W/C 17th May 2021 OK, so the song choice this week is very relevant to the topic of foreign travel, and to ongoing confusion around that particular topic and what you can & (more importantly) can't do. So far so good you might be thinking, but the fact is it literally leads us to a Cliff edge... The fact is there are 5 Cliff albums from the late 70s/early 80s that I grew up with, and that I really like. Starting with I'm Nearly Famous (that included Miss You Nights & Devil Woman), through Every Face Tells A Story, Green Light, Rock'n'Roll Juvenile (Carrie & We Don't Talk Anymore) & finishing with the roller-skating, walkman-wearing triumph of Wired For Sound There I have said it. And you know what I feel better for saying it, so feel free to judge because I ain't for changing my mind. Stay safe. P.S good spot last week Linda, normal service should have been resumed this week! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-iU_FaYE6AI (Green Light - Cliff Richard) https://www.instagram.com/ashortstories (Instagram) https://www.twitter.com/ashortstories (Twitter) https://www.facebook.com/ashortstoriespodcast/ (Facebook) Support this podcast
