We continue discussing the media's role in covering up former President Joe Biden's cognitive decline—a topic that's gaining traction as more voices come forward with admissions of what they knew behind the scenes. One particularly revealing moment came during a conversation between Jon Lovett, former Obama speechwriter and co-host of Pod Save America, and comedian Jon Stewart. Lovett admitted that he was aware of Biden's mental decline but chose to continue supporting him anyway, saying it was because he “cared about the country.” That statement raises a critical question: Is suppressing the truth in service of a political agenda really patriotic, or does it erode public trust even further? We unpack the implications of this mindset and what it says about the relationship between media, politics, and accountability. Tonight is Game 4 for the Knicks and Pacers and calls came in about people surprisingly wanting the Knicks coach fired, despite their run to the Eastern Conference Finals. Jerry provided an update with OG Anunoby on the Knicks' Game 3 win, and Kevin Harlan's funny "I'm wet, I'm dirty" comment from Game 2. Bill Simmons had Jon Stewart on his podcast where they talked about WFAN, Mike & The Maddog, and "two bald guys." The Yankees beat the Angels thanks to an Anthony Volpe bases-clearing double, making them 13 games over .500, and the Mets won on a Francisco Lindor sac fly, with Gary Cohen on the call. There were also furries in the crowd. Finally they discussed the missing Larry Johnson 4-point ball and more about the furries.
Hour 1 The Knicks took Game 3 on Sunday, with Brunson and Hart leading the charge. They look to continue their road winning streak tonight in Indiana, where Tyrese Haliburton's dad will be in attendance. Jerry provided an update, noting Charles Barkley had counted the Knicks out when they were down 13. In baseball, the Yankees defeated the Angels, and the Mets beat the White Sox on a Francisco Lindor sac fly. Gio avoided the norovirus, unlike his daughter, and Stephen Waldron is out due to an appendectomy. Finally, Pablo Torre rented the Airbnb where the Bill Belichick Ring camera footage was taken. Hour 2 Tonight is Game 4 for the Knicks and Pacers and calls came in about people surprisingly wanting the Knicks coach fired, despite their run to the Eastern Conference Finals. Jerry provided an update with OG Anunoby on the Knicks' Game 3 win, and Kevin Harlan's funny "I'm wet, I'm dirty" comment from Game 2. Bill Simmons had Jon Stewart on his podcast where they talked about WFAN, Mike & The Maddog, and "two bald guys." There were also furries in the crowd. Finally they discussed the missing Larry Johnson 4-point ball and more about the furries. Hour 3 Tonight's Knicks-Pacers Game 4 is being hyped as another "biggest game in 25 years." A caller who caught Boomer's football from Friday weighed in, and questions arose about how "furries" got into Citi Field. Jerry's update covered the Knicks-Pacers preview and the Thunder's 3-1 series lead over the T-Wolves. The Yankees beat the Angels again, with Anthony Volpe hitting a 3-run double, as heard on Dave Sims's call. Jerry also shared audio from an Australian radio show about short-lived marriages. The Mets secured their third straight win. A caller even wondered if Phil Simms is a fox furry. The hour concluded with talk of the "Kickoff To Summer" with Chris Lane and more anticipation for the Knicks game. Hour 4 The Jets reportedly wanted to keep the "tush push," potentially for Justin Fields. Gio's contacts found the Brett Favre documentary disappointing, and he wondered about the vanished NJ drones. The conversation then shifted to numerous calls about the Knicks-Pacers game. Jerry's final update included Coach Thibs discussing the Knicks' Sunday comeback. A young fan subtly asked Aaron Rodgers about playing for the Bears, while Joe Burrow preferred an international game over more Baltimore primetime matchups. The Yankees beat the Angels with a Volpe bases-clearing double, and the Mets won against the White Sox on a Lindor sac fly. The "Moment of The Day" involved furry talk with Eddie and Phil Simms. The show concluded with discussions about the high-rated, commercial-heavy Indy 500 and the lengthy challenge reviews in NBA playoff games.
Jerry starts with some postgame from the Knicks win in Indiana. OG Anunoby talked about it being a ‘game of runs'. Kevin Harlan said ‘I'm wet, I'm dirty' during game 2 when stuff got spilled on him. Bill Simmons had Jon Stewart as a guest on his podcast and talked about WFAN and Mike & The Mad Dog. They then talked about ‘two bald guys'.

