The Epstein story is not over, no matter how much certain political figures want it to be.In this episode, we confront the ongoing withholding of key Epstein documents and ask hard questions about transparency. We examine the actions and public positions of Donald Trump, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, and Dan Bongino. The real focus remains where it should have been all along: the women and children harmed by Jeffrey Epstein and those connected to him.Justice requires truth. And truth requires courage.--https://www.bible.com/
On today's episode of Uncommon Sense with Ginny Robinson, we continue unpacking the devastating revelations found in the Epstein files. What's been exposed isn't just corruption, it's a system that protects powerful criminals while innocent victims are silenced. The facts are very disturbing. There has been absolutely no accountability. And the victims deserve more than headlines and non-answers.We're asking hard questions about leadership, responsibility, and why justice still feels so out of reach. If powerful names are involved, then powerful action must follow. No more silence. No more avoidance. The victims deserve truth, and they deserve justice. NOW.--https://www.bible.com/
Sean "Diddy" Combs continues to dominate headlines as new financial details emerge about his activities before his arrest. According to multiple reports from February 10, 2026, the music mogul received a $100,000 cash payment from Miami's M2 nightclub for a Formula 1 Race Week kickoff party appearance in May 2023, just months before federal authorities arrested him.The arrangement raises questions about financial concealment. The contract specified that all payments be made entirely in cash, delivered in two separate installments to a company called Janice Combs Music Holdings Inc., named after his mother. This cash-only structure for such a large amount stood out as unusual and has drawn scrutiny from investigators examining his financial dealings prior to his arrest. The appearance took place before his legal troubles escalated. Less than a year later, federal authorities raided his homes in March 2024 as civil lawsuits mounted against him. By September 2024, he was federally indicted on multiple charges. A jury trial concluded in July 2025, resulting in his conviction on two counts of transportation for purposes of prostitution. He was sentenced to four years and two months in prison and fined $500,000.Combs is currently serving his sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, with an expected release date in June 2028. His legal team is pursuing appeals, with an oral arguments hearing scheduled for April. During his trial, multiple accusers testified, including his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who filed the initial lawsuit alleging sexual assault and trafficking. That case was settled for a reported $20 million.Meanwhile, other legal matters continue to develop. A separate sexual assault lawsuit filed in October 2024 by Ashley Parham against Combs, Odell Beckham Jr., and comedian Druski was dismissed on December 16, 2025, due to procedural issues. The dismissal was without prejudice, allowing the plaintiff to refile if counsel is obtained. As Combs navigates his incarceration and ongoing legal battles, questions persist about the extent of financial arrangements made before his arrest and what they might reveal about his activities during that period. Investigators continue reviewing his past transactions and business dealings as part of the broader investigation.Thank you for tuning in. Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski | True Crime News & Commentary
Robin Dreeke spent thirty years in the FBI reading behavior, building cases, and getting people to reveal themselves. Today he tackles three major cases in one comprehensive interview. The Michael McKee case: the surgeon allegedly told his ex-wife Monique Tepe he could kill her "at any time" — eight years after their divorce. Robin explains the behavioral profile of possessive obsession and what the reconnaissance trip to her home signals. The Ellen Greenberg case: the feds are reportedly investigating whether people who handled her death committed crimes. Robin breaks down how corruption cases unfold and what makes people flip. The Brendan Banfield case: the defendant called the accusation "absolutely crazy" and then his alibi fell apart. Robin analyzes what the testimony, the letters, and the blood evidence reveal. Three different cases at three different stages — all examined through the lens of someone who's spent decades understanding how killers think, how institutions cover up, and how the truth eventually surfaces.#RobinDreeke #FBI #MichaelMcKee #MoniqueTepe #EllenGreenberg #BrendanBanfield #AuPairAffair #TrueCrime #BehavioralAnalysis #HiddenKillersJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Josh and Sandee Greenberg have spent fifteen years fighting for their daughter. Every door closed. Every agency in Pennsylvania told them the same thing: Ellen killed herself. Twenty stab wounds, ten to the back of her neck, a knife four inches into her chest—and they called it suicide. Now, for the first time, someone outside Pennsylvania is asking questions. