In this episode we discuss... 1: DeAndre Hopkins' Release and Ideal Fit The Arizona Cardinals released DeAndre Hopkins, a five-time Pro Bowler, and three-time first-team All-Pro wide receiver. In this segment, we discuss the implications of Hopkins' release and explore where he could potentially find an ideal fit after parting ways with the Cardinals. We consider various teams and scenarios that could suit Hopkins and speculate on the potential impact and fit for him in his new team. 2: Jimmy Garoppolo's Signing with the Las Vegas Raiders Jimmy Garoppolo made headlines when he signed with the Las Vegas Raiders in March. Despite failing his physical due to an injured left foot, the Raiders decided to grant him an injury waiver and proceed with the signing. We analyze the potential risks and repercussions of the Raiders' decision to sign Garoppolo despite his injury. We also discuss the possibility of this move backfiring on the team. 3: KJ Wright Questions Russell Wilson's Fit with Sean Payton KJ Wright, an ex-teammate of Russell Wilson, recently raised doubts about Wilson's ability to handle Sean Payton's coaching style. We get into the implications of Wright's comments and analyze the compatibility between Wilson's playing style and Payton's coaching approach. 4: Joel Klatt's Take on Conference Realignment We share Fox College Football Analyst Joel Klatt's perspective on conference realignment. Klatt suggests that the focus has primarily been on adding teams to increase monetary value, but he predicts that the focus may soon shift to dropping teams. We provide an in-depth analysis of the changing dynamics of conference realignment and its potential impact on college football. 5: NFL Offseason Storylines We discuss some of the biggest storylines this the NFL offseason. We dive into intriguing topics such as Sean Payton and the Broncos, Deshaun Watson and the Browns, and Bill O'Brien and Mac Jones. 6: Predicting Worst-to-First Teams in Each Division Our hosts, Brad and Alex, each select teams they believe have the potential to go from worst to first in their respective divisions. 7: NFL Draft Grades for NFC North Teams We assign grades to the teams based on their draft selections and overall strategy. Breaking down the draft classes for a wide open NFC North in 2023. Did the Chicago Bears do enough to make the jump to division title contenders? Positional value aside, the Detroit Lions are poised to be a problem. Post-Aaron Rodgers Green Bay Packers could still own the North. Can the Minnesota Vikings get off the fence? Matt Williamson (former NFL and college scout) along with Brian Peacock (radio reporter and football analyst) host this national daily NFL podcast. The Peacock & Williamson NFL Show has the most up to date news, analysis, trades, rumors, fantasy advice and NFL draft coverage! Find Peacock & Williamson on your favorite podcast platforms:
1. If you're a Bears fan, would you be equally as happy (if not happier) if the Bears trade down with say the Steelers at 17 and get Darnell Wright there as opposed to staying at 9 and taking Paris Johnson, Jr. or Peter Skoronski? 2. Assuming the top OT's, CB's and EDGE players are off the board by the 15th overall pick, do you think the Packers should take Jaxon Smith-Njigba or even Dalton Kincaid with that selection? 3. If you were a betting man, would you place a bet on the Lions winning the NFC North literally RIGHT NOW in anticipation of those odds only going up after the draft? Do you think the Lions are making a mistake by not making such a move, even if they don't love any of the QB's that fall past the Texans? 4. Assuming none of the top four QB's slide past the top-seven, how much sense would it make to you if the Vikings trade down into the early second round and roll the dice on Hendon Hooker? 5. Bears three-round mock 6. Packers three-round mock 7. Lions three-round mock 8. Vikings three-round mock

With the Bears trading down that means the Panthers are on the clock. They are 100% drafting a QB that they think will be their long term solution. The question is who will they draft? Bryce Young? CJ Stroud? Will Levis? Anthony Richardson? Who would you take? We talk about the pieces the Bears got in return and how they can shape their future and the NFC north as a whole. We also discuss the rest of the draft and how free agent signings and trades will affect the type of players teams will want to draft. Tune in for much more!

With the conclusion of the NFL Draft. Everyone starts to grade the draft. I love and hate this part because at the END OF THE DAY we won't know if this was a successful draft class until maybe 3-5 years from now. Some teams are really good at developing players. You could even look at teams in recent years with the lack of draft capital having a lot of success. Its now about when you get drafted but where you get drafted! In these next couple of episodes I take each division and breakdown each teams draft and rank them based: On the value of where they drafted certain players Addressing needs they had on the football team How they moved around in the draft Not the number of picks but what they did with those picks I also give some insight on certain players I like! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

1. In the event that the Jaguars decide to take Aidan Hutchinson with the first overall pick, there are a lot of options for the Lions to consider at pick two. They could go with another great EDGE talent in Travon Walker or Kayvon Thibodeaux, they could opt to take arguably the best overall player in the draft in Kyle Hamilton, they could throw a wild curveball and take Malik Willis, or potentially trade back. What is the latest intel that you're hearing about the Lions plans with the second overall pick? 2. Based on his first acts as Bear GM, it is clear Ryan Poles wants to completely overhaul this roster. That said, the Bears have been relatively quiet in free agency and have pressing needs on both sides of the ball including 2 new OL starters, 2-3 new WR, more CB depth, et al…with only 6 picks to work with at this time. Therein lies the dilemma for Poles and the Bears in this draft. In your view, should Chicago mainly, if not solely use this draft to surround Justin Fields with better protection and weapons, or should they almost equally focus on getting Matt Eberflus the players he needs to run his defense? 3. When the Vikings fired both Mike Zimmer and Rick Spielman, many believed this was a team headed for a roster shakeup. Turns out, the exact opposite happened with the extension of Kirk Cousins and the signing of Za'Darius Smith in free agency. It is clear that new GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah and new HC Kevin O'Connell believe the Vikings still have a roster that's fully capable of making a deep playoff run. Do you feel that way, and if not, what do the Vikings need to do in this draft to ensure their roster fits that description? 4. The Packers were actually a big part in the wildest month of trades in NFL history as they traded Davante Adams to the Raiders for Las Vegas's first and second round picks this year. That gives Brian Gutekunst four picks to work with in the first two rounds, but the Packers have a pretty bare cupboard of WR's as of now. Do you think Gutekunst should be behooved to get Aaron Rodgers two WR's in the first round alone, or do you think the Packers have needs on their roster that are almost equally as pressing? 5. Lions 3-Round Mock -(2): Kyle Hamilton -(32): Jahan Dotson -(34): Matt Corral -(66): Isaiah Likely -(97): Martin Emerson 6. Bears 3-Round Mock -(39): Skyy Moore -(48): Travis Jones -(71): Cole Strange 7. Vikings 3-Round Mock -(12): Jermaine Johnson -(46): Jalen Pitre -(77): Channing Tindall 8. Packers 3-Round Mock -(22): Drake London -(28): Boye Mafe -(53): George Pickens -(59): Leo Chenal -(92): Jeremy Ruckert
