We're talking Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Rice, McCabe, even Obama himself. Tulsi calls it a years-long coup. We connect the dots between Crossfire Hurricane, the Steele Dossier, FISA abuse, and a psy-op run from the top.Meanwhile, the Epstein files are back in play, with Trump and Pam Bondi moving to unseal grand jury transcripts as Dems scramble to spin it. Was it all a setup to corner them into demanding transparency they once opposed? And what's with Maurene Comey's sudden firing? This episode breaks down the real reason Obama will never be held accountable, the racial shield that protects him, and how selective justice is destroying America. We expose the hypocrisy, the timing, and why this may just be the opening move in a massive takedown of the deep state. It's all connected. And it's all coming out.

On todays show Dwayne, James and Glenn fight thru many technical issues to talk about Shark Week, National Ice Cream Day, and a podcast event at Say Van in Farmerville. The conversation shifted to Tulsi Gabbard's allegations against the Democratic Party, claiming Obama directed intelligence agencies to fabricate evidence of Russian collusion. The FT mentioned documents released by Gabbard, implicating Obama, Clapper, Comey, and others. The group also discussed the CAFE standards, which Trump revised to remove penalties, benefiting automakers. Additionally, they touched on Elon Musk's new Tesla Cafe and the recent crypto regulations, emphasizing the need for clear definitions and legal frameworks for stable coins. The discussion centered on the alleged financial misconduct of Rep. Adam Schiff, comparing it to past accusations against Donald Trump. Schiff is accused of claiming his Maryland residence as his primary residence for tax benefits while maintaining a secondary residence in California, which is considered election fraud. The conversation also touched on the practicality of these claims, noting that many Congress members likely have dual residences. Don't miss it!

In this episode of The Daily Herold, Jon Herold dives into explosive new claims surrounding the alleged Epstein birthday letter attributed to Donald Trump and questions the timing and motives behind its sudden media appearance. Herold dissects the Wall Street Journal's reporting and Trump's fiery denial, including threats of legal action. He revisits how online influencers and government officials pushed narratives around the so-called “Epstein files” and explores the possibility of planted disinformation used as political weapons. Jon further unpacks developments around Judge Richard Berman, Pam Bondi's request to unseal grand jury materials, and the public's rising demand for transparency. The episode also takes a sharp turn into fresh revelations about the Obama administration's alleged manipulation of intelligence to create the Russian interference narrative post-2016, highlighting a newly released whistleblower timeline that directly implicates key players like Brennan, Clapper, and Comey. Additional updates include Trump's executive orders, crypto regulation bills, ICE detention logistics, and the reported cancellation of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. As always, Jon wraps with chat banter, viewer rants, and a nod to Alcatraz's reopening.

Today's Headlines: Israel launched missile strikes on Syria's military HQ in Damascus, potentially destabilizing the new Syrian government amid talks to normalize relations. Despite the Trump administration's request to hold back, Israel is sending more troops to the border, citing threats to the Druze community. Meanwhile, Trump hosted Bahrain's crown prince, who pledged $17 billion in U.S. investments—though details were vague, aside from a symbolic model airplane. Trump also denied plans to fire Fed Chair Jerome Powell, despite telling Republicans otherwise, and floated the Fed's over-budget HQ renovations as a possible excuse. Separately, the administration fired federal prosecutor Maurene Comey—daughter of James Comey—who had handled the Epstein, Maxwell, and Diddy cases, offering no clear reason. Trump mocked his own supporters who believe Epstein conspiracy theories, calling them “weaklings,” while still refusing to release promised files. And in two more Trump-world twists: DHS deported five migrants to Eswatini, an African country none of them were from, and federal agents arrested nine anti-ICE protesters in Spokane. Lastly, $100 million worth of Trump memecoins are unlocking today, padding the president's net worth.    I guess 16 years is enough time to pass to make a sports documentary about something historic.  In the case of "Underdogs: the 2009 Open Championship" aired on Golf Channel, it didn't take long for this one to reduce yours truly to a whimpering little pup filled with horrible memories of Tom Watson not finishing off perhaps the greatest individual feat in sports history.    Shane Gillis stuns the audience as the host of the ESPY's.  It's Disney corporation apologizing for all the woke as the conservative free speech comedian offended just about everyone, without foul language.  We have the deets.    Trey Smith is not only the highest paid guard in history he's a heckuva man.  This was on display as he signed his deal with the Chiefs and then called his dad on speaker phone.  What happened was just the best.    The Senate passes a $9 billion clawback at 2:30 am that will defund NPR and PBS if the House approves by Friday.  We may need a parade.  In Oregon, the feds are trolling protesters in the best way ever... this is hilarious.  Pam Bondi fires James Comey's daughter and a popular singer loses his instrument on stage at a concert.

