An episode from Queanbeyan Bible Baptist Church (QBBC), a conservative, independent body of King James Bible believers located near Canberra, NSW Australia. What QBBC believes about the Holy Bible: That both verbal and plenary inspiration applies to the Scriptures known as the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testament Canon. That is, that God literally breathed His words and that every part of the Scriptures is the Word of God. 2 Timothy 3:16. We believe that God preserved His words as he promised to do. These words are preserved in the original languages of Hebrew and Greek exactly the way He intended them to be without need of addition or subtraction to any part of them. We also believe that the doctrine of inspiration is of no value without the doctrine of preservation. We believe that the doctrine of inspiration is of no value without the doctrine of preservation. Therefore, the Authorized King James Version of 1611, is the perfect, preserved, inspired, infallible, inerrant Word of God for English speaking people. Simply, the Authorized King James Version is the Scriptures in English. It should be read, memorized, obeyed, and trusted as the very words of God as He intended them to be. The King James Bible is superior to any other version available and is the final authority in all matters. Exodus 24:3; Deuteronomy 6:6-9; 29:29; Joshua 1:8; Job 23:12; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; James 1:22. Have you ever felt like life just isn't fair? Like you're stuck… waiting for something to change? In this week's message, Pastor Kevin challenges us to rethink what we believe about healing, fairness, God's will, and divine timing. We ask the hard questions:• What do we do when God doesn't move the way we expected?• What if it's not about the right time, place, or effort—but about God's presence?• And what happens when Jesus looks you in the eye and asks, “Do you want to be well?”This message is for anyone who's ever felt forgotten, overlooked, or stuck on the sidelines. If you've been “at the pool” and haven't seen your breakthrough yet, this word will encourage and challenge you._______________________________________________Today's Message Notes: http://bible.com/events/49460762Stay Updated on our Campus: https://linktr.ee/nlcsearcyOnline Giving: http://newlifechurch.tv/givingMailing Address: 2851 West Beebe-Capps Expy, Searcy, AR 72143For more information on our campus, email us at searcy@newlifechurch.tv or visit newlifechurch.tv. Text: Acts 4:32–5:11; Exodus 36; Leviticus 25; Isaiah 55; John 17Title: “What Can Stop a Move of God?”When revival moves, it's not just the world that notices—hell notices too. In this message, we explore how Spirit-filled community can be corrupted from within through pride, hypocrisy, and false appearances. We look at the radical generosity of the early church and contrast it with the deception of Ananias and Sapphira. Along the way, we trace God's vision for generosity from Eden to the cross and ask hard questions about financial idolatry, spiritual performance, and carrying God's name in vain. If you've ever wondered what can stop a move of God—this message shows you how it starts…and how to stop it from happening in you.

Patience, 2 Peter 3:9,15 - Pastor Kevin Ricafort
In our world today - there's a skepticism about Christianity (although, it's shifting!). The idea that a Palestinian Jew from the 1st century died and rose again - and that having something to do with our salvation - sounds laughable. But this is no new challenge.Paul received a similar response when he shared his faith with the people of Athens (cf Acts 17:32). And yet, the case for Christianity was so compelling to that 1st century audience that the masses joined this minor movement. Why were "some" of that Athenian crowd compelled? How did the minor movement of Christianity convince a larger Roman culture positioned against it?Listen as Pastor Kevin unpacks Paul's message to the "men of Athens" -- and see the relevance of that same message for us today.

The last time we were in Ephesians, we spent 2 weeks talking about what to put off and put on as we walk out the new us.In this message, Pastor Kevin will break down how we get to focus on how we walk.
This week, Pastor Kevin brings a powerful message from Luke 15:1–10 that places Serve Day in the larger rhythm of our year of Gospel Hospitality. We're reminded that hospitality isn't a personality trait—it's a Gospel command. As we prepare to step outside our red doors, this sermon calls us to join the search party with Jesus, who welcomes the lost and rejoices when they are found.Through stories, scripture, and challenge, we're invited to serve with strategy, love with intention, and remember the grace that first found us. This isn't just about volunteering—it's about reaching. Because every lost thing has value. And every welcome echoes the one we've already received in Christ.
In this powerful message, Pastor Kevin reminds us that when you start preparing for the presence of God, you also need to prepare for the punches from the enemy. Using the imagery of spiritual warfare and the reality of life's unexpected blows, this sermon challenges you to stop taking hits passively and start standing in authority. It's not a matter of if the punches come, but when — and when they do, will you be ready? Learn how to fight back with faith, suit up with the armor of God, and keep standing when the enemy tries to knock you out. This one's for the fighters.
Happy Independence Day weekend, church family! The fourth of July weekend is all about celebrating freedom. As citizens, we celebrate our freedom from tyranny and oppression. One of the most famous lines that I am sure many of you know is this one: “The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.” This has been attributed to Thomas Jefferson, but it was originally stated by John Philpott Curran in 1790. Think about that: The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. As Christians, we have been granted incredible freedom in Christ. We have been granted freedom from guilt and from condemnation. We have been delivered from the power of sin, Satan, and death. Yet, here is the reminder that we all need. Freedom requires vigilance. The apostle Paul gives this exhortation in Galatians 5:13, “For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.” The way that we fight for the enjoyment of the freedom that we have receive in Christ is by dedicating ourselves to serve one another in love. So, our message this Sunday was taken from Romans 13:8-13. It is called “Owe Nothing But to Love.” Looking forward to worshiping with you and celebrating together the deep freedom of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Enjoy Jesus deeply, family. Slow down and savor His grace. Come Sunday, invite a friend. God is so good!
Send us a textWhat if God's standard isn't meant to crush you—but to lead you to Christ? In Week 6 of Summer on the Mount, Pastor Kevin unpacks Matthew 5:17–20, where Jesus says He didn't come to abolish the Law but to fulfill it. This isn't about lowering the bar—it's about learning to rely on the One who carried the cross. Whether you've tried and failed, or never even tried, this message reveals how God's love meets us at the line we can't cross on our own.
This week Pastor Kevin Pinkerton continues our series, Feel-Good Faith. Pastor Kevin addresses the feel-good notion that God wants us to be safe. However, it is costly to follow Christ. Tune in to check out the answer to these problems.

In Acts 15, the first Church Council meeting was held. The topic: circumcision. The attendees: Peter, Paul, James, Barnabas, and the other apostles and elders.Does that information sound relevant to you? If you're a Christian (and even if you're not!) - - it might just be the most relevant + important council ever held for your faith + life.In this sermon, Pastor Kevin unpacks the importance of this Church Council meeting - by way of a much more relevant (in terms of timing) cultural artifact.Listen and consider how their conclusion impacts you this day!

Texts: Acts 4:18–31; Psalm 2; Isaiah 55; This week, we find Peter and John under pressure—commanded by powerful authorities to stop speaking the name of Jesus. But instead of shrinking back, they say: “We cannot help but speak.” What gives ordinary people that kind of courage? In this message, we explore how Spirit-filled boldness isn't about hype or personality—it's about a life aligned with heaven. As the early church prays, the room shakes, and the Spirit fills them again. If you've ever faced fear, silence, or spiritual pressure, this message is for you. Boldness begins in prayer—and the world still needs your voice.
We are all called in different capacities to bring the gospel around the world. When Jesus changes our lives for the better, we are commissioned to grow the Kingdom of God. Pastor Kevin brings biblical perspective to show how Jesus did this firsthand.
