Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be having a discussion on what we're thankful for. Thanksgiving, 2020, is on this Thursday, so you know we have to share some of our most memorable Thanksgiving moments. Aside from all the grubbing most of you plan on doing, what are you actually thankful for? We will be sharing what we're thankful for and how much food we plan on stuffing our faces with! We will be also discussing things that have been going on lately in media and in life in what we like to call a round table discussion. We'll probably even throw some sports in there. Lately, rappers have been getting shot, Donald Trump is still in denial of losing the 2020 Election, and COVID cases have been on the rise. Megan Thee Stallion dropped a new album and has a Tory Lanez diss record and from what we're being told, a Coronavirus Vaccine is on its way and should be available sometime soon, but do you plan on taking it, is it safe and what are the side effects and long-term effects of a rushed vaccine? Oh, and let us not forget, social media is as toxic as ever! This is one of those topics where you kick back and just go with the vibe. Throughout our show's history, these types of discussions have made for some of our best content. Feel free to share what you're thankful for, some of your favorite Thanksgiving memories, or just what's been going on lately in media or even in your personal life. You already know we're gonna bring the realness, so lock in with us as we get ready to take this ride! Tonight, we dig into the archives to present to you a throwback interview with Republican candidate Kimberly Klacik. It was a great discussion and it shows a warm and compassionate side of Ms. Klacik, who has been getting criticized for her public support for Donald Trump and criticism for Democrats, though she represents Baltimore, a majority Black city. We didn't talk politics in this discussion but as far as we know, she wasn't even into politics yet, at least she hadn't gone public yet. For those of you who like or dislike Ms. Klacik, you'll get to see what she was up to and how she conducted herself during that time. We also had a conversation about stalkers and crazy exes that was fun and hilarious. You definitely don't wanna miss that! Listen and enjoy and we will be back with a live show next week. Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be discussing where LeBron James' G.O.A.T. status ranks after competing in his 10th NBA Finals and winning his 4th championship and 4th Finals MVP. LeBron is arguably the most debated NBA Superstar of all-time and it's always interesting hearing what side of the spectrum NBA fans are on. The LeBron Haters vs the LeBron Stans is like the modern day Ali vs Frazier! We will also be reviewing the 2019-2020 NBA Season along with "The Bubble" and its success. This has had to be the most controversial, emotional, political NBA Season of all-time. From the lost of former NBA Commissionor David Stern, to the tragic lost of Kobe Bryant, to COVID-19 causing a shutdown of the 2019-2020 NBA Season, to the NBA finally devising a plan to resume play in August, to the Milwaukee Bucks' boycott of Game 5 of their Playoff series against the Orlando Magic, to the players almost leaving the bubble without finishing the 2020 NBA Playoffs after sharing their frustration with racial injustices in America, after unarmed Wisconsic native Jacob Blake was shot several times in the back, after walking away from police officers, to the players finally deciding to resume play in The Bubble and concluding the NBA Season with the Los Angeles Lakers eventually winning the 2020 NBA Finals. The 2019-2020 NBA Season sent fans, players and staff on an emotional roller coaster and will probably go down as the most controversial NBA Season of all-time. So what are your thoughts on the 2019-2020 NBA Season, The Bubble, the 2020 NBA Playoffs and where LeBron ranks in the G.O.A.T. discussion? You already know you're gonna get nothing but realness from us, so don't miss out! Tonight, we have the pleasure of being joined by special guest, Kendra Grissom. At just 22 years old, Kendra is highly accomplished and has a very bright future ahead. Maintaining a GPA of 4.0 as student of the HBCU "Spelman College", and Valedictorian of her graduating class, Kendra is climbing up the ladder of "Black Excellence" and so many other young black men and women are as well but it doesn't get talked about or celebrated nearly as much as the drama and controversy within black culture. Well we're here today to help change that narrative. Young, black and gifted men and women such as Kendra deserve to be acknowledged and celebrated to show that "Love & Hip Hop" isn't the standard for black people in America. There are a collection of thriving young voices waiting to be heard and it's the responsibility of the older generations to help bring these young men and women to the forefront. Having just completed her 4th year at Spelman College, Kendra was set to graduate with the class of 2020 in May, 2020, but due to the current global pandemic in COVID-19, the ceremony was postponed until December 2020. Meanwhile, she will be moving on to grad school, on her way to pursuing a Ph. D in "African American Studies." Daughter of a pastor and a hard working mother with a degree herself, Kendra is determined to: excel, both academically and professionally, but most importantly, help the very community she comes from. This will be an epic discussion with one of the finest young ladies the black community has to offer, so trust when we say "You don't wanna miss out on this one!" Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be discussing the infamous Death Penalty. There has been an endless debate on if the Death Penalty is justified, pending personal, political and religious beliefs. You can't find much more of a controversial topic than this one. So ask yourself a question. Do you think there's ever an action taken by a human being that warrants the Death Penalty as a punishment? How about serial rapists, pedophiles, mass shooters? Well studies show that if you ask 10 different people, you may get 10 different explanations as to why or why not the Death Penalty should be legal in all states. Now we know the Death Penalty has become less and less popular over the years with multiple states removing it from state law, but do people who are responsible for multiple casualties really deserve to live out the rest of their natural lives while robbing multiple people of theirs and leaving family, friends and loved ones forever mourning? We will be sharing our individual opinions on the matter and we invite you to share yours as well. You can email us, Inbox us on Facebook or even call in. We'd luv to hear your feedback. Was on Facebook this morning and came across a post that said "Can a man and woman that is physically attracted to each other JUST be friends?" This post got a lot of comments and I noticed most women seemed to say yes while most men seemed to say no. So which side of the spectrum do you land on? This post got so many respones, that I decided it was a hot enough topic to do a show on. What if this person was your best friend but you are super attracted to them and they're in a relationship and you're not? Do you think it would be extremely difficult for you to not cross the line?? If you were in a relationship also, would that make it easier to not cross that line?? Could you keep it classy between friends and avoid flirting and giving hints?? What if you DO cross that line? There's a chance that if you take it there your friendship will never be the same? We all know sex can complicate things, especially if you cheated or assisted the other party in cheating. This is why we must have this talk. These scenarios can get complex! Well ya boy Tay Real is on the job so let's get to it!By all means, feel free to share your views via social media or email and remember this is a live show so you can call in to listen live by phone. Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio we'll be discussing how to identify when a woman wants you to holla! What are the signs that a woman is giving you the green light to shoot your shot? Fellas, how many times have you been out and about and noticed a woman who caught your attention and though you wanted to shoot your shot, you were hesitant because you weren't sure if she wanted to be bothered? Probably countless, right? But in the back of your mind you know you're second guessing your assessment of the situation. Do you.... A) Shoot your shot at this attractive woman and just live with the results or B) Leave this woman alone because she may not want to be bothered Well there are both warning and welcoming signs that most women give out into the air and tonight, Nizzy Nay is going to help you understand when to shoot your shot verses when to leave it alone. Knowing when and how to act on your urge can be a huge deal and a tremendous confidence boost. You need to know when to shoot your shot at your potential future wife but you also need to know when to avoid a potential baby mother from hell and nobody wants to give energy to a mean spirited Negative Nancy because that can surely put a thorn in your day. Well that's what we're here for. We'll be sharing our perspectives as Tay Real will be the voice for the fellas and Nizzy Nay will be the voice for the ladies and both sharing their thoughts and experiences. Tonight on It's Real Talk Radio we'll be discussing how to keep your man satisfied. You know the saying: "Men are from Mars and women are from Venus", well that's how we simplify making sense of the differences in behavior between men and women. Well tonight is one of those types of convos. Ladies have you ever wondered "What in God's green earth does it take to have a well-functioning relationship and keep a man content?" Tonight we're gonna be having this discussion with guest co-host Bobby G chiming in to give his perspective on what it takes to keep a man satisfied while Nizzy Nay will play Devil's Advocate as she'll be representing the ladies. As always, our goal on It's Real Talk Radio is to keep it real and create content that will spark convo that will allow us to all understand each other better. It doesn't get any realer than this! Tonight's, on It's Real Talk Radio, we're having a discussion on homebodies and busybodies coexisting. The question we're asking is can homebodies and busybodies coexist? For those who are unfamiliar with the terms, we're asking can "Homebodies" (people who like to spend the majority of their leisure time at home) and "Busybodies" (people who like to spend the majority of their time moving around) have a successful long-term relationship? We're talking live happily ever like the fairytales. This is a very intriguing question if you think about it because the majority of people lean to either the left or the right while a minority stands in the middle. Most people don't even realize they're homebodies or busybodies because they get caught up in the label and not so much the definition. People tend to identify labels as a bad asset and that just simply isn't always true. We are who we are and there's no shame in that. We will be sharing where we feel as though we fall under the spectrum and how we pair with both homebodies and busybodies along with what our preference is between the 2. Surprisingly, this will be our first time covering this topic so it will make for an interesting discussion and as always you know we're gonna keep it real! So kick back, relax and get ready to hear the crew do what they do and bring you that realness! This discussion is caller friendly, so feel free to call in or Inbox us while we're live and we'll address