Ralph gave his thoughts on tonight's NIT title game, as well as the CBI Final, the CIT Finals, and the Final Four. After breaking down those games, Adam and Ralph talked about what worked well for him this season and what didn't work so well in both the NBA and college basketball that he'll look to adjust going forward.

We hit all eight Sweet 16 games on this Thursday edition of BangTheBook Radio and projected ahead to the Elite Eight with our two guests. Host Adam Burke was joined first by Brad Powers of BradPowersSports.com. The guys talked a bit about college football at the top of the show and then chatted about the right side of the bracket. The guys hit Villanova vs. West Virginia, Purdue vs. Texas Tech, Kansas vs. Clemson, and Syracuse vs. Duke. They also projected out Elite Eight lines for the potential matchups on Sunday. Ralph Michaels from WagerTalk.com joined us for the second half of the show, as the guys broke down the left side of the bracket. Kansas State vs. Kentucky, Loyola-Chicago vs. Nevada, Florida State vs. Gonzaga, and Michigan vs. Texas A&M were the matchups in the spotlight there and the guys also looked ahead to the Elite Eight round on Saturday with projected lines and betting opinions. Adam and Ralph also hit the CBI, CIT, and NIT to look at some betting tips there.

Host Adam Burke opened up the show with a few notes on the recent MLB signings of Jake Arrieta and Neil Walker and what they mean from a futures standpoint while waiting for today's first guest, Brian Blessing, to join the show. Once Brian did, it was almost all college basketball the rest of the way. Adam and Brian discussed the South Region, as well as the play-in game tonight for St. Bonaventure against UCLA. Brian talked about some good betting angles to consider and also some his free picks, including an over that he really likes. Tony George of Doc's Sports was on the program with a lot of thoughts about the NIT, March Madness, and some really good betting angles for the East Region. Brad Powers of BradPowersSports.com joined us for a long talk about the NIT, CBI, and CIT before taking a look at the Midwest and West Regions for the Big Dance. There are a lot of premier betting opportunities this month and we covered a lot of them on today's show.

We'll be cramming basically five days worth of shows into four blocks of radio this week, which means that we have a change for today's show. No, we actually did, as Brad has season win total projections done for every team outside of those in the Mountain West Conference. He talked about a futures bet that he likes a lot and gave some thoughts on some teams that are projected to do really well and some blue-blood programs that are not. Don't you worry, we swung it back to college hoops after that. Adam and Brad talked about a lot of conference tournament betting angles and strategies. Brad talked about some of the things that he'll be looking for in the betting market in terms of recency bias and some hidden home court advantages that are unaccounted for by the books. The guys also dove into a discussion about bubble teams and talked about a futures bet for Brad. Regular season games are still going, so they discussed an overrated and underrated team and Duke vs. North Carolina coming up on Saturday.
