As a child, Chris Belassone learned early on that the dead aren’t far away. After a surprise interaction with his deceased grandfather, his interest in the paranormal was peaked. As he grew, his passion for the paranormal didn’t disappear but didn’t have direction either. Then in the early 2000s, Chris found a way to dive back into his supernatural curiosity and began investigating. Combing his medical knowledge as a paramedic with his knowledge of the paranormal, Chris has made some compelling discoveries about how our bodies react, to the dead. Taxi trips are more than just a means of getting from A to B — they are about the experiences on the journey. Taxi trips in Iran however, are somewhat similar and somehow different. On a taxi journey in Iran, you’ll likely be taken through the entire alphabet, but you can at least hop out happy, knowing that you’re now ‘au fait’ on the latest happenings. This is because Tehran’s taxi drivers are the most up-to-date resource for politics, the exchange rate, and the latest conspiracy theories in Iran. To help you have a better experience of getting around Tehran in a taxi, we invited Shanay on the show to share some of her experiences. Shanay is half Iranian, half Austrian, and has recently moved to Iran to embark on a restoration project. During our discussion with Shanay, we also reveal top tips on how to get a taxi in Tehran, where to get it, and how to interact with the drivers. So, taxi stories… what’s Tehran got? For nearly everything you need to know about taxis in Tehran, and more, click here… Questions also get answers to during this episode What happens when you talk too much in a Tehran taxi? Will Iranian taxi drivers screw me over on journey prices? What different types of taxis are available in Iran? Are there Iranian taxi apps like Uber? How do Iranian taxis look on the inside and out?Has Chris de Burgh ever had a concert in Iran? By now, you've undoubtedly heard of the Coronavirus, a lethal illness originating in mainland China that has so far claimed the lives of more than a thousand people. What you may not have considered, however, is how this might affect PlayStation 5. No: We're not kidding. Game consoles are manufactured in Chinese factories, and it's entirely possible that Coronavirus could delay PS5's launch, a possibility so real that even a mainstream investment firm is warning its clients of such an eventuality. Should we really fear such a delay? Would Sony launch a supply-constrained console instead of being late to market? Do people really need to be eating bats to begin with? We discuss. This episode is chock-full of other news, too! Long-time Rockstar creative lead Dan Houser is leaving the studio he helped create, Sony shut down a first party studio that never so much as released a game, BioWare and EA simply won't stop trying to make Anthem happen, and much more. Also: Let's hear from you, dear listener! Has Chris been unexpectedly teaching Colin a thing or two about video games? How come Ninja Theory stopped working with Sony? Will we ever give Yakuza a chance? Should one listener return his old roommate's forgotten PlayStation 2 games, even if he hated that roommate? Let's go deep. Learn more about your ad choices. Chris Greeveson is a Mastermind member that got quick results because he took immediate action. Our first Mastermind session was on a Friday and on the Monday Chris sent out his first batch of 100 letters. The next day Chris and I had a meeting. In that meeting, Chris got his first call. So, within a week Chris started to see results. Now, you might be thinking that this is a unicorn story, never to be repeated. And this is what Chris said... "If you follow the process, these results are typical. All you have to do is follow the guidelines and the steps you are taught. There are other people who have had similar results." Chris got off to a flying start because he already knew what market he wanted to invest in. He used the first Mastermind to confirm that his idea was good. Then he got on with turning his idea into reality. In a few short months, Chris has bought 2 businesses for £1 each! He plans to follow my "Rule of 6" and buy 6 businesses for his portfolio in a year. Then acquire one business a year and sell one business a year. By following my simple system, Chris will give himself a 6 or 7-figure payday every year. Most important to Chris, his business buying ability is not limited by his time or by his wallet. You see, Chris has run several companies in the past. They have always been related to his consultancy background. So, they were directly tied to his time. More businesses meant less time with his family. Today Chris has a simple system to buy businesses with a team in place. The team runs the business day to day. This frees Chris to focus on the big picture and what will move the needle in the business. Has Chris done anything you can't? Chris followed a simple step-by-step system and is now enjoying stunning results. You can do the same thing as Chris when you follow my system with consistent action. (And thanks to their shiny new court-ordered ankle monitors, they'll never leave again!) This week: Kornflake has a Flopcast-themed nightmare and a turkey-themed tale of terror, National Whatever Day involves (get ready for a shock) lobsters, and we're not quite done with our coverage of MarsCon! Yes, we have three crazy interview clips for you, with three of our favorite MarsCon performers: Power Salad, TV's Kyle, and Flat 29! Has Chris from Power Salad ever dunked a chicken (which is totally not a euphemism)? Can we get TV's Kyle to agree (grudgingly) that the greatest cartoon of all time is Jabberjaw? Are Flat 29's Dan and Charlie planning to force their bandmate Rich to undergo horrific cosmetic surgery? Listen and learn! (Or just keep reading right now. The answer to every question is yes.)