your question or comment. Are you married, in a relationship or exclusively dating someone right now? Regardless of the category, ask yourself 1 simple question. Have you been giving your relationship all you've got? Do you lay it all out on the line like LeBron in Game 7 of a playoff game? If your answer is anything other than yes, that's where your relationship has or likely will eventually fail and that's why we're here to have this discussion tonight. Heck, even if you're single. Think back about the demise of your last relationship and ask yourself the same question. Were you giving your relationship all you've got? Regardless of how much blame there is to place on the other party. What about things YOU could've done better. Is there any guilt on your part? Have you ever thought back on your mistakes or domestically damaging decisions? How about that time you cursed your partner out over something that you ended up being proven wrong about? Did you apologize or did you hang things your partner did wrong over their head to justify your actions? These are the type of scenarios we'll be discussing tonight. So come join us at the dinner table as we slice into this Humble Pie. Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we are discussing the tragic shooting in Stoneman Douglas High School of Parkland, Florida that left 17 killed (14 students and 3 school staff members) and at least 14 injured. We'll also be discussing American Gun Laws, the role of the NRA (National Rifle Association) and the President's position on the debate of Gun Control. Time and time again we have to witness these horrible acts of evil against our citizens and most importantly, our children. Well enough is enough and it's time for us all to start speaking out and doing everything we can to impact change! Well tonight we won't be holding back any punches! It's time to put up or shut up and we surely aren't shutting up because that could be any of our children that this happened to! We need solutions and people who have the authority to help make change but don't for their own political or personal gain need to be held accountable! Oh don't worry, we're just getting started!! Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio we'll be discussing Netflix and how their innovation has changed the streaming game. From new titles to old classics to our very own personal favorite exclusive Netflix titles and we'll be giving some reviews on some of our favorite titles. We'll also be discussing where we personally think Netflix ranks against other streaming services, what we like and dislike about it and how they started from a Tape/DVD Rental company, got with the times and turned into the top streaming service for movies, standups sitcoms and series. We'll also be covering the emotional outburst of comedic legend/queen of comedy/Oscar winning actress, Monique, as she went public about her dispute with Netflix after they offered her $500,000 to do a Netflix comedy special, which led to Monique asking her fans to boycott Netflix on her behalf after Netflix (what she feels) lowballed her. Do you think Netflix's offer was too low for an icon like Monique? We'll be sharing our verdict with you tonight. So how do you feel about Netflix? Where do they rank amongst all the other streaming services out there?? Are you a Subscriber? How much of your week is spent watching Netflix? Do you think they have the best exclusive content? What do you think they do a good job of? Where do you think they could improve? What's your favorite Netflix Original Series? These are the types of questions we'll be debating on tonight's show, so don't miss out. Whether you're a diehard Netflix fan, just an occasional viewer or not a fan of Netflix at all, this discussion is for you. #ItJustGotReal Call In #347-838-9540 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ItsRealTalkRadio Twitter: https://twitter.com/ItsRealRadioMD
Tonight on It's Real Talk Radio we're talking LGBT with a primary focus on the Trans Community and the question we have for everyone is "Is America Transphobic?" Meaning does America have an issue with the Trans Community? Are they looked down upon as opposed to the Gay community? Do you think a Trans Man or Trans Woman has the right to work at any department store, restaurant, school or anywhere else? Would you have an issue if your child's teacher was Trans or if the school's principal was Trans? Could you be friends or even best friends with a Trans Man or Trans Woman? Do you have a boundary set on how much interaction you have with Trans People and if you do, where is the line drawn? If such a line exists for you, is that much different from a racist? These are the types of questions we'll be addressing tonight. This topic was inspired by the recent backlash R&B Singer and icon Genuine received from the LGBT Community after rejecting a Trans Woman's pass. The story actually broke early today. We will be discussing the controversial discussion between Genuine and Trans Woman India Willoughby. So was Genuine justified in his response? Did he play it cool or was he insensitive? Did India Willoughby overreact? Straight men, how would you respond if a Trans Woman made a pass at you? Straight women, how would you react if a Trans Man made a pass at you? It's time to break it down and there's no better crew to tune into for these controversial discussions than the realest ones doing it! #ItJustGotReal #347-838-9540 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ItsRealTalkRadio Twitter: https://twitter.com/ItsRealRadioMD
