    Labels – the more you give yourself, the more you'll live within the boundaries they provide. I hear many people adopting / accepting anxiety, owning it proudly without truly knowing the restrictive impact. “I suffer with anxiety”, “I have anxiety” etc. you get the idea. What's the best thing to do in response to anxiety? I'll explain in this article. Lets start with the word anxiety. Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, which is described in various ways, usually based around links and historic connections of personal feelings. We all will experience feelings of anxiety at some point in our life, feeling anxious can be perfectly normal. But some people find it hard to control their worries. Their feelings of anxiety are more constant and can often affect their daily lives. What is happening? When you feel anxious, your brain is telling you that you are in danger. In fact, it's telling you that you are in danger right at that very second and that you need to act immediately to keep yourself safe. Because anxiety is uncomfortable, the natural reaction is to do something to make you feel better in that given moment.     We can't always skip thought our day without issues…. so why do the majority lack the skills to deal with them when they arise? Shouldn't we educate our children on the effective management of negativity and drama? I think we should! It isn't the negative that becomes the issue; it is how you deal with it that should be the primary focus. Negativity or negative thinking often accompanies and follows from significant life changes and transitions, and in most cases manifesting beyond any kind of reasoning, the small insignificant becoming a triad of major and significant – and for what purpose? Rarely will you find one, no matter how much you want. I've seen the toxic effects of negativity, seeing the best humans become shadows of their former self, due to factors they willingly accepted and inherited. Negativity breed's negativity, drama follows drama…you get the idea. With a brain smaller than a melon, how do we make sense of everything happening around us? Navigating the world for the majority of us is seamless and boundless, and rarely do we need to ask the question about how we actually navigate the endless possibilities and actually make it to the end of the day without major incident. Incomprehensible. Think about the millions if not billions of parallel logistical actions involved to allow someone to travel to a foreign country. From the earning of the local currency, allowing another to act on the transaction, to the engineers keeping a plane, boat, and train in serviceable condition to the international timekeeping universals.