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has reportedly issued subpoenas to the Philadelphia Police Department, the Medical Examiner's Office, and other agencies connected to Ellen's case. Sources say the investigation isn't focused on how Ellen died. It's focused on whether the people who handled her case committed crimes. Criminal corruption. Obstruction of justice. Evidence tampering. Deprivation of rights. The list of irregularities is staggering. The crime scene cleaned before detectives could process it. James Schwartzman—Samuel Goldberg's uncle, Chairman of the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board—removing laptops and phones before police had a warrant. Computer searches cited as evidence that the original report said weren't found. Josh Shapiro's Attorney General office holding the case for four years, then discovering an "appearance of conflict" with the Goldberg and Schwartzman families. The Greenberg family's attorney called the prospect of federal involvement "a dream come true." For fifteen years, they've been told their daughter's death was suicide by people who had every reason to make that story stick. Now federal prosecutors are asking why.If they find what so many people suspect, this won't just be about Ellen. It'll be about a system that failed her—and whether that failure was a crime.#EllenGreenberg #JusticeForEllen #FederalInvestigation #JoshShapiro #JamesSchwartzman #SamuelGoldberg #PhiladelphiaCorruption #TrueCrime #MedicalExaminer #15YearsJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Robin Dreeke spent thirty years in the FBI building cases against dangerous people and corrupt institutions. Today he delivers expert analysis across three major cases — including the federal investigation into Ellen Greenberg's death. Subpoenas have reportedly gone to police, medical examiners, and the state attorney general's office. Robin explains the methodology: how federal corruption cases get built, what makes people flip, and what the complete institutional silence signals about where this is headed. He also breaks down the Michael McKee case — the unsealed affidavit revealing eight years of alleged threats against his ex-wife Monique Tepe, the language of ownership, and what the reconnaissance trip to her home signals about premeditation. And the Brendan Banfield case, where the defendant called the accusation "absolutely crazy" — and then his own IRS supervisor contradicted his alibi. Three cases. Three stages. Fifteen years after Ellen Greenberg was found with 20 stab wounds and ruled a suicide, the federal government is asking questions — not about how she died, but about who decided to call it suicide and why. Robin Dreeke, former FBI special agent and behavioral analysis expert, explains the federal methodology: how investigators build corruption cases against institutions, what makes people in the orbit of an investigation decide to cooperate, and what the medical examiner's sworn recantation of his own ruling means for everyone else who touched this case. The crime scene was professionally cleaned before homicide detectives could return. Electronic devices were removed by a politically connected family member. The ruling changed from homicide to suicide after police publicly disputed it. And Josh Shapiro's office held the case for four years before suddenly discovering a "conflict of interest" with connected families. Robin breaks down what federal investigators are looking for, who's most vulnerable to pressure, and why the complete institutional silence tells us more than any press conference could.#EllenGreenberg #FederalInvestigation #RobinDreeke #FBI #Philadelphia #TrueCrimeToday #JusticeForEllen #CoverUp #SamGoldberg #20StabWoundsJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Nationally recognized psychiatrist, internist, and addiction medicine specialist Muhamad Aly Rifai discusses his article "Physician legal rights: What to do when agents knock." Muhamad shares a terrifying but essential guide for any doctor facing an unexpected visit from federal agents or investigators. He explains why the physician's natural instinct to educate, reassure, and be helpful is actually a liability that can lead to a prison sentence. The conversation highlights the critical legal distinction established in Salinas v. Texas which means silence alone is not enough to protect you without a verbal invocation of rights. Muhamad contrasts real-life case studies of doctors who talked and lost everything with those who remained silent and were exonerated. This is the moment the Greenberg family has been waiting for. After 15 years of fighting every level of Pennsylvania's justice system, federal prosecutors have reportedly entered the Ellen Greenberg case — and they're investigating the investigators.According to sources cited by the Philadelphia Inquirer, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has issued subpoenas to the Philadelphia Police Department, the Medical Examiner's Office, the Law Department, and the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office. The focus isn't on how Ellen died. It's on whether the agencies that handled her case committed criminal corruption.Ellen was found dead on January 26, 2011, with 23 stab wounds — 10 to the back of her neck — and a knife lodged in her chest. The original medical examiner ruled it homicide. That ruling was switched to suicide within weeks. Her parents, Josh and Sandee Greenberg, have spent every year since fighting for the truth. The crime scene was cleaned within 24 hours. Evidence was removed before processing. Courts called the investigation "deeply flawed." The original pathologist recanted in January 2025. A new review found wounds never documented — and still said suicide. Now the feds are pulling records from the office Governor Josh Shapiro ran when his team closed this investigation in 2019, citing laptop searches on devices with a broken chain of custody.Family attorney Joseph Podraza called this "a dream come true." What's really happening in Minnesota — and why does it matter to the rest of America? ⚠️ In this episode, Tara breaks down explosive claims involving $19 BILLION in alleged fraud, violent street intimidation, and federal officials being chased off while trying to investigate. With no arrests since December, leaked emails suggesting city coordination with protesters, and federal agencies sounding the alarm, Tara explains why Minnesota is being framed as a case study in depolicing, vigilantism, and the collapse of lawful accountability.