Megyn Kelly lets slithery and slimy Jake Tapper have it in an interview that leaves Tapper's co-author speechless. Jon Stewart with literal GOLD as Tapper hawks his "tell all" book. Author Batya Ungar-Sargon body slams the media for covering up the greatest political scandal in American history and Harry Enten with the new poll that proves taxpayers want a break in April more than they want to pay down the deficit.
Our show opens with both Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson on the evening news circuit, hawking their book, “Original Sin.” It's such a mockery, even Jon Stewart weighs-in on the lead-up to the launch. And, once again, we illustrate how we no longer have anything resembling “journalism” anymore, at least not from the bought-and-paid-for Legacy/mainstream media. Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) comments on the Trump administration going after people for just doing their jobs. Yet, when we go back to Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ), her story has shifted noticeably from when she first suggested she was a victim. Now she wants to blame and escalations on the presence of ICE officers. Finally, we spent the remainder of the show looking at today's jaw-dropping moment when President Trump was hosting the President of South Africa to the White House. As only Trump can do, he owned the room and the narrative regarding the white genocide taking place in that country. On the surface, you'd think yesterday was a banner day for the second Donald Trump administration: his staff negotiated an end to the trade war he launched, he signed an executive order to mandate steep price cuts for prescription drug prices in the U.S., and who wouldn't have a good if they were given a $400 million luxury plane? Jon Stewart at 'The Daily Show' even confessed to having long-coveted the drug deal. About that ... ... the executive order, it turns out, isn't all that different than the one the courts struck down from him in 2020, and Senator Bernie Sanders called his bluff by vowing to draft the concept into legislation so Republican lawmakers could be on the record as supporting his initiative (they won't) the minute the courts do what they'll surely do again: strike down the order.------Then there's the tariff deal that still comes at a significant cost to American consumers. Even Larry Summers confesses "Trump blinked." The panel on CNN's NewsNight with Abby Phillip called it for what it was, too. Just kidding; Scott Jennings, of course, shilled. ------Locally, MARTA officials finally renamed a transit terminal long in need of a re-name for some pretty obvious reasons, but the name they landed on might ruffle some local sports fans' feathers. Hear why.
Analysis of Jon Stewart's mocking of Trump's whirlwind 2nd term. Illinois Governor J.D. Pritzker, promoting a mass mobilization against Republicans. His rhetoric is dangerous. He's looking to 2028 Presidential election. He stands no chance. The more they challenge Trump, the more they insure his re-election!! The whole crew is back for Dogs of Browntown Episode 48! We kick off with some microphone shenanigans before diving into hilarious—and sometimes sobering—stories about shopping mishaps, predatory financing, and layaway memories. From there, we transition into political commentary, debating Bill Maher's recent dinner with President Trump and what it means to engage across the aisle. Then we unpack the idea of a third presidential term—including a Diet Coke poisoning theory—then explore the intersection of comedy and politics, naming influences from Jon Stewart to Bill Burr.Mid-episode, we shift gears to global trade—the rise of sweatshops and supply-chain antics—before riffing on everything from hookah wordplay to Tesla Cybertrucks and old-school basketball with secret-service lasers. If you've ever wondered what it's like doing clean comedy on a cruise ship, stick around for intimate tales of late-night buffet raids and the perils of seasickness. Then we touch on the passing of Pope Francis, wild historical pageantry, Hollywood set hazards, peanut-allergy etiquette, and life as a touring comic. Finally, we wrap up with announcements of upcoming shows!Connect with Us

Tara Indiana started her career as Dominatrix in New York City, 1989. She gained notoriety when She was crowned, Head Mistress at "The Paradise Club” and appeared in a photo layout with John Wayne Bobbit. It was also there She started Her infamous Dominatrix Classes which were quickly picked up by Playgirl, The Learning Annex and in the book "How to Seduce a Man”. She went on to found, "The Den of Iniquity" in 1994 with Her colleagues London and Paige. The first space was at 241 West 19th Street in NYC. The Daily News described Her as "The Martha Stewart of Dungeons" in an expose about the S&M scene in New York City. In 1997 she began performing at the S&M themed restaurant, "La Nouvelle Justine" where she met and performed for Joan Rivers and went on to guest on her show. In 1998 She embarked on a career in Fetish Porn. She started her career at Gotham Gold defying the conventions of the time. In the 1990's, BDSM films were traditionally cast with porn