Sermon: Love Without Limits Series: The Final Word Life Church | February 1, 2026 Before God went silent, He spoke clearly. In this episode, Love Without Limits, we open the book of Malachi—the final message of the Old Testament and God's loving call to a spiritually weary people. Though the temple was rebuilt and the city restored, apathy had taken root. Through Malachi, God confronts sin, renews devotion, and declares His unwavering love. This message reminds us that God corrects those He's committed to—and His love is not based on our performance, but His covenant faithfulness. If you've felt distant from God, this teaching will challenge and encourage you to return to Him with your whole heart. https://www.lifechurchwilm.com/

As Jesus was teaching, He is challenged by a lawyer on what must be done to inherit eternal life. Pointing to the Scriptures, Jesus has the man answer correctly, yet the way is impossible to achieve. Because God loves us while we were still sinners, we are now able to love Him and others out of the very love we receive by grace. Having accomplished salvation for us, we no longer live to earn God's love but have it limitlessly as our identity.

What does it look like to love like Jesus? Not just politely, not just occasionally—but boldly. In this episode from the second sermon in our series Living the Call: Love Boldly, we explore how Jesus' radical call to love one another changes everything. This isn't a love that plays it safe—it's a love that moves, serves, forgives, and includes. Come rediscover the power of love that doesn't stop at the surface.
What if I told you that every person you pass today has an I.O.U. with your name on it? Not for money, not for favors, but for love. In Romans 13:8–10, Paul says there's one debt you'll never pay off—the debt to love others. Every handshake, every encounter, every neighbor, even every enemy is a reminder: I owe you love. It's the one bill that never comes due, because it's always owed. But here's the twist: Paul wrote those words to Christians in Rome who were misunderstood, mocked, and later even martyred under Nero's cruelty. And still, the call remained—love does no harm to a neighbor; love fulfills God's law. What does it mean to live with love as your only debt in a world that doesn't always love you back? This Sunday we'll discover how the gospel turns an obligation into an opportunity, a burden into a blessing, and why love is the most radical resistance to a broken world. Hosted on Acast. Jesus continues his Sermon on the Mount with one of his most famous exhortations ever: "Love your enemies." As we explore this radical call it illuminates the very nature of love that pours into our hearts through the Spirit and pours out of us indiscriminately to all those in our lives, even those who are hostile toward us. Application Questions: 1. In what ways do you understand God's love through the lens of our upside-down world? 2. What are examples of natural (reciprocal) love you can point to in your life?3. What opportunities do you have to show supernatural love? 4. Who is hostile toward you or opposed to you (or people like you) that might be who Jesus is referring to when he talks about "enemies"?5. How is God calling you to love differently this week?

The Bible teaches that there is no way that we can make ourselves more loveable to God and no way that we can make themselves unlovable to God.
Rooted & Grounded - A Love Without Limits - Pastor Eric Morris by Victory City Church
We love because God first loved us. In "Love Without Limits," Pastor David Grobler continues to preach about love not being a feeling but a decision—and that there is nothing we can do to increase or decrease His love for us.
We gravitate to the people who are most like us because they are the most comfortable to be around and the easiest to love. But Jesus calls his followers to a radical love that pushes us beyond our comfort zones and transcends traditional boundary lines so that the world might see the power of God's unifying love within his family of faith.
