This week, Christina and Brittany are having one of those honest, unfiltered conversations. The kind where you talk about what's actually happening in your body… how aging really feels… and why health can't sit at the bottom of the priority list anymore. They dive into inflammation and how it quietly impacts everything from energy to long-term disease, the growing conversation around peptides and recovery, and the reality of navigating wellness in a world where “nothing feels real anymore.” This episode is about taking your health seriously. About discipline. About gratitude. About choosing to live in a way that doesn't leave you with regret. If you're building a life, a career, a family — none of it works if your health falls apart. This is real talk on movement, mindset, nutrition, recovery, and what it means to age with intention. We don't shy away from the skepticism. We don't pretend we have it all figured out. But we do believe this: Health is non-negotiable. About Brittany and Christina: Meet Brittany and Christina, your dynamic podcast hosts who bring their unique blend of expertise, passion, and life experience to every conversation. Chad Delligatti — CEO of InnoSourceChad Delligatti is the CEO of InnoSource — a more than two-decade-old, Ohio-based company that has grown into a national workforce solutions platform serving Fortune 500 and midsized organizations across the country.Since joining InnoSource in 2000 as one of its earliest employees, Chad has devoted his entire professional career to building the company — helping it evolve from a regional staffing firm into the leading HR, talent, outsourcing, and data solutions partner it is today, employing more than 2,000 associates across North America, partnering with clients to deliver highly customized recruiting and workforce management solutions. But this isn't just a story about staffing…From sweeping neighbors' floors in Bexley as a child, to running a lawn care business in Granville, to flipping Beanie Babies in college, Chad's entrepreneurial drive showed up early. And when faced with the choice between joining a large corporation or becoming one of the first employees at a small, fledgling company called InnoSource, he chose the entrepreneurial path — a decision that shaped the next 25 years of his life.In our conversation, Chad reflects on what it means to dedicate decades to building one company — the evolution of the staffing and outsourcing industry from newspaper classifieds to job boards to AI-driven recruiting — and how InnoSource is now entering a new chapter powered by technology. We unpack how the implementation of AI is reshaping hiring funnels, reducing time-to-offer, improving tenure, and fundamentally transforming how workforce solutions are delivered. We also explore what hasn't changed: the company's cultural anchors, leadership principles, and Chad's conviction that technology must enhance — not replace — the human touch. This conversation was a lot of fun — chad exudes passion for his work and it comes through in spades. We were buried under three feet of snow here in Rhode Island, and while I was sitting inside with a sinus infection and nowhere to go, I kept thinking about Charlie. Charlie was a stray. Skittish. Half-wild. She started showing up in my backyard years ago. I fed her. Gave her shelter. Eventually set up a heated bed outside. She hovered at the threshold for a long time, close enough to see the warmth, unwilling to step into it. Until something happened. In this episode, I tell the full story-how survival instincts protect us, how resistance can keep us circling the very thing we want, and how sometimes it takes a “life quake” to finally let ourselves come inside. A few episodes back we talked about preparing for storms. This one is about what happens when you're already in one. We talk about ego. Self-protection. Accepting help. The slow build of trust. And the shift from surviving alone to belonging somewhere. Because surviving keeps you alive. Belonging changes your nervous system. 3 Takeaways for you: Notice where you're hovering outside what you say you want.Where are you close to warmth but still holding back?Survival mode can look like strength.Hyper-independence and control may be old protection, not present power.Receiving care is a practice.Belonging asks you to soften and let yourself be supported. Focus: The light of the world has been born! We don't have to walk in darkness anymore. We can follow Jesus who is the light that leads to life. Embrace the light! Isaiah 9:2-7
Focus: Everything has a season, a time. Seeing things this way frees us to let go and to embrace new things. A new thing isn't necessarily a lifetime commitment, we can embrace it for a time, for its season. And we're free to let go of things, because it may be that their season has passed. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
Focus: God's people were waiting for things to change. They looked forward to a leader who would rescue them from their oppressors and lead them with strength into an era of peace and honor. The realized prophecy was not what they expected. Some would embrace and follow Jesus, and others would reject the change from what they expected. Micah 5:2-5
Focus: Letting go of how the world tells you to think and what to want is part of the transformation that God brings about in your life as He replaces the world's values with His own. It might seem strange to refer to God's Word as something new. And yet, as God transforms the way you think, your life and choices display something new for you that is different from your "old ways". Romans 12:1-2

