Every athlete who plays professional sports is a product of years upon years of hard work and training. We want to hone in on the different types of these training strategies which yield the best results for those who practice them. In doing so we hope to highlight a new branch of sports neurology that focuses on fostering neuroplasticity and the ambidextrous nature of athletes whose success is often a product of nature, nurture and a combination of both.
