Mit Prof. Dr. Peter Eyerer spricht Herr Bonnet in dieser Folge über Polymer Engineering. Herr Eyerer hatte von 1979 - 2006 den Lehrstuhl für Werkstoffkunde der Metalle und Kunststoffe an der Uni Stuttgart inne und war Direktor des Instituts für Kunststoffprüfung und Kunststoffkunde. Von 1994 - 2006 war er außerdem Leiter des Fraunhofer Instituts für chemische Technologie. Obgleich eigentlich Pensionär ist er immer noch mit voller Leidenschaft und Engagement in der Forschung und Entwicklung tätig. Das Polymer Engineering ist ein wichtiges Thema für die ganze Gesellschaft. Es geht dabei um eine ganzheitliche Betrachtung des Produkts. Also um den Entwicklungs-, Fertigungs-, Oberflächen-, Nutzungs-, sowie Recycling- und Entsorgungsprozess. Die ganzheitliche Betrachtung bezieht sich hierbei nicht nur auf die Eigenschaften des Produktes, sondern ebenso auf Umwelt- und Sozialaspekte. Would you still play some of the tracks in your current sets? A: Actually I am not such a big fan of dropping old „hits“. There is so much new music on the market, that is great, so I prefer to present more new or rather some unreleased stuff of myself, my labels or friends. Though there could be rarely one old tune in my set when it comes to the right moment. On another note: The selection for this mix is not covering my best 10tunes ever. There were so many milestones on the way to „how I met the bass“. Could have done 3 mixes more (if I had less work and more time). Q: You´re a DJ for more than 30 years now and you´ve played in almost all parts of the world. Are there still any ambitious goals for you to follow? A: The globe is big and there is still many places to see. I just saw a post by Dave Seaman playing in Pakistan for instance - and immediately thought „Wow, I’ve never been there". So besides of exploring places I want to see there are so many great venues and parties and its always a big pleasure to return. Last month I played a show in Cuzco - that was really cool just to be in a city like that and play my music! Before I played in Buenos Aires - Bahrein Club - and it wa say 9 or 10th time there but never enjoy less to play. Travelling and playing as a dj is something I couldn’t imagine to stop. The only thing that gets more tiring is the traveling itself. Q: What´s happening in 2018 - which Eyerer projects are on the way? A: First a few releases will come out: A new Collab with Markus Homm on Culprit LA, a new Kling Klong, new release with Ackermann on Ignite and working on a new Rejected and Bedrock follow ups right now. I am thinking slowly about a new Album project for 2018 but am not clear yet what I will do exactly. Needs to be a special concept I think. Generally I will finish a few started Collaborations with Gel Abril, Namito, Ackermann and Pan-Pot and try to spend more time in my beautiful Studio in Berlin Riversidestudios.

In the following years the play DJ Gigs and Live Acts all over germany, Europe and the United States (Mayday, SonneMondSterne, Marlboro Casino Club Tour, Heaven London, Batofar Paris, New York, San Francisco, Kiew....)First Productions on legendary Berlin Based Label Formaldehyd as Clubheroes. Biggest Success Dum Dum on Relief/Chicago (Remix by Green Velvet) & Lost Piano on Sony.2005: Founded new Label: Death By Disco. The Sound is Electronic House like their last releases on Forcetracks and Neutonmusic The first EP Any Fuckin Nite is a bombastic Hit all over Europe and in the record cases of many respected Deejays. The next 12 Me & My DJ on EK Records is also becoming another massive Clubtune, and the follow-ups: Dole & Kom Deep Down & Dirty EK 07 and Yeah!!! - Death by Disco 02 was released in September and October.2006: The Guys hit the new Year with a couple of big new EPs. Especially the Monster Eats The Pilot (EK 9) and Klingt ja wie (Neuton 24) have become massive Floorfillers. After a four year break there has been a reactivation of their classic Project Clubheroes, too. The EP Brilliant But Lazy will bring honour to the name. For the Leipzig-based Label Bondage they remixed ..Tonight.. by Stereofunk which became huge DJ support and ..1 at Web-Records.com Charts. Also there was a new Death by Disco Offensive with the Killer-Track Kiss me (DBD03) and again Features from Elbee Bad (This is our Night incl. Eyerer & Namito RMX -DBD04) and Berlin Party Queen Roxxy Bione.In 2007 they will mostly push their Label Death by Disco with monthly releases. The first will be ..FIT for fun.. (DBD 5) and comes end of February. Another dope 12.. comes on their second Home EK-Records and is called ..What you want!... This one has already heated up the Floors at their latest Live-shows and got big props by the DJs. Beside of that they work on Tracks for DJ Good Groove´s multiColor Recordings and the upcoming Label Bondage Music. The Low & Slow EP incl. Florian Meindl Remix was released in may and got huge Dj support. During Summertime they played many live & Dj Gigs and dropped their vacation for extra long studio sessions.
