Parenting is hard, and parenting in a tech world can be downright overwhelming. The good news is that we have a good God who calls us to faithfulness, not perfection. So today, rather than focusing on ourselves as parents, we're going to reflect on who God is, who we are, and what it means to be a child of God.Show Notes: https://bit.ly/4fxV1ma

Each touchpoint creates an opportunity for a customer impression. However, very few owners, or executives, have ever counted the number of touchpoints in an average transaction. With that said, it's hard to manage customer satisfaction if you can't identify and measure satisfaction. Impressions are good and bad, and research shows it takes about 10-12 positive impressions to erase one bad impression. Maybe it's time to start charting, training and managing touchpoints? If not, then buckle up, because your are on a road that will take you anywhere it wants to go!Support the show

Perpetual procrastination can literally send your company to the boneyard. How? As proprietors, we constantly see opportunities for improvement, but we rarely act on them. In many cases, these missed opportunities might be costly enough to sink your company. I know because I have lived out this scenario in one of my business failures. If you're constantly procrastinating, why don't you try waking up tomorrow and start hunting for three, small ways to improve your business. Not wholesale changes…just minor tweaks to product development, administration, customer service or processes. If you were to install three, one percent changes, you would have 36 improvements in the course of one calendar year. The results could literally save a sinking ship! It might be time to put perpetual procrastination in your rearview mirror.Support the show

Our opportunity as parents is to set loving boundaries. This will involve saying "yes" whenever we can and "no" as often as we need to. When it comes to tech, it is unloving to give our children gifts we know will harm them or those around them. Instead we give them gifts that will produce good fruit, that are safe by design and, in the case they're not inherently safe, they are appropriate for this child in this season.Creating loving boundaries models the love God has for us, and the love He showed even to Adam and Eve (Genesis 3:22). We can extend this same mercy and love to our kids, and it starts by having healthy boundaries around our tech.Show Notes: https://bit.ly/4oQiaUQ

Hello voices from the bench community, John Wilson here and I wanted to share some news about the evolution of the Programill lineup. Most importantly, Ivoclar's new PrograMill 7. What stands out right away is the reduced air consumption this mill requires, but what you'll notice first is that impressive new touchscreen. For us, the biggest advantage has been increased spindle power. Next time you see your Ivoclar representative, be sure to ask about the PrograMill 7 and tell them John Wilson sent you. Thank you. At exocad Insights in beautiful Mallorca, we finally caught up with Felix from Imagine USA—and the timing couldn't have been better. As an exocad dealer on the front lines of digital dentistry, Felix shared his excitement about the strong turnout, the familiar faces, and most importantly, the innovation coming from exocad. What stood out most? The new exocad Hub and its cloud-based capabilities, along with powerful AI-driven tools inside DentalDB designed for efficient batch processing. For Felix and the Imagine team, it's not just about seeing what's new—it's about putting it to the test. By running new features through their own production facility first, they ensure real-world performance before bringing solutions to their customers. This week, Elvis and Barb continue their coverage from exocad Insights 2026 in beautiful Mallorca, Spain, where the conversations are just as valuable as the lectures. The episode starts with Dr. Zhiqiang Luo, who shares his perspective on educating the next generation of dentists in an increasingly digital world. The discussion explores how students are adapting to technology, why foundational analog skills still matter, and the challenge of preparing future clinicians for workflows that continue to evolve at a rapid pace. It's an insightful look at where dental education is headed and how digital dentistry is becoming second nature to new graduates. The conversation then shifts to one of the most memorable encounters from the event as Elvis and Barb sit down with Alyson Bravo, a passionate dental technician from Brazil who has traveled across the globe to attend exocad Insights. What starts as a discussion about digital workflows quickly turns into a story about chasing dreams, making connections, and experiencing the international dental community firsthand. Alyson talks about discovering digital dentistry, teaching himself advanced design techniques, and the excitement of finally meeting people he has only known through podcasts, social media, and online education. The episode wraps up with returning friend of the podcast Tobias Specht from Ivoclar. Fresh off several major product announcements, Tobias gives listeners an inside look at the collaboration between Ivoclar and exocad and how customer feedback continues to shape product development. He discusses the integration of Ivotion into the exocad workflow, the importance of training and education, and how Ivoclar works with customers around the globe to refine new products before they ever reach the market.Special Guests: Alyson Bravo, Dr. Zhiqiang Luo, and Tobias Specht.

Send us a messageAny religion outside of true Christianity falls into the category of a mystery religion, as ultimately, they all lead people to damnation. Mystery Babylon is a stridency of confusion, offering many false paths to salvation. Some of the Epistles were written to counter false teachings of the Gnostics (1 John 4:2), and the Nicolaitans (Rev. 2:15), that had already begun to creep into the early church. Jesus also warned of these apostates in Matthew 7:15-16: “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits.” A wolf is merciless, devouring its prey with no hesitation. Being wrapped in sheep's clothing makes these false teachers all the more dangerous. Only by knowing the doctrines of the Bible can we seek to avoid deception in these last days, and remain steadfast in readiness – for Jesus comes quickly!(Carl Joseph: “What Is Mystery Babylon?”)Support the showVisit our website: https://agapelightministries.com/

