The Palestinian Authority "Pay-for-Slay" policy gained wide public attention when Taylor Force, a West Point graduate who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, was savagely knifed to death by a Palestinian terrorist on March 8, 2016, while on a tour of Israel. The Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service has made a military assessment of Russia, and they say Moscow has no intention of militarily attacking Estonia or any other NATO member states in the coming year.
