Ken Cuccinelli Sounds the Alarm: Attach the SAVE Act to FISA & Expose California's Election Fraud Machine

The man who wrote the book on election integrity is fired up — and he's not mincing words. Former Virginia Attorney General and Election Transparency Initiative National Chair Ken Cuccinelli joins Marc Cox and Kim St. Onge with a battle plan that John Thune doesn't want to hear: attach the SAVE Act to FISA and force every senator to go on record in front of the 90% of Americans who support voter ID. Thune says it can't be done — Cuccinelli says that's a lie, and he explains exactly how the House Freedom Caucus can make it happen. Then the conversation turns to California, where a 24,000 ballot drop somehow produced zero votes for one major candidate, a homeless woman was paid two dollars to sign a ballot, and the state refuses to share its voter rolls with anyone. Cuccinelli calls it exactly what it is — a system built to absorb cheating. If you care about free and fair elections, this is the most important conversation happening in conservative media today. Don't miss it on the Marc Cox Morning Show. Hour 3 of the Marc Cox Morning Show brought the firepower — and not just from the studio air conditioner finally kicking in. Heritage Foundation's Jonathan Butcher pulled back the curtain on America's college campus DEI shell game, where "diversity" got swapped for "belonging" but the racial preferences never went anywhere. Then Ken Cuccinelli delivered the most battle-tested election integrity analysis you'll hear anywhere in conservative media — a surgical takedown of John Thune's surrender on the SAVE Act, a roadmap for attaching it to FISA, and a cold hard look at California's election system that he says is built from the ground up to absorb cheating. Scott Pelley's media meltdown got the two-tape treatment that left CBS News with nowhere to hide. And Kim on a Whim closed the hour exposing a seven-city St. Louis fire department merger that has union power grab written all over it. The Marc Cox Morning Show isn't just talking about what's wrong with America — it's naming names and showing receipts. Hour 4 is straight ahead. On the hottest Wednesday of the year — inside and outside the studio — Marc Cox, Kim St. Onge, and the best guest lineup in conservative radio delivered four hours of truth that the mainstream media, the Missouri establishment, and the Washington good-old-boy network desperately wish you hadn't heard. America struck Iran overnight, a helicopter went down, and two pilots were pulled from the ocean by an unmanned drone boat in one of the most remarkable military stories of the year. Carmelo Anthony got 35 years while his family pocketed $650,000 from strangers online. Maine Democrats nominated a man with a Nazi tattoo he conveniently forgot about for 20 years. California kept counting votes — and somehow one candidate received zero out of 24,000 consecutive ballots. John Thune admitted on camera he won't even try to pass the Save America Act. Ken Cuccinelli had the battle plan Thune doesn't want the House to hear. Jonathan Butcher exposed DEI's rebranding game on America's college campuses. Taylor Riggs confirmed inflation is at a three-year high and Social Security hits the wall in 2032. Kim St. Onge made the pro-life case that a YouTuber who monetized his pregnant wife's journey had no right to call himself a victim after aborting his Down syndrome son at 20 weeks. And Jimmy Failla made you laugh so hard at the absurdity of it all that you almost forgot how mad you should be. Almost. This is the Marc Cox Morning Show — the four hours of conservative truth that St. Louis, Missouri, and America can't afford to miss. See you Thursday at 5AM. The duo explores the "political sickness" permeating America, questioning whether the escalating rhetoric from elected officials and media figures has reached a tipping point of cause and effect. The episode features a comprehensive look at the fallout, including a direct response from the White House briefing room by Caroline Leavitt, who contrasts the shooter's manifesto with everyday social media discourse. We also dive into local governance with Fargo City Commission and School Board candidates who are fighting for transparency and safety, plus an update on the legal battle over gerrymandering in Virginia with Ken Cuccinelli. Finally, we find a moment of hope through a local Rotary effort to eradicate polio worldwide. Standout Moments [45:60] – Why Does This Keep Happening? On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, in the spirit of George Wallace, Democrats in Virginia disenfranchised millions of voters through a misleading referendum on representation, which passed in a Democrat-majority state where most Democrats voted against Republicans having any seats. But the Tazewell Circuit Court just ruled the referendum unconstitutional on two grounds: the ballot language was utterly misleading and the legislature's vote to place it on the ballot violated state law. The judge issued an injunction blocking certification and denied a stay, with a final order forthcoming and immediate appeal expected to the Virginia Supreme Court. Ken Cuccinelli calls in and explains the Circuit Court's decision. There are four significant state constitutional violations, any one of which could invalidate the referendum or the resulting map, as challengers only need to prove one flaw while defenders must win on all four.  Also, the Southern Poverty Law Center has targeted and maligned traditional conservatives for decades. After the civil rights era, it struggled to find enough discrimination under federal and state law to attract donors, so it created such discrimination on a grand scale. According to an indictment with receipts, the organization funneled more than $3 million in donor funds to extremist groups. It set up accounts with fake names to launder the money and conceal its involvement. Later, Dana Perino calls in to discuss her new novel - Purple State.  