actors. She was the first professional & working dominatrix to appear in mainstream Fetish Porn. She quickly rose to stardom and was invited to sign for Gotham at CES in 1999 where she met Dian Hanson who then featured Her in “Leg Show" in 2000. Later that year She signed again for Gotham at CES where she met legendary Porn Director and AVN Hall of Famer Rick Savage. Rick cast her in many of his films for Legend, Pleasure, Galaxy and Outlaw and began shooting at the Den. From 1998 - 2006 almost every S&M film shot in New York was shot at The Den of Iniquity and or with Den of Iniquity Mistresses. Tara retired from acting to produce and direct in 2004 for her own line, "Den of Iniquity Films" Tara revolutionized the dungeon business by bringing a legitimate corporate culture and branding to what had been a seedy, underground business mostly controlled by organized crime. It was The first BDSM club to obtain a federal trademark, and the first, and, to date, only dungeon to go national as a chain. At its height it had flagships in New York City, Phoenix and Los Angeles. They dive into RFK Jr.'s controversial remarks about autism which angered many mothers, exposing the sensitive balance between raising awareness and being perceived as offensive. The hosts discuss the planned military actions against Iran, the inconsistent enforcement of moral standards within politics, and the unsettling influence of the elite on American culture. A major segment centers on the anti-Christian task force proposed by the Trump administration and its implications. In between serious discussions, Dan and Corey infuse humor with takes on recent sports events, odd cultural moments, and nostalgic references.00:00 Welcome to Libservative: The World's Smartest Podcast01:26 Corey's Drunken Adventure at the Tigers Game03:23 Decoding Corey's Drunken Texts09:35 A Historical Dive: The Boston Tea Party16:14 RFK Jr. and the Autism Controversy30:32 Pete Hegseth's Latest Blunder35:02 Pope Francis: Gone Too Soon?36:45 Cultural Perspectives on Death and Funerals39:45 The Pope and Public Mourning40:18 Becoming the Pope: A Discussion46:35 Controversial Christian Task Force53:19 Debating Population Control Policies01:06:33 Iran Nuclear Talks and Middle East Politics01:17:06 Concerns About War and Parenthood01:20:10 Media Manipulation and Double Standards01:23:56 The Rise of the Educated Elite01:39:13 Critique of Modern Elitism01:42:08 Race and Political Hypocrisy01:45:45 Jon Stewart's Crossfire Appearance01:54:22 Male Loneliness and Andrew Tate01:55:48 Kanye West and Cultural Controversies01:57:48 Podcast Conclusion and Social Media Plugs

Melvyn Bragg and guests discuss the French philosopher Maurice Merleau-Ponty (1908-1961), who was part of the movement known as phenomenology. While less well-known than his contemporaries Jean-Paul Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir, his popularity has increased among philosophers in recent years. Merleau-Ponty rejected Rene Descartes' division between body and mind, arguing that the way we perceive the world around us cannot be separated from our experience of inhabiting a physical body. Merleau-Ponty was interested in the down-to-earth question of what it is actually like to live in the world. While performing actions as simple as brushing our teeth or patting a dog, we shape the world and, in turn, the world shapes us. In a candid conversation with fellow Democrat Ezra Klein, Jon Stewart seems to freshly discover the astonishingly inefficient and wasteful way our Federal Government goes about its business… and seems to be suffering — also for the first time, apparently — the frustration and outright rage that the rest of us have been feeling for decades now. Stigall puzzled over an observation one of his callers made today as he researched buying a Tesla this weekend. In fact, podcaster Joe Rogan also noted what seems to be a trend in all Democrat protest movements. It's not real. Meanwhile, Elon is taking time out of his own life and money out of his own pocket to reduce government and encourage people to participate. How closely are we watching China? Gordon Chang says not closely enough, though he's very satisfied with Trump's tariff polices. So is the head of the UAW. Stigall had an interesting conversation with a friend of his in manufacturing about why a company stays in the U.S. versus leaves for another country and explores that today. JD Vance gives another power speech about the Trump economic strategy while overseas. Plus Bill Maher and Jon Stewart both vote Democrat yet are both bemused on the very same weekend that their party's good intentions pave the road to our status quo hell. -For more info visit the official website: https://chrisstigall.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/chrisstigallshow/Twitter: https://twitter.com/ChrisStigallFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/chris.stigall/Listen on Spotify: https://tinyurl.com/StigallPodListen on Apple Podcasts: https://bit.ly/StigallShow-Global Coin, for exclusive listener offers go to https://www.shopglobalcoin.com/pages/stigall or call 1-888-560-3125.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
