Kristin is an executive coach, facilitator, trainer, a joyful mom to both a human child and a dog child and, most importantly, a friend and colleague of mine.  She's a self-described spiritual NON skeptic, the yin to my yang.  We discuss how her pipeline to deeper spirituality was through radical self-love and acceptance and how starting to talk to God during her daily dog walks got her through a deep depression in the middle of both the covid pandemic and the tragic daily news cycle playing out in the US.

It is my 5 year coach-aversary!!!! In this episode, the first recorded in 2023, I talk about goal setting (and achieving!) from a spiritual perspective.  Something that is likely top of mind for many of you this time of year. If we believe in a higher power greater than us and that that power is indeed powerful and life is unfolding for our good and the greater good…then why would we even set goals?? And how? A lifelong student of human behavior and lover of humans in general, Anna's coaching focuses on helping creative people connect to their own voice and greatness through a mix of deep empathy, compassionate curiosity, no-nonsense truth-telling, and irrepressible humor. Before becoming a coach, Anna's had a decade-long career as an actress, stand-up comic, and screenwriter in Los Angeles and New York. She is an ex-Catholic (NOT excommunicated!) Anna has received 4 of the 7 sacraments. But she definitely had sex before marriage, so if heaven exists… she figures she has a 50/50 chance. Anna currently worships at the edge of the ocean in Maine where she lives with her ocean activist husband, hilarious Dungeons and Dragons obsessed teenage son, and dingbat chocolate lab.
