An amended autopsy report says Elijah McClain's death was caused by being injected with ketamine by paramedics after being forcibly restrained. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos decided he wanted all the smoke Thursday when he went after Carnegie Mellon University's professor Uju Anya for what she said about Queen Elizabeth the Second.  Well, Twitter let the e-commerce billionaire have it. Brigham Young University says it found no evidence of anyone yelling racial slurs at a black Duke volleyball player.  I'll tell you what they said about their investigation.  National Coalition on Black Civic Participation's Black Youth Vote launched its national "Black Collegiate & Community Challenge." Tonight, Roland talks to Chokwe Antar Lumumba, the mayor of Jackson, to find out how much longer the city will be with little to no water.   Jamarion Robinson was shot at least 59 times by two Georgia officers in 2016. His mother's initial lawsuit got thrown out. But a federal appeals court ruled a lawsuit against the officers who killed him could move forward because sovereign immunity did not extend to shooting an unconscious suspect. Jamarion's mother and her attorney will give us an update.  AT&T gets hit with a $325 million lawsuit by a Georgia businessman who accuses the media company of stealing his business plan. I'll be talking to one of the lawyers from the Mississippi Center for Justice who is fighting to change it.  The only black Duke University volleyball player was called racial slurs during a match against Bringham Young University. Her father will be joining me tonight to discuss how both schools responded and how his daughter is handling the situation. BYU said Sunday that  Internet sensation Tabitha Brown says take her as she is or don't take her at all. We'll be talking about code-switching and how some entertainment leaders want us to tone down who we are to make others comfortable.  And September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month. Two white Georgia officers will not be charged in the June 2020 death of black motorist Rayshard Brooks. The special prosecutor appointed to the case says the officers did nothing wrong.  Florida Governor Ron DeSantis suspends state Attorney Andrew Warren claiming Warren refused to enforce the state laws. Andrew Warren is here to discuss the suspension and his lawsuit to get his job back. The woman appointed by DeSantis to replace Warren reverses a policy that disproportionately targets Black cyclists. I'll talk to the NAACP President of Hillsborough County Florida Branch about biking while black.  A Florida family is remembering their brother on his 37th birthday today. They say he'd be here to celebrate if officers knew how to handle his mental health crisis. Tonight, we'll talk about the tragic case of Samuel Celestin.