This episode of Kliq This is one of those mornings where the conversation refuses to stay light. Kevin Nash and Sean Oliver come in reacting to the world as it is right now, not as anyone wishes it were, and the tone shifts fast. What starts as media and culture talk turns into something heavier, sharper, and far more uncomfortable Kev doesn't hedge his opinions here. He draws lines, explains why he draws them, and challenges the way stories are framed once they hit the news cycle. There is real frustration with how power is exercised, how accountability gets blurred, and how quickly narratives are assigned before facts are even settled The discussion widens into government, law enforcement, and what happens when authority is paired with fear and immunity. Kevin speaks from lived experience and training, not from a headline, and that perspective drives some of the most intense moments of the show. This is not a clean debate and it is not meant to be Just when you think the episode has found its ceiling, it pivots again. Economics, foreign policy, tariffs, oil, and global power plays all get pulled into the same conversation. The connective tissue is control, who benefits from it, and who pays the price when decisions are made far away from everyday people As always, Kliq This refuses to end on a neat bow. There are laughs, unexpected detours, and moments of gallows humor that cut through the tension. Never has so much been misunderstood by so many. This episode pulls back the curtain on two explosive fronts unfolding at the same time: Trump's legally executed energy strategy in Venezuela—and the domestic chaos erupting as massive fraud networks, media narratives, and political pressure collide here at home. This isn't a war with Venezuela. It's sanctions enforcement, court orders, and oil leverage—executed with precision. As Venezuelan oil exports grind to a halt and China's energy supply tightens, political prisoners are suddenly released and power dynamics shift overnight. Meanwhile, back in Minnesota, the same political forces screaming about “justice” are accused of shielding corruption, distorting evidence, and targeting federal agents—while hundreds of millions of dollars in suspicious cash flow quietly moves through U.S. airports. Energy. Money. Power. Narrative control. This is what the fight is really about.
A fatal shooting involving ICE officials in Minneapolis is under federal investigation after authorities said an officer acted in self-defense. The incident, which left a 37-year-old woman dead, sparked protests and raised concerns about trust and accountability, as the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security review the case. In this explosive episode, Tara breaks down why federal investigators are flooding Minneapolis — and why local Democrat leadership is panicking in public. After Minnesota Governor Tim Walz abruptly drops out of the governor's race, Trump officials signal what many already suspect: this isn't a PR issue — it's criminal exposure. With 2,000 federal agents deployed, funds frozen, daycare and SNAP programs under review, and ICE on the ground, the reaction from city leaders has turned desperate. From suitcases of cash moving through airports, to empty daycares raking in millions, to a mayor all but threatening ICE agents, Tara lays out a fraud operation years in the making — and why it's finally being exposed.

