Today we're exploring a taboo topic that impacts many men: erectile dysfunction (ED). If you're a professional in the health and wellness space, it's important to be able to talk about ED and pave an easy path for those struggling to come to you about it. It's important to educate your patients and offer them solutions. Diminished blood flow for any reason is the main contributing factor for ED. It can have a negative influence on a man's confidence, his relationships, and his mental health. Addressing this problem can help restore physical health and intimacy as well as enhance overall quality of life. Men have options when it comes to finding solutions for ED, but some do have some significant drawbacks. Vasodilators can support increased blood flow, but they can be expensive, plus they don't address the underlying issue. Surgery is another option, but this can come with significant risks. This is where the P-Shot comes in. It's a minimally invasive method that uses a process of generating new blood vessels, which does address the underlying issue by helping to restore blood flow. The results speak for themselves: 90% of men who get the P-Shot report an improvement in erection quality. The safety profile of this option is one of the most appealing features of this method. The worst side effect reported is occasional bruising, which is insignificant compared to restoring sexual function. When it comes to DOR, aka Diminished Ovarian Reserve, I will forever be reminding you, your friend, your friend's mom and anyone else who will listen: “diminished” does not mean “zero”! That's why I'm so happy to have Dr. Geoffrey Sher back on the show to talk all about egg stimulation specifically for women with a diminished ovarian reserve.  I know when patients hear “diminished” when it comes to their eggs, they think it's all over. They imagine they've gone from having a whole bunch of gorgeous, high-quality eggs right to having none at all. The truth is, every ovulating human on earth is going to go through DOR. In episode 159 of the Guitar Music Theory podcast, I discuss every type of seventh chord and how to use it. Seventh chords are made when you extend a triad with an additional third. There are five qualities of seventh chords that appear in music. They are Major seven, Minor seven, Dominant seven, Minor seven flat five (a.k.a. Half diminished), and Diminished seven (also called fully diminished). I explain how these chords are built and which familiar guitar songs use them. I play songs from the Eagles, the Doobie Brothers, Garth Brooks, and more.

Andy and Brendan record this Players Championship “preview” from the shore of Portrush in Northern Ireland and they have many questions about Jay Monahan's state of the tour (and pro golf?) press conference at TPC Sawgrass.