The last six months of consistent classroom teaching has reminded me of an important lesson: Students are more capable than they think. In reading, writing, and math, many times what our students need aren't intensive lessons covering specific steps for success, but rather repeated opportunities to achieve, to practice doing important skills even if they do it poorly early on, and a chance to see their own growth over time.It is a beautiful thing to see a student learn a new skill, and it is a satisfying moment for everyone when that student realizes he or she is capable of learning beyond what they expected for themselves.Show Notes: https://bit.ly/4aRIEzw

Bryan Green and Krissy Hoadley of The Commercial Break built a #1 comedy podcast with over 50 million downloads and absolutely no plan. Over a thousand episodes in, they're finally spilling the behind-the-scenes. What makes a show last? What's the actual creative process? And who on earth is Frankie B? Fun fact, Bryan was in my very first podcast launch cohort in 2019 which is how this show began. What listeners will take away: The mindset shift that separates podcasters who last from the ones who quit at episode twelve A simple way to choose a co-host that actually works — it has nothing to do with who makes you laugh The full, ridiculous, endearing origin story of Frankie B and why Bryan thinks he might be the secret engine of the whole show Why chasing trends, polish, and strategy is exactly backwards The 20/80 rule for showing up on days when you have nothing Notable Timestamps: 07:07 — Bryan on the "big fuck this" moments every podcaster hits and why you keep going anyway 09:59 — "Perfection is the enemy of consistency" — the line that will stick with you 13:06 — Why Bryan doesn't care if you think his podcast has too many ums 15:42 — The 20/80 rule: what to do when you walk in with nothing 17:29 — The Apple review that finally told Bryan what his show actually was 25:52 — The full Frankie B origin story (12 views, Ruby Tuesday's, and a text from Jason) 35:52 — The line Bryan won't cross, even when something is funny 37:26 — His read on the Manosphere and why most of those guys are running a grift 43:46 — The whole strategy, summed up in one sentence Links and Resources: The Commercial Break: thecommercialbreak.com Bryan Green on Instagram: https://instagram.com/bryanwgreen Frankie B on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@frankbennardo6063 Book a free clarity call with Allison: allisonhare.com/freecall Prefer to watch on YouTube? Students risk losing up to 40% of their learning over summer break (Atteberry and McEachin). In 2020 two researched looked at 200 million test scores from 18 million students across all 50 states over an 8 year period (2008-2016).The take away: The Summer Slip is real, and it can be neutralized with just 15 minutes of reading and math each day. Parents, we don't have to run a boot camp, but we have the opportunity to keep learning engagement high. Let's make school as fun and accessible as possible for our children. A lot of creators chase growth before realizing Podcast community matters more than downloads that disappear after one listen. The morning show cast and crew talk about the difference between having an audience and building real connection, the kind where listeners share your episodes, message you about how the show helped them, and keep showing up because they feel part of something. There's also a bigger conversation around consistency, vulnerability, and why the strongest momentum usually comes from the people already paying attention, not random spikes in traffic. By the end, you may stop thinking of community as a bonus and start seeing it as the reason podcasts last in the first place.Episode Highlights:[02:11] Personal Update and Gratitude[02:47] Spotlight Series Introduction[13:42] Why Community Beats Numbers[14:34] Listener Moments That Prove Impact[19:42] Audience vs. Community Signals[26:13] The Five-Step Community Framework[28:10] Step One: Embed Before You Lead[29:58] Connecting Two Tribes[33:44] Show Up and Learn People[36:33] What Makes Leaders Strong[45:43] Audience vs. Network vs. Community[53:17] Personal Priorities and Wrap-UpLinks & Resources:Cartridge and Quest:https://www.cartridgeandquest.com/Feature Your Podcast on the Podcasting Morning Show:https://PodcastingMorningShow.com/spotlightThe Podcasting Morning Show:www.podcastingmorningshow.comWays to Watch or Listen: https://www.podcastingmorningshow.com/joinus/Meet the PMS Cast and Crew:https://podcastingmorningshow.com/peopleJoin The Empowered Podcasting Facebook Group:www.facebook.com/groups/empoweredpodcastingBook A Free Call With Marc:https://calendly.com/ironickmedia/freestrategycallApplication To Submit Your Show For Evaluation:https://podcastingmorningshow.com/evalJoin us every other Monday at 8 AM ET for the Obsession Worthy Podcasts:http://podcastingmorningshow.com/owp/Join us LIVE every weekday morning at 8 am ET (US) on Clubhouse: https://podcastingmorningshow.com/clubhouseEPC3 Speaker Application: https://empoweredpodcasting.com/speakersPowered by iRonickMedia.com and ContentCreatorsAccountant.comSend in your mailbag questions: https://www.podcastingmorningshow.com/contact/ or marc@ironickmedia.comWant to be a guest on The Podcasting Morning Show? Meta, a trillion dollar company, is convinced you need more Virtual Reality in your life, but they also like making money, so they're moving to mobile gaming. That might be great for revenue, but it's going to be bad for focus and downtime. Make some time this week to take a brain break and experience some boredom. I dare you. While you're working on being bored, check out Mark 7:14-23 where Jesus reminds us that our hearts are our real problem. Yes, tech can feed the worst in us, and we should remove tech that causes us to sin, but it doesn't cause us to be bad. We are plenty bad on our own. We need to give our hearts to Jesus, do what he says, and use the tech that helps us look more like him.Show Notes: https://bit.ly/4u04UyL
