Agustina Carolina Del Carmen Otero Iglesias, nació en Valga (Pontevedra) en 1868. A los 11 años fue violada y señalada por ello y tuvo que huir de su pueblo. Aquello le marcó de por vida, una vida que terminó llena de glamour y fama en el París y la Francia de la Belle Epoque de finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX. Como cantante y bailarina triunfó en todos los grandes teatros y cabaret franceses, europeos y americanos. Se convirtió en la primera artista española de fama internacional. Paralelamente tuvo una vida rodeada de amantes regios y de la alta burguesía. Mantuvo relaciones con siete reyes europeos y cuenta ella en sus propias memorias que había hombres que le decían "arruíname, pero no me dejes". Le regalaron casas, islas y llegó a tener más joyas que la reina de Inglaterra. Por Motu Proprio decidió retirarse joven con 40 años y vivir la vida. Su fortuna parecía infinita, pero se demostró que no por culpa de su ludopatía. Terminó viviendo en Niza y se gastó toda su fortuna en el Casino de Montecarlo. Tal es así, que cuando se arruinó el propio casino le puso piso y pensión en agradecimiento a los millones que se había dejado jugando a la ruleta. Murió sola, pero vivió por todo lo alto. Por el desprecio de sus vecinos de Valga tras la violación siempre ocultó su origen. En sus memorias contó que era hija de una gitana gaditana y un militar griego, y en su testamento dejó toda su fortuna a su pueblo de nacimiento a sabiendas de que estaba arruinada y no heredarían nada. Fue su doble venganza particular. En Francia sigue siendo una celebridad que forma parte de su historia cultural y aún hoy , en el Hotel Carlton de Cannes, se sirven copas que tienen la forma de sus pechos. Los Pichas en Directo Valladolid, uno de los Grupos mas carismáticos de la ciudad en Radio 4G, con Oscar Arratia Los Pichas no dan conciertos, ellos organizan fiestas multitudinarias. El grupo musical más divertido de Valladolid celebra este año su 15 aniversario. Un hecho insólito al que ellos mismos miran perplejos, pues lo que empezó siendo una broma entre amigos acabó consolidándoles una carrera artística con mucho éxito y proyección. ¿Pero quiénes son Los Pichas? Pues son amigos de toda la vida, del mismo barrio. Agustín Villasañes (percusión), Alberto Vicente (guitarra) y Javier Carballo (voz) empezaron a ensayar en agosto de 2005. Su única intención era tocar tres canciones en la boda de Alberto, pero acabaron tocando 17 y recibiendo llamadas de numerosos locales y bares de Valladolid. Hanfry Martinez recently dropped by the Egg London studio to spin some tracks live on air. Invited into the Lola ED agency in 2014, the French crew had had their eyes on DJ/producer Hanfry Martinez for some time. Hailing from sunny Tenerife, he started off his career in the underground electronic world as a resident DJ and promoter, before catching the ears of influential clubs around Europe and being invited to take charge of the decks at the likes of fabric London, Goa Madrid and Chalet Berlin. A highly promising talent, in 2013 Hanfry was nominated ‘Best Spanish Artist' and ‘Best Deep House DJ' by the industry-respected Vicious Magazine.
