This is something there is a lot of conflicting information around but if you look at the actual human outcomes we don't see evidence for eliminating these things long-term unless you have an actual allergy to these foods. If you're one of the many who have eliminated, or considered eliminating, dairy, gluten, and soy, this episode is for you! The body-positive movement, while well-intentioned, has left me feeling conflicted and shamed at times. For a long time now grains have been getting a bad rap.