Maureen Comey, a federal prosecutor and daughter of former FBI Director James Comey, was recently removed from her position following a series of high-profile prosecutorial failures, most notably her handling of the Sean “Diddy” Combs case and the ongoing fallout from the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. In the Diddy case, despite mounting public allegations, corroborating testimony, and a sprawling federal investigation, Comey failed to secure a conviction on key charges—prompting criticism from within the DOJ and from the public, who viewed it as yet another instance of the wealthy and powerful skirting justice. Her role in the Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell matters had already drawn skepticism, particularly over the slow pace of disclosures and missing evidence. Combined, these failures painted a picture of a prosecutor either unwilling or unable to push cases against elite defendants across the finish line.Comey's dismissal is being viewed by many as symbolic of a broader institutional failure. For years, she was positioned as a central figure in prosecutions that promised accountability for Epstein's network of enablers, yet few meaningful outcomes followed. The fact that she is now gone—without fanfare, without accountability, and without explanation—only fuels suspicions that her presence was more about containment than prosecution. Her firing doesn't feel like justice—it feels like an after-the-fact cleanup, a quiet reshuffling meant to relieve pressure while continuing to protect the same circles that have evaded consequences all along.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:DOJ fires Maurene Comey, daughter of James Comey and a prosecutor in Sean Combs' and Ghislaine Maxwell's cases

In this episode of Taking It Back, Zak Paine and Adel Nero go deep on Trump's bold Truth Social post declaring the “Jeffrey Epstein Hoax,” analyzing the former president's messaging and media strategy. They argue that Trump's controversial comments are a tactical move designed to bait mainstream media and provoke mass exposure of a long-suppressed issue, child trafficking and institutional corruption, under the guise of political damage control. The conversation expands into a broader discussion of legacy media collapse, independent journalism's rise, and how Trump supporters must look beyond emotional triggers to understand the long game. They also tackle the role of Maureen Comey in prosecuting high-profile trafficking cases, her sudden firing, and the implications for future investigations. With humor, clarity, and plenty of sharp edge, the hosts call out performative influencers, explain why mainstream polling still favors Trump despite the media circus, and highlight how blackmail networks could be rooted in deep intelligence operations far beyond Epstein himself. This is a no-nonsense takedown of distraction narratives and a passionate defense of trusting the mission.