Tim Walz to resign. We will talk about it with Axios breaking news reporter Herb Scribner (16); U.S. pledges $2 billion in for United Nations humanitarian aid, down sharply from previous years; China's Foreign Minister criticizes a record $11 billion in U.S. weapons sales to Taiwan as China conducts military drills simulating a blockade of Taiwan; more performers cancel scheduled dates at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC after President Trump's name was added to the institution. Justin Paperny had the perfect life — a privileged childhood in California, a promising baseball career, and by 26, he was the youngest broker at Bear Stearns' Los Angeles office. But behind the polished image, greed took over. First, it was stealing commissions. Then, he got pulled into a multi-million dollar fraud scheme with a client. At 32, he traded luxury boardrooms for 18 months in federal prison camp. In this interview, Justin reveals how his choices unraveled his career, the reality of life inside a federal prison camp, and how he turned his biggest mistake into a new mission — helping others avoid the same fate. His story is a cautionary tale of ambition, greed, and redemption. #WhiteCollarCrime #PrisonStories #FraudCase #FederalPrison #FinanceScandal #PrisonInterviews #TrueCrimePodcast #redemptionstory Connect with Justin Paperny: Website: https://free.whitecollaradvice.com/google2?utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=White+Collar+Advice&utm_campaign=KS-Leads-Search-Brand&utm_content=Brand-Exact&utm_keyword=justin+paperny&utm_matchtype=e&campaign_id=22279642692&ad_group_id=174779004879&ad_id=734949328994&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=22279642692&gbraid=0AAAAAC59KDbd9vbZE8r8cORPwr__0suk-&gclid=CjwKCAjwtfvEBhAmEiwA-DsKjqq4EOzZG9qXnXhrGdbvhfgeOeaGsqJOA-Y0j_5b61KcCob5GtNevxoCU0cQAvD_BwE Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/whitecollaradviceteam/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@WhiteCollarAdviceOfficial Hosted, Executive Produced & Edited By Ian Bick: https://www.instagram.com/ian_bick/?hl=en https://ianbick.com/ Get 50% off the Magic Mind offer here: https://www.magicmind.com/IANB50. #magicmind #mentalwealth #mentalperformance Presented by Tyson 2.0 & Wooooo Energy: https://tyson20.com/ https://woooooenergy.com/ Use code LOCKEDIN for 20% OFF Wooooo Energy Buy Merch: http://www.ianbick.com/shop Timestamps: 00:00 Intro: Justin's Story & Downfall 02:23 From Wall Street to Prison 06:41 Turning Prison into Purpose 12:12 Building a New Life After Release 24:24 Baseball Dreams & Early Influences 36:00 Breaking into Finance 43:38 The Slippery Slope: Small Cheats, Big Consequences 51:13 Rationalizations and the Cost of Fraud 01:01:12 The Federal Investigation and Plea 01:05:41 Preparing for Prison and Self-Reflection 01:13:21 Life Inside: Surprising Prison Realities 01:28:39 Finding Redemption & Building Discipline 01:35:01 Life After Prison: Stigma, Success & Giving Back 01:44:34 Final Reflections & Outro Powered by: Just Media House : https://www.justmediahouse.com/ Creative direction, design, assets, support by FWRD: https://www.fwrd.co Learn more about your ad choices. This week we're dusting off a true gem from the Tone Mob archives! My 2019 conversation with Mike Mitchell of The Kingsmen. Recorded live in a Portland cigar bar, this one dives into the chaotic birth of garage rock and the most famous three chords in history: Louie Louie. Mike tells the story of how the band cut the track in a one-hour, $36 recording session — and then somehow wound up under FBI investigation because nobody could understand the freakin' lyrics. (Imagine J. Edgar Hoover, in a suit and sensible heels, spending taxpayer money trying to figure out if a bunch of teenagers were singing about naughty, naughty things. You can't make this stuff up.) We also get into the invention of Sunn Amps, how their pants-blowing stage volume influenced Hendrix, The Who, and the Stones, and why some folks consider The Kingsmen the accidental godfathers of punk. The Kingsmen's FBI story has been making the rounds on the internet lately, and I thought it fitting to have folks hear it from the man himself. It's a reminder that rock 'n' roll has always been loud, messy, a little stupid, and that's exactly why it's beautiful. So crank this one up, blow your hair back, and enjoy some history from the loudest living room in America. RIP Mike Mitchell. Support The Show And Connect! The Text Chat is back! UnitedHealth Group said Thursday it is cooperating with civil and criminal requests from the United States Department of Justice over its Medicare practices. The Wall Street Journal reported in May that the U.S. Department of Justice is investigating the Minnesota-based company for criminal Medicare fraud. This comes after a civil probe into UnitedHealth the newspaper reported earlier this year and a series of articles about the company's billing practices. The Wall Street Journal found UnitedHealth had received billions of dollars from Medicare for diagnoses that some doctors said were incorrect or irrelevant. Wall Street Journal reporter Anna Mathews joined Minnesota Now to talk about the reporting.

