To Everything a Season: Lutheran Reflections Through the Church Year
In tonight's episode, Pastor King discusses how God's Wisdom is all around us and fuels our Witness.
Saul's conversion from a persecutor of the Church to a proclaimer of the gospel stands as one of the most remarkable transformation sin history. His encounter with the risen Christ on the road to Damascus altered the course of his life and exemplified the transformative power of Jesus. This experience shifted Saul's perspective, leading him from spiritual blindness to spreading the gospel. His transformation gives us several truths.

Resilience comes from being able to navigate life from one season to the next. What we once depended on for comfort and provision in one season can dry up. God desires to move us out of complacent comfort and into His purpose. The prophet Elijah had to navigate a season of drought where sustenance was brought directly to him through food from the ravens and water from the brook (1 Kings 17:2-6). That season ended, and God was preparing to provide for Elijah another way. He led Elijah to minister to a widow who would provide for him Pastor Reggie Roberson Sunday July 9, 2023 Live at 9:15 AM

The focus of this episode is Luke 5:16, where we learn that Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed. If Jesus is God, why did he feel the need to pray? Pastor King answers this question and more in this Lenten sermon.
EP.107 -John King has been pastoring and ministering to people for 53 years and recently retired from Riverside Community Church, a thriving congregation in central Illinois that he founded in 2000. Pastor King is also the founder of Dream Center Peoria, a faith-based not-for-profit organization located in downtown Peoria who's mission is to impact families living in poverty, starting with kids and youth. In this special episode, Andy King (John's son) and Chuck (Tate) interview John in front of a live audience at an event called Love Peoria about how the vision of DCP was birthed and how it has personally impacted him over the last 20 years.
This week, Pastor Mark King continues us in our new series titled "We Want A King!" This series centers on the rise & fall of Israel's first three kings—Saul, David, and Solomon—exploring themes of power & brokenness, national division & personal failure, and cultivating a heart after God. All three kings reveal our desperate need for Jesus as King. In this sermon, Pastor King teaches out of 1 Samuel 9-10.WEBSITEFor more information on Redemption Church Tempe, head on over to https://tempe.redemptionaz.com, to learn more about who we are, find ways to get involved, plugged in or opportunities to serve.OUR APPDownload our app https://pushpay.com/get?handle=redemptiontempe&source=externalOR text "tempe app" to 77977STAY CONNECTEDFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/redemptiontempe...Twitter: https://twitter.com/redemptionTEMInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/redemptiontempe....GIVINGEverything we have is a gift from the Lord because He owns it all. Many people would accept that Jesus was a good man and a great teacher. Many religious systems would accept that He was a prophet. But the identity of Jesus could never be truly accurate without the full acknowledgement that more than a good man and a respected prophet, He is the Son of God. Pastor King shares with us that Jesus is God. #DailyDevo
We chatted with Edie Emmons from Luray/Page Chamber of Commerce and her guest, Pastor Audre King from Living Legacy for The Valley Business Today. Pastor King told us about the non-profit, Living Legacy that he started in 2017 with a goal of restoring the "old Andrew Jackson school" and turning it into a community center to serve youths and adults throughout the community. He explained the history of the building and the man - not the Andrew Jackson you may be thinking of - and their goal of continuing his legacy while empowering others to create their own. Hershall, today we have a very gifted guest on the podcast. Pastor Donnie King is who I'm talking about... I know you thought it was the humble host that I was referring to... it was Rev. King. We recently met through a mutual friend and I have already gained such great respect for his knowledge in the Word of God. He talks to me today about the Bible as being a Marriage Covenant between God and mankind and he uses the Jewish wedding customs to prove his point. It was truly a great conversation. He even told us some things about the Old Testament prophet, Jonah, that are very interesting. I hope that the Word of God and his Love for all of us is opened up to everyone who listens today! If you would like to be part of the weekly episodes, send us some feedback at devin@podnme.org. you can also find us on Instagram @podn_me. If you'd like to contact our guest, Pastor King, you may do so by sending him an email at dkministries1977@yahoo.com. God Bless & Enjoy!

Romans 10:17What have you been listening to lately? Pastor King encourages us to choose what to listen to — to read and listen to things that build our faith up, especially by going back to the Word of God. #DailyDevo

We have a ministry of homes called Vatra Village in Moldova that rescues orphaned children from the risks of human trafficking. Once saved, they find the love of Jesus and go back out into the villages where they came from to minister to those families. Recently, the children at The Orphans Hands heard about a sick family whose father had passed away from cancer, a dying mother, leaving two children without hope. They were about to be kicked out of their home when our kids asked them if they could help. Today, we have a video that we would like to share with you, filmed and edited by the kids, about how your love and support start to open doors of redemption in these families' lives. For more information about The Orphans Hands, please visit us at www.theorphanshands.org. On Daily Faith today, our guest is Pastor Ed King. He is the founding pastor of Redemption Church in Knoxville, TN. He shares a passion for ministering to people about God's redemptive power. Our lives have been changed drastically due to the pandemic, and everything we knew, as usual, has been shaken. Knowledge has increased, and the state of fear in our country has become more intense. However, God is waiting to redeem you from your past misery and pain. He longs to commune with you, setting your feet on a solid foundation. Pastor King has a powerful word to share with you about what he believes is taking place in the world today and how God is looking for those who are ready for a great awakening. We believe that all of these past events that have taken place are getting us prepared to see a mighty move of the Holy Spirit sweep across the world. The harvest time is here, and we want to be a bride ready for her groom. Pastor Kleber Pedroso

In this podcast episode, Frank King says everyone who is committed to following the Lord is on a faith journey. That’s because walking by faith is the only kind of journey the Lord calls us to. It's the only kind of journey the Holy Spirit leads us on. And it’s the only kind of journey the Word of God will lead us on. Nevertheless, Pastor King explains what makes walking by faith a challenge for us.
