NO INDICTMENT FERGUSON, MO SHOOTING It is a highly anticipated decision that has set Ferguson on edge; For the grand jury, the key question was whether Officer Darren Wilson, who is white, will face charges in the August 9 shooting death of Brown, 18, who was black.