In this episode of Passing Judgment, we examine the legal controversy over James Comey's deleted “8647” social media post and the ensuing federal investigation. Host Jessica Levinson analyzes whether Comey's message amounted to an unlawful threat against former president Trump or was simply protected political speech. She guides listeners through the legal standards for incitement, fighting words, and true threats, concluding that the greater threat may be government efforts to silence political opponents. Here are three key takeaways you don't want to miss:James Comey's Social Media Post: Jessica Levinson introduces the controversy surrounding former FBI director James Comey, who is under federal investigation for a now-deleted social media post featuring shells arranged as "8647" on the beach. The crux of the issue is whether this was a coded call to "get rid of" (86) President Trump, who is both the 45th and 47th president, or simply a form of political commentary. The Legal Question: Free Speech vs. True Threats: Levinson dives into the central legal dilemma: Was Comey advocating violence, or exercising his First Amendment right to political speech? She explains the importance of distinguishing between punishable incitement or threats and protected political advocacy.Historical and Contextual Perspective: The episode puts this controversy in a broader context, mentioning similar uses of "86" by other politicians, notably Matt Gaetz, without triggering federal investigations. Levinson argues that context matters—whether the intent is referencing a metaphorical political ouster or a literal threat.Follow Our Host: @LevinsonJessica
In the United States, federal investigators may use testimony from accusers in civil matters to pursue criminal charges if a crime has been committed. Here's how this process generally works:Separation of Civil and Criminal Proceedings: Civil and criminal matters are typically handled separately in the legal system. Civil cases involve disputes between individuals or entities seeking monetary damages or specific performance, while criminal cases involve the prosecution of individuals by the government for violating laws.Accuser Testimony in Civil Cases: In civil cases, individuals (the accusers) may testify under oath about their experiences, allegations, or claims against the defendant. This testimony is presented before a judge or jury, and the standard of proof is typically lower than in criminal cases. In civil cases, the standard of proof is usually based on a preponderance of the evidence, meaning the evidence supports the accuser's claims more than it supports the defendant's position.Federal Investigation: If the accuser's testimony in a civil case suggests that a crime may have been committed, federal investigators, such as those from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) or other relevant agencies, may launch a criminal investigation. They will gather additional evidence, interview witnesses, and assess the credibility of the accuser's testimony in the context of potential criminal charges.Criminal Charges: If the investigation uncovers sufficient evidence to support criminal charges, prosecutors may bring charges against the accused individual or entity. The decision to pursue criminal charges is typically based on the sufficiency of evidence, the applicable laws, and prosecutorial discretion.Use of Accuser Testimony: Accuser testimony from the civil case may be used as evidence in the criminal trial, subject to rules of evidence and the defendant's rights to confront witnesses. The credibility of the accuser and the reliability of their testimony will likely be scrutinized during the criminal proceedings.Criminal Trial: The defendant in the criminal case will have the opportunity to present a defense, including challenging the accuser's testimony, presenting alibi evidence, or disputing the prosecution's evidence. The prosecution must prove the defendant's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, which is a higher standard of proof than in civil cases.Potential Outcomes: If the defendant is found guilty in the criminal trial, they may face penalties such as imprisonment, fines, probation, or other consequences depending on the nature of the crime and applicable laws. If found not guilty, they will be acquitted of the charges. So, what, if any sort of information are the accusers providing to the Feds? Let's dive in and see if we can find some clarity in all of this muck.(commercial at 9:26)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Sean 'Diddy' Combs' ex Cassie likely 'important' witness in Homeland Security trafficking probe: expert | Fox News

