I've been excited for this episode since we booked awhile back. I've only known this guy for about the past 18 months or so, but I am massive believer in leveling up and changing all areas of your life in a short period of time due to stories and journeys like today's guest. He is a plumber by trade, but really one of the brightest entrepreneurial minds I've met, especially when it comes to building a culture, branding, marketing, etc. I met him through Apex, and then actually met him in person last summer speaking at an event just outside of KC. After that, he ended up having an event in KC a few months later for his group, and I was a speaker there too. My guest today is Mitch Smedley.
