Pastor Lopez preaches an unusual message from Matthew 24 and Revelation designed not only for Christians today, but for the people they fear may one day be left behind. What happened? What happens next? And most importantly, what should you do?From the rise of the Antichrist and the Great Tribulation to the Mark of the Beast, persecution, the return of Jesus Christ, and the urgent need for salvation, Pastor Lopez walks through his understanding of Bible prophecy and delivers one overriding warning:Don't wait until tomorrow to get right with God.This message was originally preached on May 26, 2021, so references to political leaders, international conflicts, technology, UFO reports, inflation, and other current events reflect the world as it existed at that time. Some connections between those events and end-times prophecy represent Pastor Lopez's personal interpretation and speculation.Key Scriptures:Matthew 24:21-221 Corinthians 15:51-531 Thessalonians 4:16-182 Thessalonians 2Daniel 9:27Revelation 6-14Revelation 13:16-18Revelation 19:11-16Luke 21:36If this message makes you think of someone you love, don't just think about them. Could Jesus return in our generation? More importantly, how should Christians live while waiting? In this message, Pastor Brian Gunter continues through the Olivet Discourse (Matthew 24:45–51), unpacking Jesus' parable of the faithful and wicked servants. Rather than encouraging speculation about dates, Jesus calls His people to faithful obedience, gospel proclamation, wise stewardship, and readiness for His return. Christians are to labor faithfully—building families, churches, institutions, and nations under Christ's lordship—until the Master comes. Scripture: Matthew 24:45–51

or many Christians, the word tribulation immediately brings thoughts of future prophecy, persecution, and the end times. But what if Jesus is also calling us to notice the tribulation already happening around us today? In this thought-provoking message, we explore how an intense focus on future suffering can sometimes blind us to the suffering of our neighbors in the present. Looking at Matthew 24, the Great Commission, and examples from history, we're challenged to move beyond fear and speculation and instead become people who embody Christ's compassion in a hurting world.Rather than simply waiting for difficult days to come, Jesus invites His followers to be the light of the world today—bringing hope, standing with the oppressed, and trusting that He is with us until the very end.Visit Us at oacvancouver.ca We believe that Jesus is needed and relevant for people in Vancouver today. Which generation will be alive when Christ returns? In this episode, Pastor Brian Gunter continues his study of the Olivet Discourse in Matthew 24:32–35, examining Jesus' teaching about the fig tree, "all these things," and the meaning of "this generation." From a Historic Premillennial perspective, Brian argues that while the destruction of Jerusalem in A.D. 70 provides important background, Jesus ultimately points forward to the future generation that will witness the events immediately preceding His visible Second Coming. Learn why this passage remains one of the most debated texts in biblical prophecy and how it calls believers to watch, endure, and remain faithful. 2 Thessalonians 2 (Sylvester Siu)
(This podcast was previously published on April 10, 2022) Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ... The people of this world build treasure for themselves while they live on this earth. They seek after reputations among other people, empires of possessions, lands of this earth, buildings and all manner of things that we can see with our natural eyes. When Jesus returns through the clouds, all these things will be destroyed by God at the end of this world.
Jesus' return to earth is still future. There will also be events that happen before He comes again. There is a "man of lawlessness" or the anti-christ that is mentioned. He will sit on the temple of God as if he were God. Daniel 9:23-27 & Matt. 24:15-22 are also discussed.
In this message from St Albans Baptist Church, we dive into Mark 6:1–6, exploring what happens when Jesus returns to his hometown of Nazareth. How does the living God spend 30 years in obscure, ordinary village life without anyone truly noticing? We sit in the tension of a community trying to explain away the supernatural with the ordinary, and look closely at the reality of Jesus's own family dynamics—as a morally perfect older brother who faced deep skepticism and rejection from his own siblings before his resurrection. If you are carrying a heavy heart for family members, friends, or loved ones who don't yet share your faith, this message is a timely encouragement. Jesus deeply understands the grit, grief, and disconnect of broken family dynamics. Discover how the powerful force of unbelief can be met with soft-hearted persistence, genuine witness, and a reliance on a Savior who never stops pursuing us. The service concludes with a moving, community-led time of prayer for our families and a reflection on lifting the weight of condemnation and shame. Scripture Focus: Mark 6:1–6 (with references to Matthew 13:53–58 & Isaiah 53:2)
In this message, Pastor Paul Drader explores Jesus' teaching in Matthew 24 and the lesson of the fig tree. While many people focus on predicting when Jesus will return, Jesus calls us to something different: living ready today. As we look at His words, we're reminded that faith isn't about fear or speculation. It's about staying awake spiritually, trusting Jesus, and making the most of the time we've been given.Send us Fan Mail

Bible Prophecy Under the Microscope-Episode 93 Gary takes a closer look at Acts 1:11, which is often pointed to as proof that Jesus will return exactly as He left during the Ascension. Most futurists use this verse to show that Jesus will return in His physical body because that would be necessary in order to fulfill "just in the same way" He went away. The problem is that this Greek phrase is translated differently in other parts of the NT.

[8] But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” [9] And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight. [10] And while they were gazing into heaven as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white robes, [11] and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.” (ESV) ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ FINANCIALLY SUPPORT THE MORNING MINDSET: (not tax-deductible) -- Become a monthly partner: https://mm-gfk-partners.supercast.com/ -- Underwrite one daily episode: https://MorningMindsetMedia.com/daily-sponsor/ -- Give one-time: https://give.cornerstone.cc/careygreen -- Venmo: @CareyNGreen ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ FOREIGN LANGUAGE VERSIONS OF THIS PODCAST: Subscribe to the SPANISH version: https://MorningMindsetMedia.com/Spanish Subscribe to the HINDI version: https://MorningMindsetMedia.com/Hindi Subscribe to the CHINESE version: https://MorningMindsetMedia.com/Chinese ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ CONTACT: Carey@careygreen.com ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ THEME MUSIC: “King’s Trailer” – Creative Commons 0 | Provided by https://freepd.com/ ***All NON-ENGLISH versions of the Morning Mindset are translated using A.I. Could Jesus really return as artificial intelligence? Joe Rogan has been going to church and learning things about Christians and the Bible, and he recently made the suggestion that when Jesus Christ returns, He could even come back as a kind of artificial intelligence. Is that a radical reimagining, or could it be a glimpse into something Scripture actually hints at? In this episode, we'll be exploring biblically what the return of Christ might actually look like, and how the Bible describes how humans and machines might just mix.