Tonight on It's Real Talk Radio we'll be reflecting on 2017 while embracing 2018 and all we have to look forward to. 2017 was a roller coaster ride. Many ups and downs but here we are, waiting on the countdown to begin, as we get ready for 2018. We'll be discussing some ideas we have for 2018 and sharing our New Year's Resolutions while remembering all that 2017 threw at us (including the kitchen sink). This will be our last show for 2017, so look forward to our next show airing on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018. It actually feels weird to say 2018. It's gonna take a little while for it to really sink in. Nonetheless we're here! WE MADE IT! Not everyone can say the same so we have to be thankful because tomorrow isn't promised to any of us. It's gonna be fun to look back at all of the content we provided you over the course of 2017. The cool part about Podcasting is it creates a catalog that you'll always have to look back at and reminisce on what was happening at that point in time. Once the holidays are over, we plan on getting back into the mix every week faithfully, so be on the lookout because we're coming with vengeance! So Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of our listeners and followers! We appreciate you and look forward to you continuing this journey with us through 2018 and beyond! With that said, it's time to get freaky! Introducing Part 3 to IRTR's Sex Chronicles. Question for the ladies. Do you like for your partner to beat it up, or would you rather he take it easy and be gentle? There will be some women that lean to the left while others lean to the right, but where does the majority stand? Basically, what does the average woman prefer? And let's be clear on what we mean when we say beat it up. We don't mean just increaed rhythm. We're talking biting the pillow, screaming, can't take it, feel it in your gut, still throbbing at work the next day type beat it up! Fellas, do you like to go ham on it or do you prefer to kick back, take it easy and enjoy the right (figuratively and literally)? If your partner tells you she wants you to hit it like you have 24 hours to live, would that excite you, or would the sheer thought of that exhaust you and turn you off? If beating it up is really what you're into, then what if she tells you under no circumstances are permitted to beat it up (shattering your fantasy). How do you take that? Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we're asking a very controversial question. Are you comfortable with your partner having an opposite sex best friend? Yea or nay? What if they know each other better than the 2 of you and your partner shares all your dirty laundry with their OSBF (Opposite Sex Best Friend)? What if the OSBF has been around longer than you and knows more about your partner than you? What if your partner shares things with their OSBF that they don't even share with you? What if your partner and their OSBF were already staying nights together before you came in the picture? You accepted it at first because you didn't want to come in seeming controlling, but is this acceptable later on in the relationship? BFF's crashing at each other's place while in a relationship probably isn't as uncommon as you think. These are just some of the challenges that couples face when their partner has an opposite sex best friend. Oh and how can we forget this one! What if your partners opposite sex BFF is extremely attractive? On top of it, they have an extremely tight bond. Would that make you feel insecure when they spend time together? These are some very intriguing scenarios that we'll be discussing on tonight's show. It's time to get to the bottom of this and there's only one place to do it. It's Real Talk Radio. Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we'll be discussing the infamous "Honeymoon Stage", only this time we're asking is it possible to reestablish it? What we mean is after you've entered and passed the Honeymoon Stage and you find that your relationship is lacking some of those key elements that piqued at the Honeymoon Stage, is it possible to regain that same energy, effort, affection, desire and so on that the Honeymoon Stage thrives in? You have some couples who have been in a happy relationship for the past 5 years and some married couples who have been successfully married for 10+ years. A good portion of these couples would probably answer "yes." Then you have the people who have never been in a relationship for longer than a year or 2 and either never been married or married and divorced. A good portion of these singles would probably answer "no." But how about those neutrals? The people who aren't allowing their personal experiences (whether good or bad) cloud their judgement. This is one of those topics that isn't so much about right or wrong as it is about perspective. So where do you stand in your perspective? Is it possible to bring back the syptoms of the Honeymoon Stage? Why or why not? Well listen in while the realest crew breaks it down and share our perspectives. Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we'll be discussing the infamous "Jungle Fever." For those who you who are unfamiliar with this term (and apparently living under a rock), "Jungle Fever" is synonymous to "Interracial Dating." So do you have Jungle Fever? Are you attracted to any other race other than your own? Are you pro or anti Jungle Fever? Do you have interracial children? If not, would you be open to having interracial children? To black men and women, how do you think your family and friends would take you bringing home a white man or white woman and I mean WHITE with not one ounce of soul, not even a tan! Speaks white, acts white and the only rappers they're familiar with is Eminem and Iggy Azalea. To white men and woman, how do you think your friends and family would feel if you brought home a black man or black woman and I mean BLACK, as urban as it gets. Slang, pants sagging, weave, fried chicken and watermelon and they're only familiar with Hip Hop and R&B artists that make urban music. How does that conversation go with your mom, dad and siblings? Would you try to milk them for as long as you could, or