Welcome to a reflective journey on the Call to Act podcast, hosted by Donovan Jones. As we celebrate four incredible years of sharing faith, stories, and the pursuit of truth, Donovan opens up about his personal experiences, challenges, and the powerful impact of scripture in his life. Join us as we explore the essence of knowing Jesus and the transformative power of faith.Main Content: 1. The Journey Begins: Donovan recalls the inception of the Call to Act podcast, sharing how he felt called to step out of his comfort zone to glorify God and encourage others. He emphasizes the importance of his mission: to uplift, build faith, and point people towards Jesus. This commitment has been unwavering as he continues to share inspiring stories and teachings.2. A New Passion for Scripture: Recently, Donovan has developed a deeper love for scripture and aims to ignite the same passion in others. He teaches youth at his church on Wednesday nights, striving to instill a boldness in their faith that sets them apart from their peers. His goal is to create an environment where young people are eager to learn and grow in their relationship with Christ.3. Life's Peaks and Valleys: Reflecting on his journey, Donovan draws parallels to the life of King David, who faced numerous highs and lows but always found assurance in God's presence. He shares insights from Psalms, illustrating how David's experiences resonate with his own struggles and triumphs. This connection serves as a reminder that God's hand guides us through every season of life.4. Embracing Change in 2026: As Donovan enters a new year, he discusses the significant changes in his life, including a new job with more balanced hours and the transition of his children from homeschooling to traditional school. He expresses gratitude for these opportunities, highlighting how they have allowed him to share his faith with others in new ways. Donovan's interaction with his new colleague, Caleb, who has begun exploring the Bible, exemplifies the impact of living out one's faith in everyday life.5. Overcoming Doubts and Focusing on God: In a candid moment, Donovan reflects on a period of doubt and discouragement he faced at the end of 2025. He shares how external pressures and comparisons led him to lose focus on his true calling. However, a transformative quote from Oswald Chambers reminded him to concentrate on God rather than external validation. This shift in perspective reignited his passion for the podcast and his mission. Conclusion: As we celebrate four years of the Call to Act podcast, Donovan emphasizes the importance of staying true to one's calling and the significance of scripture in fostering a deeper relationship with God. This journey is not just about numbers or recognition but about genuine connections and faithfulness to God's purpose. Key Takeaways: - Embrace your calling and step out of your comfort zone to inspire others. - Cultivate a genuine love for scripture and share it with those around you. - Recognize that life's journey includes both highs and lows, but God's presence remains constant. - Focus on God rather than external pressures to find true fulfillment in your mission. - Celebrate the small victories and remain open to new opportunities for growth.

Big change doesn’t start big. It starts small. In this episode of "Courageous Christianity with Richard Mendelow," Colonel Richard J. Mendelow (Ret) and his wingman, Christy Mendelow, close out a three-part conversation on change by examining where real transformation actually begins—and why it’s so often overlooked. Are you waiting for motivation before you act?Are you ignoring the small habits that shape your character? Are you drifting a little at a time without realizing where it’s taking you? Thirty pounds doesn’t show up overnight.Strong marriages don’t grow by accident.Weak habits don’t form in a day. Scripture is clear: be faithful in little, and you’ll be trusted with much. So what are you doing with the little things? Are you showing up?Are you getting off the X?Are you committing to 15 minutes in the Word at 6 a.m. even when you don’t feel like it? Change doesn’t happen by backing into it. It happens by deciding to move—one step at a time. If you’re serious about living out real faith in the real world, this finale matters. Then act on what you hear. Don’t wait. Show up. Listen now at CourageousChristianity.today, on KKHT.com, iHeart Radio, or on select podcast platforms. Are you over fifty and ready to make the rest of your life the best of your life? In this episode of the Fabulous Over 50 podcast, we're diving deep into the power of living intentionally, chasing your dreams, and moving forward—no matter your age or what life has thrown at you. Living the Life You Love—At Any Age As someone who has seen my share of doctor's offices, I want to share a recent experience that really hit home. I was chatting with a fellow patient—a man in his late 60s—who was getting ready for a trip to the Amazon. It was such a beautiful reminder that adventure doesn't have an age limit. We have to refuse to let a number or a setback define what is possible for us. It's Never Too Late to Pursue Your Dreams I want to ask you: If you could do anything in the world—for fun, for work, or just because—what would it be? I know life presents challenges, but it is never too late to take that first step. So many of us say, "One day, when the kids are grown," or "when I have more money." But let's be real—those are often just excuses that keep us stuck. You deserve to start now. Embracing Change and Forward Motion I've had my share of ups and downs, from being a single mom in LA making $9 an hour to finally following my dreams here by the ocean. I like to think of life like a train; people get on and off at different stops, and that's okay. My message to you is simple: Don't let your past prevent you from moving forward. There are beautiful things waiting for you if you just choose to keep going. Community and Connection Matter Whether I'm watching rocket launches from my front yard or swimming with the manatees, I've learned that happiness comes from your attitude and your actions, not from having "perfect" circumstances. We're in this together. I want you to reach out and tell me what you're excited about. As we look toward everything 2026 has in store, I can promise you one thing: it might not be perfect, but it can absolutely be fabulous. You just have to be willing to try. Ready to move forward? I'd love to hear what exciting adventure or goal you're chasing. Connect with me at jenhardy.net/contact. Remember, you're never alone, and the best is yet to come!

That resentment you feel watching your partner pursue hobbies while you manage everything isn't petty—it reveals what Tony identifies as one of the "fundamental wounds" in modern marriages: the split between duty and desire. Through the story of Sarah and Michael—a couple weeks from divorce—Tony explores how one partner can become a pure, exhausting obligation while the other escapes into hollow pleasures. Both are starving for what the other has, but neither can see it. You'll discover why the "serpent's trick" convinces us that what we want and what we should do are enemies when they were always meant to work together. In this episode, you'll learn: Why feeling like "a machine that keeps everyone running" signals you've lost connection to your own desires—and why reclaiming them is actually part of your duty as a parent and partner The difference between discipline that crushes your soul and discipline that creates freedom (hint: it depends on whether it's aligned with your actual values or just "socially compliant goals") How asking "what can I do to help?" often puts the mental load right back on your overwhelmed spouse. Why Michael's gaming and biking felt hollow even though Sarah assumed he was "living his best life." The concept of impermanence—and why accepting that your beliefs will evolve is liberating, not threatening Tony Overbay, LMFT, draws from over 20 years of couples therapy and 1,500+ couples to share the exact framework that helped Sarah and Michael move from combat to connection.
