Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk), in her persistent machinations, targets Claire Howard (Hayley Erin) and Harrison Locke (Redding Munsell) and takes them hostage. Despite the efforts of Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to thwart her plans, Jordan outsmarts everyone. The situation becomes more complex when suspicions fall on Claire, who is in fact, a victim herself on the CBS soap opera.  Meanwhile, emotional turmoil ensues as Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) experiences illusions about Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) while Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) find solace in each other's company.