would you do the noble thing, keep it real and exit the relationship? Tonight, we're dealt the unfortunate hand to discuss the Mass Shooting that took place in Vegas this past Sunday night. With dozens dead and hundreds wounded, this has now become the deadliest Mass Shooting in U.S. History. With live video footage of this shooting being aired by the media, it is difficult to put into words what we had to witness these innocent civilians go through on this tragic night. Though there many casualties, we have to be appreciative of the many more survivors. We actually had a different topic scheduled for tonight but once we saw what took place, we agreed that we had to postpone our dating topic and cover this horrific tragedy. So what do you do when faced in dyer situations such as the Vegas Shooting, what is the best plan of action, what is typically going through the mind of person to cause such chaos, what are some steps you can take to not let tragic events like this cause permanent damage to your psyche? These questions and so many more will be addressed tonight, so make sure you don't miss out! #ItJustGotREal Call In #347-838-9540 Email: ItsRealTalkRadio@gmail.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ItsRealTalkRadio Facebook Like Page: https://www.facebook.com/ItsRealTalkRadioFamily Twitter: https://twitter.com/ItsRealRadioMD

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we're asking what would you do if you found out your partner that you have been intimately dating is Transgendered? Would you curse them out, storm out and cut them off? Would you try to make out they've never existed from then on? Would it turn into a physical altercation? Do you think you'd be able to maintain your composure? If you are a straight man fooled by a Transgender Woman, would you feel like less of a man? Do you think you'd ever be able to recover? Ladies if you were fooled by a Transgender Man, do you think you could look past the deceit and except your partner for who they are, or would you end the relationship once you find out? The LGBT Community is a pretty well structured, tight-knit community and they don't take kindly to mistreatment, abuse or discrimination. If you attack one in any way, shape or form, you may as well attack them all because they will come for you! But if an altercation occurs due to deceitfulness from the victim, is the attacker justified? One thing's for sure, 2 things for certain, pride and manhood is everything to an alpha male. Compromise them, some serious consequences could be in store! Things can get ugly fast. Is it common for a Trans Person to keep their true sexual identity a secret in the beginning out of fear of rejection, shame or a possible altercation breaking out? Do you feel bad for Trans People who face these challenges in their everyday life? There are so many angles to take on this and we are gonna do our best to cover as many as possible. Controversial topics like this are what we thrive on, so don't miss out! Tonight on "It's Real Talk Radio" we'll be debating on if best friends make for good couples. Best friends hooking up isn't something out the norm. A lot of best friends have hooked up and some have even managed to remain great friends after the relationship didn't work out. But is that a good idea? If you hooked up with your best friend and it didn't work out, could you see yourself reverting back to best friends or even friends at all? Is pursuing a romantic relationship really worth risking the bond you have with your best friend? We see relationships with best friends lead to marriage and ending with happily ever after all the time..... And then the credits start to roll up. So the chances of it working are great, in films. But are they good odds in real life? Some would argue yea well others would say nay. We have to also make note that just because you consider your partner to be your BFF, doesn't mean you entered the relationship that way. It's more common for people to consider their partner to be their best friend after they have already become romantically involved and some would argue that isn't settling down with your best friend because you would have had to be best friends beforehand. Whichever side of the fence you stand on, this obviously makes for an interesting and controversial debate, which is why we've decided to make it tonight's topic. As always, there won't be any punches held back, so get ready for a dose of realness! Put the kids to bed, pour a glass of your favorite beverage and tune in. Why? Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we'll be discussing limitations. The question we're asking is how far is too far? With recent events such as Snoop Dogg shooting a fake gun at a mime dressed up as President Donald Trump and most recently, comedian/actress Kathy Griffin holding what looks like a replicated head of Donald Trump with no body attached and fake blood running down its entire face. The image is so disturbing that media outlets have blurred it out because it is simply too explicit to show to viewers. Kathy Griffin has since been fired from co-hosting CNN's 2017 New Year's Eve show. This leads us into the much needed conversation of how far is too far. So do you think Snoop Dogg and Kathy Griffin went too far with their freedom of speech? Which image was worse? Did any of these images bother you at all? Should there be consequences for people who exercise their freedom of speech using violent and offensive images and expressions against the leader of the free world? If so, what should those consequences be? Have you ever had someone cross the line when expressing their self to you? If so, how did you handle it? You see where we're going with this? This discussion could spend off in so many different realms, which is why we thought this would make for an interesting discussion. It's time to lock in and get real!
