The United States and Russia have written up a plan to try and end the bloody fighting in Ukraine. High ranking officials from the Pentagon met with President Zelenskyy and shared the Trump administration's reported new 28-point plan to end the war. The United States given President Trump's 20-point security plan for Gaza to the U.N. Security Council, and now wants it formally authorized.
