Mirza Ghalib's Har Ek Baat Pe Kahte Ho Tum Ki Tu Kya Hai is one of the most quoted, most performed, and most misunderstood ghazals in the Urdu canon. Burair and Kshitij go sher by sher through one of Ghalib's most layered and defiant ghazals — wounded pride, jealousy, blood and ash, wine and paradise, and a final, bitter jab at the Mughal court.Burair wrestles honestly with Ghalib's density — the philosophical leaps and unusual word choices that make this poet famously difficult even for native Urdu speakers. Kshitij offers his own reading of the khum sher, suggesting the wine vat represents something larger and all-encompassing, with the smaller vessels standing in as different paths — each holding a part of the whole, but not all of it. The two also unpack the cultural and religious context behind Ghalib's most provocative sher on paradise and wine, drawing on Burair's own upbringing in an Islamic household.The episode also touches on Gulzar's 1988 Doordarshan series Mirza Ghalib, starring Naseeruddin Shah, and how lines from this very ghazal were used in that series to dramatize the poet's struggles with court patronage and personal isolation.

A child screaming over shoes, melting down after school, or exploding over a tiny disappointment may look defiant from the outside. But in this episode, Dana Kay explains why many ADHD behaviors are not simply "bad behavior," attention-seeking, or manipulation. Often, they are signs of a nervous system under stress. Dana shares one of the biggest mindset shifts she  had as both a practitioner and a parent: behavior is usually the last thing happening in the chain. Underneath the meltdown may be blood sugar crashes, gut inflammation, food sensitivities, poor sleep, mouth breathing, nutrient deficiencies, or chronic inflammation. When those stressors stack, the brain and body can shift into survival mode. In this solo episode, Dana walks parents through the biology beneath ADHD behavior, including why after-school meltdowns are so common, how the gut-brain connection can affect mood and focus, and why stable fuel matters for emotional regulation. Most importantly, she reminds parents that understanding biology does not mean removing boundaries. It means learning to respond with more clarity, compassion, and strategy. At the emergency room he threatened to fight the triage nurse after she determined his breathing was perfectly normal.President Donald J. Trump is the bratty monster who was never told no or given a boundary. As prices increase across the country and his poll numbers drop Fox News cannot face reality - the network helped raise this destructive beast.The pathological narcissist that they propped up and worshipped, and paid hundreds of millions in a defamation lawsuit to cover for has turned out to be a mad wannabe king hellbent on enriching himself and sticking his name and image on everything near him.As the president repeatedly makes false claims about the war with Iran the network dutifully repeats them only to correct itself hours later. The corporate heads as Fox News don't seem to care as long as their ratings remain high and the profits keep rolling in.Little Donny might even burn his family's McMansion to the ground before he's finished. Iranian state television has broadcast a message in the name of the newly appointed Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei. The message was read by an announcer and gave no clue as to the state of the leader's health. Some reports say he was injured on the first day of US and Israeli attacks. In the message, he said Iran would avenge the blood of its martyrs, and continue to close the Strait of Hormuz, through which one fifth of the world's oil passes. We hear from people in Iran, many of whom say they are now living in constant fear. We also report from the US, where public approval for the war with Iran is the lowest at the start of any conflict since the Second World War, with around 41% agreeing with the US decision to attack Iran. In other news, a court in Russia has given life sentences to four men convicted of carrying out one of the worst terrorist attacks of recent years - the mass shooting at a concert hall outside Moscow.
