Theres no doubt in my mind that mental health is a struggle, along side you’re emotional health, spiritual and physical. But these components are essential to our overall well being. Anxiety attacks truly keep you from achieving your everyday activities, but understand that you must resist anxious thoughts in order to over come them. Anxiety looses power when you stop claiming it as your own, IT DOESNT BELONG TO YOU so stop saying, “my anxiety” or any other issue you are facing. When resisting anxiety, you must first take a step back, secondly understand your reality and not the notions your mind is making up, thirdly talk to someone, and fourthly take action, execute what you NEED to do and stop living in fear of “what if’s”. ANXIETY WANTS YOU HOSTAGE IN ISOLATION, RESISTING ANXIETY MEANS POWER IN UNITY! It’s your choice whether you allow it to have power over you, or you rule it and overcome it!

Fight, flight, or freeze is the first instinct decision you take when a scenario of survival appears. Whether you tense up and freeze in a situation which fear sips in. Or take action when you are put in a place of survival, or maybe you flee the scene. . . . But, here’s the question I want to ask you; “WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN ANXIETY ATTACKS?” Me and Rob depict our tendencies, on why we do what we do when opposition strikes. When anxiety knocks at your door, many times we flee from it, as a matter of fact, we tend to allow it to overcome us. But why do you allow it to? Is it that you don’t know how to fight against it, is it we don’t put effort into it, or is it the simple fact that you don’t feel you have enough authority against it? . . . I met Rob about 2 weeks ago. & what can I say, I’m short of words to describe his story. Along with that, his experience with anxiety and battles he’s struggled to get through. But anxiety and any other mental health issue isn’t just this one day thing, a week thing, it’s a on going battle, but the good news is that you can overcome it EVERY SINGLE time, no matter the circumstance.

But Anxiety Disorders don’t allow you to go through daily tasks without having one of these attacks. . . . This month we break the mold that Anxiety has wanted to lay in. S3 Ep. 008 This week we focus on these three key points: 1. Learn to say “no” 2. Learn to “re-energize” 3. Fill to be Filled Everyone has worth. Everyone is valuable. Everyone is special & unique. But many times it is distorted by our own thoughts, our family members, society, and many things we consume. Truth of the matter is, we forget to respect and value ourselves in 4 main ways, our mind, heart, soul, and physicality. . . . Learning to say now, sucks but will reap the benefits in the long run. What you feed your mind, something positive, will soon reap its fruits. Or eating healthy today, will reap the benefits in 2 months when you start to notice a difference. When we don’t te-energize week in and week out, daily. It BURNS YOU OUT. You don’t want to operate in a gas tank on empty. When we operate on an emotional E gas tank, we tend to make horrible choices. Also we speak on filled to be filled. Self explanatory. If you are filled and energized, you will be more than capable of doing the same for people. You can’t love, if you don’t have love inside. You can’t heal, if you aren’t healed. That’s simple. Well my good friend Edwin Ortega is that guy. Every single time I’m with him it’s all jokes, good times, and fun. But i asked him two questions which I needed to hear the answer from him: 1. Would you consider yourself a person who doesn’t “take themselves serious”? 2. Are you a person who looks for the “joke” in every situation? Perhaps the irony in events that unfold? . . . I truly believe the happiest people alive, are people who don’t take themselves serious. There’s already way too many people who pretend to be someone they aren’t bc of what society thinks, what the norms of our schools, jobs, and friends are. It’s time for you to be set free with this espsiode. STOP TAKING YOURSELF TOO SERIOUSLY! You will never be perfect no matter how much you try! go out and be yourself, the reward is to valuable! . . . Side not for this week: I truly believe in the power of giving. When you give more you will receive more. If you read this far, I want to tell you this; tell the people you love, that you love them. This week be a ray of love. There’s so much hate in the world, that you need to be the difference no matter the cost. As of recently I had someone in my life who I know deserved to be hated by me, receive love from me. Just because hate is too heavy to bear in my heart. No matter what someone does to you, love them. I truly love that person, && even though it’s hard, I believe it worth it.
