As the attack against sexual morality and the traditional family continues to reach new and disturbing heights across the West, our leaders are now pushing stronger than ever to take this anti-life and anti-family agenda globally.Having conquered much of the world, these globalists actors now seem intent on the destruction of Christian morality in Africa, one of the last bastions of pro-life and pro-family culture. This week on the John-Henry Westen Show, LifeSite's co-founder and editor-in-chief sits down with Greg Shea, who lives in Nairobi, Kenya, to discuss the assault on the Christian convictions of the African people and how we in the West can help our brothers and sisters in Christ. Watch now as Shea explains to John-Henry and all of us, just how important the fight for life and family is in Africa, and what we can do to help them stave off this ideological colonization so they can avoid our present reality.HELP US FIGHT THE CENSORSHIP OF BIG TECH: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=acastSHOP ALL YOUR FUN AND FAVORITE LIFESITE MERCH!https://shop.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=acastFollow us on social media: LifeSite: https://linktr.ee/lifesitenewsJohn-Henry Westen: https://linktr.ee/jhwesten Hosted on Acast. So what are we doing wrong that keeps up from making change work? Greg Shea and Cassie Solomon join me to dig into how we can lead successful change in our organizations and teams. Gregory P. Shea is adjunct professor of management at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and Cassie Solomon is the President and Founder of The New Group Consulting, Inc where she coaches leaders and consults to organizations on the design and implementation of strategic change. Greg and Cassie are co-authors of Leading Successful Change: 8 Keys to Making Change Work, where they share their tested method for leading successful change, developed over a combined 50 years of helping organizations do just that. Changing the environment is often touted as a way to drive innovation and collaboration. The thing is, making superficial changes to the environment (e.g. with a ping pong table) doesn't help change the system needed to allow for innovation and collaboration. Greg and Cassie explain some of the tenets of making change successful and what has made their approach so successful. They also share more about change fatigue, how it creates resistance and makes people discouraged in wanting to change, and why the holistic approach to leading change helps set a company or team up for adapting and innovating. In Western Australia's eastern wheatbelt the sand plain soils are prone to acidification. To neutralise the acidity grain growers apply coastal lime usually sources from sites hundreds of kilometres away from their farms. However as part of a project initiated by the Kwinana East Regional Cropping Solution Network group research is being done to locate and assess on-farm lime sources as an alternative to coastal lime. Shea talks about some of the issues with building price points, attracting both concert-goers and Storm games. The Viaero Events Center is west of the major city of Grand Island in the state of Nebraska, beyond that point, the state is populated with small towns with few entertainment options.
