UPDATED⛰️We are all deeply worthy of the life we desire. Success, health, abundance, love, all of it is available to us. Yet so often, we find ourselves caught in pushing, forcing, and striving. These patterns keep us in a state of survival, and disconnected from our ability to receive. This meditation brings you back to your core, reminding you that you are worthy of a beautiful and fulfilling life, without needing to prove or earn it. This is an active meditation, where we move through reflective questions and affirmations, while creating space to truly feel and experience the positivity that you are calling into your future. ⏳ Patience is a practice. During this meditation, we focus on cultivating the energy of patience, softening the urge to rush, control outcomes, or jump to conclusions. These patterns often keep us in cycles of urgency and reactivity, until we bring more conscious awareness to them. Through a simple visualization, you'll be guided to create space. Space for things to breathe, unfold, and resolve in their own time. We shift into the energy of acceptance, ease, and flow, releasing tension, urgency, and the need to force what isn't ready. As we close the practice, we anchor in a beautiful, simple mantra: “slowly… slowly… slowly…” A reminder of what true patience feels like. ✨ If you are new to EFT Tapping Download the free guide here. This EFT meditation is designed for moments of anxiety, mental overwhelm, or when your thoughts feel like they are moving faster than you can keep up. We begin tapping right away and move through 4 intentional rounds, using affirmations that help you recognize what you are feeling, allow it to be there without resistance, and gently guide your mind and body into a calmer, more regulated state. EFT Tapping works by combining light acupressure with focused awareness. As you tap on specific points, you send signals of safety to the brain, helping to reduce the stress response and regulate the nervous system. This can lower emotional intensity, slow racing thoughts, and create space for clarity without needing to “fix” anything. This practice focuses on meeting yourself where you are, letting your body settle naturally, and allowing calm to return on its own - without forcing anything. A perfect way to step out of the cycle of overthinking and back into your body & into the present. With love, Jo

☕️ This meditation is a little different than what we usually do. It's an invitation into comfort, warmth, and slowing down in a way that feels genuinely nourishing. This practice is perfect for moments when you need a soft landing. You're encouraged to make this meditation your own. That might look like a warm beverage, cozy clothes, dim lighting, or simply settling into a space that feels safe and easy for you. We begin this practice with gentle movement followed by stillness, but as always, only do what feels comfortable and supportive for you. There is no right way to experience it. Just meet yourself where you are and let comfort unfold naturally. With love, Jo

☁️This practice is one of my recent favorite breathing techniques for calming the nervous system quickly and effectively. The physiological sigh (also known as cyclic sighing) involves two inhales through the nose, followed by a slow extended exhale through the mouth. It's a simple yet powerful way to bring your body back into a state of regulation. This is a great practice if you're feeling anxious, overstimulated, overwhelmed, or just needing to come back into your body. Read more about Cyclic Sighing here. This breathwork practice is intended for educational and relaxation purposes only and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you have any respiratory, cardiovascular, or medical conditions, or if you experience dizziness, discomfort, or distress at any point, discontinue the practice and consult a qualified healthcare professional. With love, Jo

➰With the end of the year upon us, this meditation is a perfect practice to offer ourselves closure, acceptance, and conscious release, and simultaneously, renewal. It allows us to honor what has been, make peace with what remains unresolved, and create space for what is ready to come next. This is an active meditation, inviting you to gently reflect and meet whatever arises with honesty and acceptance. This meditation is a timeless practice that can be used at the close of any chapter - a season, a relationship, a phase of life, etc. At the end of the meditation, you'll be offered an additional five minutes of uninterrupted space to rest, reflect, or continue integrating, if you choose. With love, Jo

✨ This meditation is a gentle return to what is real: complete and total presence. It is so easy to be pulled into the future by our goals and desires, or tangled in memories of the past. This practice guides you back into the only thing that truly exists: right now. Here, we soften into acceptance. We practice meeting life exactly as it is, without pressure or resistance, and allow ourselves to feel eternally supported by this moment. With love, Jo

☁️This practice is a soothing, nourishing space for your mind, body, and soul, and is perfect for when you just need to relax. During this meditation, we move through gentle breathwork, a full-body release, and a simple visualization to help you drift into a state of complete inner bliss, and total body relaxation. This practice is a soft and comforting landing, where you can float, rest, and return to yourself, without any expectation. This meditation is excellent if you've been carrying stress, tension, or pressure, and is perfect to be paired before you go to sleep. With love, Jo

☁️ This meditation is a space to gently process difficult emotions and learn to truly feel your feelings. Inspired by the many forms of loss and change we all experience, this practice reminds you that the only way out is through. We begin with grounding breathwork and a gentle body scan before turning toward the heart, observing whatever emotions are present with presence, curiosity, and care. You'll have space to simply feel, without judgment, and allow healing to unfold naturally. Whether you need to cry, sigh, or just be still, this meditation will help you reconnect to yourself and find softness in the process of release With love, Jo
