This week, Jessica dives into Majora's Mask 3D and we talk about dual screen ports, Mark's continued monster hunting (and the feel of hunting with new folks), and we talk about what role devs have in their portrayal of real peoples. We're back with another podcast for your waiting ears! This week Bally dashes through another Humble Bundle game, Runbow & gives us his first impressions of the last Zelda he'll play before Breath of the Wild comes out, Majora's Mask 3D! Nbz meanwhile finished up Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and has commited to yet another huge JRPG in the widely revered Dragon Quest VIII on 3DS. After the break we finally get back to your e-mails and finish up the show by breaking down our most wanted virtual console games on Nintendo Switch! Remember to send all your correspondence to our E-mail Address: ThisNintendoLife@gmail.com
Kaz loses herself to mobile games yet again, Kyle can't leave Genesis platformers alone, and William starts up Majora's Mask 3D. In news, we talk through the trickle of Swtich info after last week's flood, and muse on Mass Effect Andromeda and Switch sales projections. Then, special guest Josh Whiting joins us for a nostalgic Save Point where we discuss DOS platformer Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure. Come pause with us!
Originally Broadcast 2015/03/27: We got news this week that NX dev kits have shipped, but little else concreate. Time to start up the rumor mill again! Nintendo announced a historic deal with Japanese mobile developer DeNA to create a new device-agnostic ecosystem for its unified account system, an ecosystem that will now also include mobile games. Nintendoes what Sega also does, and is going to develop new software on third party hardware for the first time since Atari. Oh, and then there's something about a new Nintendo NX console too. Vinnk and Sean wonder if this move is savvy or desperate, meant to appease stockholders, or if they plan to be a gamechanger in the mobile market. We also speculate just exactly what this may presage for their next console. Assuming it ever really comes out. Also, speaking of mobile: the return of Pile of Shame in the form of Fire Emblem and Zelda games for the 3DS! Justin's out of town, so we make sure to take full advantage of that and run amok. We have more Mortal Kombat X, Majora's Mask 3D, Mass Effect 3, and we all try out Mario Kart Wii U's 200cc class. Moral of the story: It's FAST. In the news, we touch on the DLC debate with Mortal Kombat, Steam, and King Sakurai's opinion.
Stephen kicks things off with his brief take on Majora's Mask 3D so far, and there continues to be something about those rupees. Anthony carries on with his Mass Effect 3 adventure, this time without crashes. Brian talks of his journey with Tower of Guns and the newly released Mortal Kombat X on Twitch. And Justin? Well, I think you can expect more Animal Crossing. Then, things went a bit off the rails in the news thanks to Dr. McGillcuddy. What went wrong? You'll just have to listen to find out. Justin's Artwork
In Under Your Thumb, Justin finishes up Battlefield and leaves us all bewildered. Mass Effect 3 leads to a sprawling conversion that then crashes. Brian's quest comes to a close in Majora's Mask 3D, and he's holding on to his masks. In news, Justin lays down just how the Splatoon tea-table upending went, along with talk of the next Call of Duty and a Square Enix tease. Justin's Artwork
I hope you all like plastic toys, because apparently Nintendo has even more of them, as we talk about the April Fools' Day Nintendo Direct in the news this week. But if that's not enough for you (and of course it's not), in Under Your Thumb we had Okami, Gears of War, and a lovely tune entitled Elegy of Emptiness, as Brian makes his way toward the end of his Majora's Mask 3D adventure. Justin's Artwork
Majora's Mask 3D, Ocarina of Time 3D, Battlefield Hardline, and Pokemon Stadium are just some of the games we were playing this week. We also talk about the just breaking Zelda Wii U news. It was a big shock to us all, of course. Justin's Artwork
Sega will go where no Nintendo has gone before, and only release games on mobile from now on. How is it possible a once-great power in the gaming industry has fallen so far (without being responsible for its near-totall collapse, that is)? Sean and Vinnk lament the passing of this once-great developer, Vinnk discovers a Super Famicom game he'd never heard of before made by HAL, and Sean... well, there's a lot to be said for digital downloads instead of insisting on physical media. It's time to celebrate the launch of Majora's Mask 3D, and our old Whales are Whales pal Cameron is back again to join in on the unsettled whispers and dismayed discoveries we all witness along the way. Understated with a tingly (not that Tingle) sense of mystery, the opening to this infamous Zelda title is the subject of this week's discussion. We stay up late and almost hallucinate to get this episode out on time, so pardon the mild madness-- it's only partially brought on by our own mortality reflected in that horrific moon's ember-orange eyes.
This week Federico tells his story of setting up his 3DS, Myke bemoans Pokemon Shuffle and they both discuss Majora's Mask 3D and Alto's Adventure.

Hello everyone and welcome to episode 167 of Connectivity! We have two great segments for you this week. Kicking things off, Scott, Zach, Mike and Andy revisit the launch and life of the original Nintendo 3DS. The guys discuss that troublesome first year, the Ambassador Program, the games that turned it around, and what games they are most looking forward to revisiting on the New 3DS. After that, Nick joins Curtis to discuss Majora's Mask 3D. This spoiler-free segment highlights the changes that help improve the 3DS port, and the guys break down just what makes Majora's Mask the weirdest, most unique entry in the long-running series. We'll be recording our favorite winter/snow/ice level music segment next week, so be sure to send your submissions to Connectivity@nintendoworldreport.com. We'll see you next week!

It's Halo week this week! With Halo: The Master Chief Collection out in stores, we take an episode to talk about the Xbox's favourite son, as we discuss what we thought of the game-changing franchise. First though we have to talk about the week's news, and what a week it's been! We talk about the big announcements from Blizzcon last weekend; the new Majora's Mask 3D announced for 3DS; Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's amazing sales AND... Wait, no, that can't be right... Lego Jurassic Park?! You're god damn right! Then in what have we been playing we're discussing Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, and for some reason WWE Super Card. This is our first official bonus Wednesdays. These partial episodes are completely random and happen on the rare occasion we had too much good conversation to squeeze into the main episode during the previous week. This time we talk about Majora's Mask 3D, and get Jake's final thoughts (news flash: he doesn't like remakes).