We learned that Judge Boasberg penned a memo with support of several other activist judges and sent it to SCOTUS Chief Justice Roberts showing they had already determined their feelings about any Trump case brought before them. Rep. Jamie Raskins (D-MD) continues to show us he is still the Designated Liar. Jill Biden's Chief of Staff, Anthony Bernal, refused to answer any congressional oversight questions. Rep. James Comer (R-KY) gives us his thoughts on pleading the fifth. It does open up the possibility of getting a lot more people to answer questions, including Jill Biden. The Democrats in the Senate walked out of committee, with Spartacus himself, Sen. Corey Booker (D-NJ) trying to once again filibuster to stall a vote for a Trump judicial nominee. All the Dems have is obstructionism as part of their America Last agenda. I then take a moment to reflect on the concept of “political correctness” and how it's led to where we are today. I hope it encourages people to stop being afraid to share their thoughts and to engage in much needed conversations. The most ridiculous item of the day goes to Prime Minister Keir Starmer who wants to lower the voting age in the UK to 16. As to big wins, it looks like Trump will declassify the documents needed to continue the Grand Criminal Conspiracy Investigation. We remind the audience about the last time Trump was in office and implemented some tariffs, it led to jobs and investment in America. Italy has just signed on to get natural gas from the United States to the tune of $15 billion dollars. ICE has been granted access to Medicaid data, which will allow them to track down even more illegals. And, Trump has just announced that not a penny more will be wasted on the boondoggle that was high-speed rail in California. Finally, we get two back-to-back polls from CNN's Harry Enten. Even with the Epstein topic, GOP support for Trump continues to grow. Unfortunately, during the same polling period, Demcrats continue to lose the confidence of their base. This Day in Legal History: Second Confiscation ActOn July 17, 1862, President Abraham Lincoln signed the Second Confiscation Act into law, dramatically expanding federal wartime powers during the Civil War. Building on a more limited first version passed in 1861, the new act authorized the seizure of property—particularly land and slaves—from individuals engaged in or supporting the rebellion. It declared that any Confederate supporter who did not surrender within sixty days would have their property “forfeited and seized” by the United States government. Crucially, the law applied even to those who had not been convicted in court, effectively bypassing traditional due process protections. One of the most controversial aspects was the emancipation provision: slaves of disloyal owners were to be “forever free.” While limited in scope—applying only to territories held by Union forces and to those enslaved by rebels—it marked a key moment in the legal evolution of emancipation as a war aim. Lincoln, a lawyer sensitive to constitutional boundaries, had reservations about the law's due process implications. To address these, he issued a “signing statement” urging that the law be enforced in a way that preserved judicial oversight where possible.Still, the act laid the legal groundwork for broader emancipation efforts, including the Emancipation Proclamation issued six months later. It also reflected increasing pressure from abolitionist Republicans in Congress who sought a more aggressive stance against the Confederacy. The Confiscation Act expanded the Union's legal toolkit for undermining Confederate infrastructure and punishing rebellion, though enforcement was often inconsistent on the ground. It pushed the boundaries of property rights and signaled a shift in federal authority during wartime.A U.S. appeals court appears likely to block the Trump administration's effort to revoke Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for nearly 350,000 Venezuelan immigrants. During oral arguments on July 16, 2025, a three-judge panel from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals questioned the abrupt reversal of TPS protections just days after President Trump and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem took office. Judges expressed skepticism about the administration's rationale, particularly since the Biden administration had extended TPS protections until October 2026 only two weeks earlier.Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw questioned how conditions in Venezuela could have changed so significantly in such a short timeframe. Government attorney Drew Ensign argued that the Biden administration's extension was legally insufficient and that agencies have the authority to reconsider decisions. However, Judge Anthony Johnstone countered that policy changes must follow proper legal channels, not be masked as legal corrections. Judge Salvador Mendoza raised concerns that Noem and Trump's comments—some of which he described as “arguably racist”—might reflect racial bias in the policy shift. The TPS Alliance, represented by Ahilan Arulanantham, argued that federal law only allows revisions to TPS decisions for minor corrections, not full reversals. District Judge Edward Chen had already blocked the TPS termination in March, citing discriminatory motivations. The case affects Venezuelans who received TPS in 2023, with their status set to expire in April unless court protections remain in place. If the administration's policy holds, earlier TPS recipients from 2021 could also lose their status by September. Several other lawsuits have also challenged the termination of TPS for Venezuelans and Haitians.US judges skeptical of Trump ending Venezuelan migrants' legal status | ReutersNinth Circuit skeptical of Venezuelan immigration status terminations, despite SCOTUS block | Courthouse News ServiceThe U.S. Department of Justice has fired Maurene Comey, a prominent federal prosecutor and daughter of former FBI Director James Comey, without providing a clear reason. Comey had led high-profile prosecutions, including the conviction of Ghislaine Maxwell in the Jeffrey Epstein case and the recent case against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. Two anonymous sources confirmed the dismissal and said Comey received a memo citing the president's Article II constitutional authority to remove federal employees. The move comes amid broader personnel changes at DOJ under the Trump administration, which recently reversed its position on releasing Epstein-related documents—an about-face that has frustrated Trump's supporters. Maurene Comey was part of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan and played a key role in Maxwell's 2022 conviction and sentencing. She also prosecuted Combs, who is currently in jail awaiting sentencing for transporting women for prostitution. Although jurors acquitted Combs of the most serious charges, he remains in custody. The dismissal of Comey follows a pattern of DOJ firings under Attorney General Pam Bondi, who recently terminated several prosecutors involved in investigations tied to Trump, including members of Special Counsel Jack Smith's team. James Comey, fired by Trump in 2017, is currently under investigation alongside former CIA Director John Brennan. Neither the DOJ nor Maurene Comey has commented on her termination.US DOJ fires federal prosecutor Maurene Comey, daughter of ex-FBI head James Comey | ReutersEx-FBI Chief James Comey's Daughter Ousted as Federal Prosecutor - BloombergTwenty U.S. states—mostly led by Democratic governors—filed a lawsuit to stop the Trump administration from ending a federal grant program aimed at disaster prevention. The program, known as Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), was launched in 2018 to help fund infrastructure improvements that protect communities from natural disasters such as floods and wildfires. The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Boston, argues that FEMA acted beyond its legal authority when it terminated the program in April without congressional approval. The states, led by Washington and Massachusetts, assert that ending BRIC violates the separation of powers, as Congress explicitly funded the program and made disaster mitigation a key function of FEMA. They also contend that the decision-makers at FEMA—former acting director Cameron Hamilton and his successor David Richardson—were not lawfully appointed and therefore lacked authority to shut down the program.FEMA defended the decision by claiming the program had become wasteful and politicized, but bipartisan lawmakers criticized the move, especially given BRIC's importance to rural and tribal communities. Over the past four years, the program has awarded approximately $4.5 billion for nearly 2,000 projects, including flood walls, road improvements, and evacuation centers. The lawsuit comes amid scrutiny over FEMA's recent handling of deadly floods in Texas, which killed over 130 people, reinforcing concerns about cutting pre-disaster funding. The plaintiff states are seeking a preliminary injunction to reinstate the BRIC program while the case proceeds.Trump administration sued by US states for cutting disaster prevention grants | ReutersFEMA Sued By 20 States Over Cuts to Disaster Mitigation ProgramGeorge Retes, a 25-year-old U.S. citizen and Army veteran, says he was wrongfully detained for three days following an immigration raid at a cannabis farm in Camarillo, California. Retes, who works as a security guard at the site, described a violent arrest by federal agents during a chaotic scene involving protestors. He alleges that officers broke his car window, used tear gas on him, and restrained him forcefully, despite his repeated statements that he was a citizen and an employee. The raid was part of a broader immigration enforcement effort under the Trump administration, which began ramping up in June. Retes claims he was never told what he was being charged with and was taken to a downtown Los Angeles facility without explanation. He missed his daughter's third birthday while detained and now plans to sue the federal government.Immigrant rights groups have warned that U.S. citizens and legal residents are sometimes wrongly caught up in such raids. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed Retes' arrest and release, stating that his case, among others, is under review by the U.S. Attorney's Office for potential federal charges. Retes condemned the treatment he received and called for greater accountability, saying no one—regardless of immigration status—should be subjected to such abuse.US citizen says he was jailed for three days after California immigration raid | Reuters This is a public episode. The discussion denounces decades of outsourcing to China as the root of economic decay and political vulnerability. The second segment picks up the thread, chronicling the urgent push to dismantle the CIA and FBI, imprison deep state actors like Comey and Brennan, and declassify evidence of their alleged conspiracy to interfere in multiple elections. The host champions Trump's strategy of punishing Russia and China with sweeping tariffs, while condemning India's collusion with BRICS to destroy the U.S. dollar. Throughout, the commentary highlights the nation's “great American stupid,” the dangerous entanglement in Ukraine, and the existential need to confront hidden truths. Only by exposing these secrets, the speaker insists, can America hope to reclaim its sovereignty and heal deep political wounds.

