Die eigenen Erfahrungen und neugewonnenen Perspektiven nutzt Mathias im beruflichen Alltag als eine seiner großen Stärken: Bedingungsloser und maximaler Einsatz, persönliche und charakterliche Weiterentwicklung sowie das Gefühl für den eigenen Körper – all diese und noch viele Aspekte mehr stehen täglich im Mittelpunkt seiner intensiven Arbeit mit schwarzgelben Fußballern.
