As part of our exclusive Star Wars roundtable discussion, we had the privilege of interviewing Jennifer Corbett and Brad Rau, the creative forces shaping the narrative of "The Bad Batch." Their insights into the evolution of the series, particularly in Season Two, shed light on the thematic depth and character development driving the story forward. In our conversation, their exploration of episodes like "The Outpost" provided valuable context into the creative decisions behind the storytelling process. They also discussed the significance of symbolic elements such as the vulture, which played a pivotal role in illustrating themes of survival and identity within the series.
Welcome, Star Wars fans! We're joined by Bad Batch head writer Jennifer Corbett and supervising director Brad Rau, as they tease the third and final season of the animated series. There they meet the pirate Phee who has just provided intel on a big score on Count Dooku's home planet of Serenno. While Echo, Tech and Omega get trapped inside a transport container in flight, Wrecker and Hunter are pinned down by the troopers in Dooku's former palace. Hunter discovers a way out of the palace and Omega realises the container will launch reentry thrusters if it's dropped from the sky. But as they hurtle towards the planet the thrusters haven't engaged. The Bad Batch Cast Dee Bradley Baker as Hunter, Echo, Wrecker, Tech, Crosshair and Rex.
