This was a real treat to have such a lengthy chat with Graham Jarvis. We caught up with Graham a couple of weeks ago while he is currently recovering from a knee injury that has currently seen him off the bike for an extended period of time.   Graham is someone who I have wanted to interview for a while now, as his ability in enduro are clear for everyone to see. Most people know Graham comes from a trials background so I was keen to explore those early days which are meaningful achievements in their own right, it's just that they have been somewhat dwarfed by his career 2.0 in hard enduro.   We discuss the transition from trials to enduro and what advice he would give to aspiring riders and reflect on his many achievements in the enduro world as a multiple winner of the Red Bull Romaniacs, Ezberg, and Sea to Sky as well as Hells Gate.   We look at the approach to events and how that differs between the two disciplines.   We round it out with a chat about what is next for Graham and discuss his Race Team, Clothing Line, Signature Tours and training programs.   Ladies and gentleman, I give you my chat with Graham Jarvis.   Link to Jitsie Scott Trial Coverage: https://www.jitsie.com/en/   Contact the Podcast: Email: podcast@trials.com.au Facebook Group: Trials Australia Podcast Community Instagram: trialsauspodcast TikTok: @trials_aus_podcast

How Many Styles Should I Have On My Clothing Line? I get this question a lot. While there’s no perfect answer, this episode will give you a few guidelines. You can have 5 styles, each in 3 colors, which will give you 15 pieces for a buyer to choose from. That’s a nice selection... Let's talk about the 6 different types of customers and why they matter to you. Now. I'm basing this on my own personal experience. If you know me, you know that I was 25 years old when I opened up a retail store in Chicago, I designed all of the clothing in the store. And when I opened that up, I had no idea what I was doing. I mean, no idea. I didn't know how to run a business. I opened up a boutique without a back room, without a place for backstock without a place for my team to have lunch.  Total newbie.  But I quickly learned how to read the people who came into my shop and understand how to sell to them.  This episode covers the different types of shoppers - for ANY product - and how to deal with them.  Enjoy! www.fashionbrainacademy.com

Have you ever thought about starting your own clothing line? This week, we're talking with someone who actually did it! Joanne Jarrett started Shelfie Shoppe, a line of "street legal pajamas" after years of searching for loungewear she wouldn't be afraid to answer the door in! We also talk about my appearance on her podcast, my love of birds, and a fun girls' night that involves...dentistry? Joanne Jarrett is a family physician on her 17th year of maternity leave. She hosts the Fancy Free Podcast, where she and her guests share their most embarrassing funny stories. And as someone who is always looking to be super cozy at home, she designed a line of "street-legal pajamas". She and her husband run a mobile endodontics practice together, so she is also a reluctant office manager and part-time dental assistant. They have two teenage daughters and live in rural Montana. For the comfiest (and most practical) loungewear you've ever worn, visit shelfieshoppe.com and use code EVERYDAY for free shipping.
