Provinsiale onderwysdepartemente sal teen 2027 'n reuse begrotingstekort hê. 'n Openbare raadplegingsproses begin oor Eskom se voorgestelde kragtariefverhogings.

Gleenobly and her husband have faced a challenging journey in their quest to start a family for over 13 years. Their path has been marked by significant obstacles, including Gleenobly's diagnoses of endometriosis, ovarian cysts, miscarriage, and even a brain tumor. She states: We have tried everything under the sun except for IVF. We are still not yet parents, but we hope to be as soon as possible. Not only have we had to deal with the heartbreak of disappointment after disappointment after disappointment, but in the last three years, we also had surprise medical problems like knee surgery (my husband), a brain tumor (me), natural pregnancy, miscarriage, and moving to a different country (U.S.A. to England). Jelissa opens up about the profound emotional toll she's endured on her journey through IVF, alongside the heartache of pregnancy loss. To cope, she immerses herself in a whirlwind of activities, all while battling the pervasive anxiety that creeps in as she prepares for new cycles of IVF. Her world is further rocked by her husband's startling diagnosis. Jelissa's relentless pursuit of parenthood spans over 7 years, during which she grapples with a blood disorder known as antiphospholipid syndrome. This condition triggers an autoimmune response, erroneously targeting vital blood proteins. Tragically, it heightens the risk of miscarriages and stillbirths among expectant mothers. Imagine an insemination kit with a syringe specifically designed for the female body that you can use with your partner or sperm donor in the comfort of your own home. I'm delighted to have Maureen Brown, co-founder of Mosie Baby joining me on the this week to talk about the home insemination kit that she and her husband designed after being faced with infertility.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ As you know, I really love innovative products and ideas that help people reach their goals. Anything that helps demystify fertility and helps women get pregnant is a win in my book. What I love about the Mosie Baby story is that Maureen and her husband decided to create a product that they could not find and wished existed during their fertility journey. Let's face it, infertility and trying to conceive (TTC) can be incredibly costly! Oftentimes, people are forced to walk away to avoid draining their savings or fertility treatments, adoption, surrogacy, and egg/sperm donorship aren't an option financially. In episode #232 of The Hormone P.U.Z.Z.L.E Podcast, our guest Maureen Brown talks about At-Home Insemination and Mosie Baby. More about Maureen: Maureen and Marc Brown launched Mosie Baby after struggling to conceive for years before their diagnosis of Unexplained Infertility. They simply wanted an alternative way to try and conceive at home prior to spending thousands at a doctors office. When they couldn't find it, they decided to make it. And that's how Mosie was born (pun fully intended)! They conceived the first Mosie Baby, their son, in 2015 and have since helped over 100,000 families inseminate in the privacy of their own home. We talk about how the kit was invented, her own experience using it, how it works, and about some of her favorite success stories.
About Our Guest: Maureen Brown of Mosie Baby Maureen Brown is the Founder & CEO of Mosie Baby. Mosie Baby is the developer and inventor of the Mosie Kit, a groundbreaking at-home insemination product that's safe, simple, affordable, and clinically proven to be as effective as IUI for conception.
Sekswerk is dalk binne twee jaar wettig.

Maureen and her husband experienced unexplained infertility as they were trying to conceive their first born. With fewer support groups and products on the Internet to ease their experience, they felt extremely frustrated and isolated. They created a product, the Mosie syringe, to add a low risk, low intervention option to the market for people experiencing the same thing. Their first child was the inspiration for that product and their second child was the result of that product. In this episode, we discuss removing the shame around artificial insemination and empowering people to embrace this path. Maureen speaks on getting familiar with your body, the power of words, and how their company, Mosie Baby, works to create a space that talks about artificial insemination in an honest, respectful, educational, and supportive way. For many people, there’s a desire to love something that we haven’t met yet, and there’s many different journeys we can choose to pursue in an effort to find that. Tune in to hear Maureen’s hope for the future and ways we can destigmatize this love-filled method of conception. For show notes & more: www.storkdpodcast.com/podcast

In todays episode I speak with Mosie Trewhitt from Liberty horsemanship. Mosie is someone who gives me great hope for the future of horses on the planet. She is young and had the courage to understand there was a different way of being with horses from a teenager, and as a natural part of the social media generation, has a large following on Instagram, and is showing the world of horsepeople young and old, what is possible through choice and positive reinforcement. She is still young and knows that even though she is working in a new way, that there is even further for her to go. She is at a stage of really listening to her horses and seeing what they have to say, on where they can go together. I will be keeping a close eye on Mosie’s work as she develops it over the coming years, she is a real leader for her generation and I love that she was willing to share her story with a fellow podcaster. Mosie could easily have seen me as competition, but she instead saw me as a fellow traveller working with the same dream, to make the world a better place for horses, and she was happy to be interviewed and share her story. You can connect with Mosie on her website or Instagram account. You can also find her podcast on her website or on most podcast aps, it's called In the Spirit of Horse.

Maureen Brown and her husband, Marc, tried to conceive for a couple of years before receiving help from a fertility specialist, ultimately procreating a smart and beautiful little girl. In their struggle to conceive on their own, however, they discovered they could offer something to other people struggling with the same thing. They saw a need for an at-home pregnancy syringe, a syringe specifically purposed for at-home artificial insemination. While the turkey baster method has been around for some time (probably since the Pilgrims?), there were no products on the market specifically designed for vaginal insertion, and none that imitated what a penis actually does. The couple did some research, consulted with people in the know, and ultimately designed and co-invented a pregnancy syringe, called the Mosie Baby Syringe, which is now available for anyone who wants to conceive. In fact they used it themselves to conceive their second child. For more information on this device that helps get sperm where it needs to be for the purposes of procreation, visit www.mosiebaby.com. Welcome back from the blur that is July 4th Weekend! Last week, Dap (@dapisdope) sat down with one of REELYDOPE’s shadow investors, Mosie on Over, to talk Rick Famuyiwa’s 2015 film, Dope, and more! In Focal Point discussion, the two discuss the merits, nostalgic elements, and faults of the “indie” coming-of-age film, Dope. While Dap maintains his position from his infamous Blavity screed, Mosie has much fonder feelings about it and says just as much. After the break, the two then discussed Y Combinator’s move to provide UBI (Universal Basic Income) to select families in Oakland. From the merits of the thought experiment to its potentially dangerous implications, they air it out. As always, intros and interludes by Shruggs and the official hashtag of the show is #reelydoperadio. Don’t forget to rate us on ITunes, Stitcher, and wherever else you listen to us! And mark your calendars: After this season of REELYDOPE Radio, we’ll be taking a short-ish hiatus to work on things and plan Season 4!