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, WJNO's Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. Will we finally see accountability for James Comey, John Brennan, and James Clapper? CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred Brennan and Comey to the FBI for potential criminal prosecution. Accountability is important to prevent future misconduct, but if there were a trial, it would occur in Washington, D.C. As John Durham learned, there was no way to get an honest D.C. jury. Also, former White House physician Dr. Kevin O'Connor invoked his Fifth Amendment rights and remained silent during a House Oversight Committee interview, refusing to answer questions, including whether he was asked to lie about President Biden's health or if he believed Biden was unfit for duty. O'Connor's refusal to answer seems to show that he was in on the cover-up. Later, during the Biden administration, 59% of jobs (7.9 million) went to U.S.-born workers, while 41% (5.5 million) went to foreign-born workers, including many illegal immigrants. In the first five months of the Trump administration in 2025, 985,000 jobs were added, with a net decline of 735,000 foreign-born workers, resulting in 1.7 million more U.S.-born workers employed. This suggests U.S.-born workers are filling jobs previously held by immigrants, with significant self-deportation likely contributing, as deportations are minimal. Finally, President Trump is the second most efficient U.S. president, behind only FDR, for rapidly advancing his second-term agenda. In roughly 170 days, he signed 170 executive orders, 44 memoranda, 71 proclamations, and five laws, including the One Big Beautiful Bill. Despite a narrow congressional majority, he made the Tax Cut and Jobs Act permanent and introduced 27 tax code changes, retroactive to January 1, 2025, saving taxpayers money through deductions. His speed and success are historically remarkable. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