A federal court heard arguments from Karen Read's defense team in a critical hearing Wednesday, as they pushed to dismiss two of the charges against her, citing double jeopardy. This was one of two hearings scheduled that day, and it could determine whether Read faces another trial for the 2022 death of her boyfriend, Boston Police Officer John O'Keefe. Read, 44, of Mansfield, is accused of striking O'Keefe with her SUV outside a home in Canton on January 29, 2022, then allegedly leaving him in a snowstorm after a night of drinking. The defense, however, has long maintained that she is the victim of a coverup and that O'Keefe's death was caused by others—potentially even law enforcement officers. For over 90 minutes, Chief Judge Dennis Saylor listened to arguments dissecting whether Judge Beverly Cannone properly declared a mistrial and whether she should have polled the jury before doing so. Read's attorneys claim they spoke to jurors after the trial, and those jurors confirmed they had reached a unanimous verdict: not guilty of second-degree murder, not guilty of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death. If that's the case, the defense argues, retrying Read would be a blatant violation of her constitutional protection against double jeopardy. Defense attorney Martin Weinberg made the case clear: “We had a lengthy argument in front of the chief judge of the United States District Court on issues of profound constitutional significance. The question is whether or not the Norfolk District Attorney can reprosecute Ms. Read when there's such strong and compelling evidence that the prior jury acquitted her.” But the prosecution wasn't having it. Caleb Schillinger, representing the DA's office, countered that the jury never filled out verdict slips or sent any notes to Cannone indicating they had reached a partial verdict. His argument was simple: “There were no acquittals.” He pointed out that if the roles were reversed and the prosecution tried to argue the jury had found her guilty, Read's team would have objected just as strongly. Judge Saylor acknowledged the weight of the issue and promised to issue his opinion quickly, knowing that whoever loses will appeal. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking—the retrial is scheduled to begin on April 1. This federal hearing came hot on the heels of another major development. Just the day before, during a hearing in state court, Special Prosecutor Hank Brennan made a statement that raised eyebrows: The federal investigation into O'Keefe's death was officially closed. But outside the courtroom, Karen Read wasn't so sure. Speaking to reporters, she questioned whether the probe was actually over, referencing a letter from the U.S. Attorney's Office she received just a month earlier. “If I take him at his word, that would be a very dangerous endeavor of mine,” she said. “But I've seen a letter from the U.S. Attorney's Office from one month ago, and it said it was ongoing. It was a four-page, single-spaced letter.” The conflicting statements only add to the controversy surrounding the case, fueling speculation about the integrity of the investigation. If the probe was still active just weeks ago, what changed? And why the sudden declaration that it's over? Read's legal team isn't slowing down. They were right back in Norfolk Superior Court later that same day, continuing to fight through pretrial motions. Whether or not she faces trial again, one thing is certain—this case is far from over. #KarenRead #JohnOKeefe #TrueCrime #LegalDrama Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? At Karen Read's March 4th Hearing, the courtroom was buzzing with activity, and several key issues were addressed. Brennan officially confirmed that there is no longer a federal investigation into the John O'Keefe death case or related matters. This announcement comes after the defense previously invoked a "Federal investigation," which has now been clarified as closed. The Judge questioned Alessi about the defense's disclosure of payments made to ARCCA experts. The court was not pleased that the payment records were not disclosed alongside the initial invoice. The defense clarified the timeline of when they learned of the payment and why it wasn't disclosed immediately. The Commonwealth filed a motion for sanctions against the defense for allegedly violating a protective order by including certain testimony and text messages in a motion for reconsideration. The defense acknowledged an error but did not file a formal correction with the court. The Commonwealth requested an unofficial "gag order" in the case, which the court is considering. The judge has taken up on advisement about where or not to do a Daubert Hearing on the Commonwealth's Expert Witnesses- James Crosby and Robert Gilman. The case is heating up, and tensions are high as both sides prepare for a fierce legal battle the next day on March 5th.Watch the full coverage: https://youtube.com/live/TL80PyTJOUkRESOURCESDefense's Habeas Petition - https://youtube.com/live/hQjZkiAIVkcThis podcast uses the following third-party services for analysis: Spotify Ad Analytics - https://www.spotify.com/us/legal/ad-analytics-privacy-policy/Podscribe - https://podscribe.com/privacy