She also weighed in on the Southern Poverty Law Center which she called the greatest extortion scam in a long time by creating and inflating hate in order to claim credit for fighting it. Perino also emphasized that Israel's post-October 7 actions and recent intelligence gains have put the Iranian regime on the ropes, and Trump would ultimately finish the job. Robert Knight is a former Los Angeles Times news editor and columnist for the Washington Times as well as other publications. Robert has had senior positions in a number of pro-family organizations. On Monday, Ken Cuccinelli, the national chairman of the Election Transparency Initiative, was the guest on Crosstalk. He warned about the Virginia vote that was to take place on Tuesday pertaining to a mass gerrymandering of the state. He noted that the state is near a 50-50 split with 6 blue (Democrat) congressional districts and 5 red (Republican) districts. He also communicated that there's a push from the left to make it ten blue districts and one red district. Less than 48 hours ago, votes were tallied, with unofficial results indicating that the gerrymandered maps narrowly won. Since then a judge has halted the results from being certified. According to Robert, more than 80 million dollars was spent on this campaign, with most of it coming from Democrats. They raised virtually all of it from out-of-state sources including a group run by Hakeem Jeffries, the minority leader in the House of Representatives, and another led by George Soros. This has resulted in a new redistricting map that Robert said looks like, "...a lobster with a long tail." Does the law really give the Virginia legislature the ability to redraw districts for the mid-term elections with a later return to what the law says? Was the vote in Virginia basically an anti-Trump vote as well as a response to what took place in Texas? These are all good questions and Robert deals with them and more.

Hour 2 shifts into election law and political conflict, breaking down Virginia's redistricting legal fight with arguments from Ken Cuccinelli, alongside geopolitical oil pressure on China and broader partisan clashes involving figures like Tim Walz, John Fetterman, and Chris Murphy, before closing with “In Other News” including a bobcat attack, Prince tributes, and NFL Draft disruptions tied to school policy. Hour 4 brings together federal authority concerns and economic tension, opening with Eric Schmidt's Arctic Frost testimony questioning political use of federal power, followed by Taylor Riggs analyzing oil market volatility tied to Middle East instability and investor resilience, while earlier discussion revisits St. Charles election tie procedures and concludes with rising concern over teen street takeovers, curfews, and parental accountability across multiple U.S. cities. Hour 2 opens with analysis of redistricting battles as commentary from Jason Rantz argues that modern gerrymandering practices originated in heavily Democratic states like Illinois and Maryland, not recent Republican efforts. The discussion breaks down Virginia's new map fight, with legal arguments from former attorney general Ken Cuccinelli outlining multiple constitutional challenges that could overturn the vote. The hour then shifts to geopolitical pressure points involving oil supply constraints on China and speculation around future political moves, including remarks involving Elizabeth Warren, Chuck Schumer, and controversial social media reactions from Chris Murphy. Broader political commentary touches on criticism of Tim Walz and support framing from John Fetterman regarding national messaging and patriotism. The hour wraps with “In Other News,” featuring a Wisconsin bobcat attack, pyramid origin theories tied to Pharaoh Khufu, a celebration of Prince in Minneapolis, and backlash over remote learning decisions by Pittsburgh Public Schools during the NFL Draft. Ken Cuccinelli is the national chairman of the Election Transparency Initiative. He previously was the acting director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Yesterday morning, Harmeet Dhillon, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the Department of Justice, said that federal officials discovered tens of thousands of dead people and non-citizens on voter rolls. At the present time, multiple states are being sued by the Trump administration for failing to turn over voter roles to the Department of Justice which is determined to ensure compliance with the National Voter Registration Act, the Help America Vote Act and other laws. Out of 60 million records, they've found at least 350,000 dead people and approximately 25,000 people with no citizenship records. Ken believes that election transparency is the foundation of voter confidence. So review this edition of Crosstalk and find out how Ken views the election landscape and what must be done to protect such transparency and confidence. For example: Most people don't call local voting officials when they move. So as people relocate, do such rolls get automatically "cleaned" or not? Why has there been such a radical turn to the "left" in Virginia? Is there an effort in play in order to gain four more House seats for Democrats? How significant is this to the rest of America? Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger just signed into law a measure that joins the state to the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. Is this an effort to undermine the electoral college? What is ranked choice voting and does the public really understand it? What is ballot harvesting?
