territory with a wacky Rip Taylor interview, and Lewis Black does his best This Week In Hate impression as Tom Shilue plays hooky. But perhaps in the BIGGEST REVELATION OF THE DAILY SHOW WEEKLY YET, the boys question their sanity after some shocking external news about God Stuff’s John Bloom and he-who-must-not-be-excess. It’s a world-shaker, so strap in. Also, a man drinks water via his penis. Nothing to see here. Selma Blair, Peter Krause, and Jenny McCarthy guest, while David Arquette puts the green in greenroom… HE’S HIGH, PEOPLE.The Daily Show Weekly is an unofficial fan podcast designed to serve as a critical companion to the original series, which can be watched in clips at CC.com. Leddy Hammock (inspired by lyrics by David Roth, Lisa Aschmann, and J.D. Martin) We are spiritual beings, currently going through a human experience on the way to an infinite unfoldment. We are made of hopes and dreams. We are the stuff of stars. Everything and every creature began as a divine idea in the mind of God. We are children of God. We are God’s ideas. We are the stuff of stars. We are the stuff of stars. The world is made of “God-Stuff” – radiant with God-Life. We are made of Spirit. We are the stuff of stars. No challenge can extinguish who we are. Never underestimate the power and speed of light. We’re the stuff that stars are made of. We are the stuff of stars.

This week Aimee-Beth Diamond returns to revisit the inexplicably well-known band Alien Ant Farm and their single "Movies." We bask in the glory of living adjacent to these guys and argue about whether the singer's annoying stage presence and persistent vocal tic are a result of an overabundance or extreme lack of confidence. Also: We do a tight 15 minutes on the singer's hair, fat bass guitar impressions, and Aimee remembers getting felt-up by a future christian. Good music: The Strokes' Is This It
