On today’s show, Pat breaks down his weekend in Philadelphia for the WWE Watch Along as he is recovering from almost having his back broken in two by a kendo stick strike from WWE legend Matt Hardy. He and the boys also recap the Djokovic vs. Federer Wimbledon final and how tennis is easily forgettable as an incredibly entertaining sport. They also do a deep dive into some more conspiracy theory talk as Pat and the guys talk about people preparing to storm Area 51 and how they think they will fare, and the Bob Lazar documentary about aliens and UFO’s as well as the Joe Rogan interview that Lazar did, and how Pat is still all the way in on other lifeforms being out there. He also explains how he’s so in on the alien movement, that he no longer subscribes to Bigfoot being real and relives his story about going Bigfoot hunting. Pat also looks ahead a little bit as he prepares for a loaded schedule in the fall and what that may entail for him. To close out the show, we reair the Joey Chestnut interview after Kobayashi recently stated in the news that he’s personally seen Chestnut cheat. South Philadelphia was on fire as IMPACT Wrestling invaded the infamous ECW Arena at the corner of Swanson & Rittner and they left the legendary building with even more memories to add to its long standing history! Did we ever think we would see the day that the Disco Inferno would not only wrestle a match at the ECW Arena but also WIN a match at the ECW Arena and somehow that match was a women’s battle royal? He did it in pure Glen Gilbertti fashion too, what a lous! OH MY GOD, THEY KILLED KENNY! The line wrote itself as Killer Kross killed the adored Kenny the Kendo Stick right in front of a tied up Eddie Edwards leaving Eddie to wallow in sorrow. Where does this all go from here? Does Eddie get revenge? Had Killer Kross finally been able to change Eddie for the better? Rosemary defeated Su Yung in a Demon Collar match and took the Undead Bride hostage! Is this blood feud over? Why do we think that there is no way it ends that easily? The Rascalz, Desmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz, And Trey Miguel displayed a training montage that was right out of a National Lampoons movie and it is absolutely worth watching several times! These guys are pure gold in the acting and skits department and this can only continue to get better! Michael Elgin has been on a tear since arriving in IMPACT Wrestling. First he target and seemingly took out the heavyweight champion Brian Cage he then set his sights on Willie Mack and Rich Swann. After taking Willie out earlier in the night he was set to face Rich Swann and the match that ensued was nothing short of a 5-star classic and being heralded as one of the greatest matches in IMPACT Wrestling history! Johnny Impact and Willie Mack made their presence felt at the end so we are off to the races on some potentially high caliber battles to come!
