    Christmas arrives one day early as I sit down with Aimee Cringle. We talk about finding CrossFit as a teen, juggling training & competing alongside a degree in nursing and now, with the degree complete, increasing focus on how far she can go in the sport.Since then she has topped the podium at The European Championships and qualified for the individual elite category at the Wodapalooza Finals in January and had more time to attend TAP training camps.She hasn't let those successes go to her head though and recognises the areas to continue to work on.
