An episode from Queanbeyan Bible Baptist Church (QBBC), a conservative, independent body of King James Bible believers located near Canberra, NSW Australia. What QBBC believes about the Holy Bible: That both verbal and plenary inspiration applies to the Scriptures known as the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testament Canon. That is, that God literally breathed His words and that every part of the Scriptures is the Word of God. 2 Timothy 3:16. We believe that God preserved His words as he promised to do. These words are preserved in the original languages of Hebrew and Greek exactly the way He intended them to be without need of addition or subtraction to any part of them. We also believe that the doctrine of inspiration is of no value without the doctrine of preservation. We believe that the doctrine of inspiration is of no value without the doctrine of preservation. Therefore, the Authorized King James Version of 1611, is the perfect, preserved, inspired, infallible, inerrant Word of God for English speaking people. Simply, the Authorized King James Version is the Scriptures in English. It should be read, memorized, obeyed, and trusted as the very words of God as He intended them to be. The King James Bible is superior to any other version available and is the final authority in all matters. Exodus 24:3; Deuteronomy 6:6-9; 29:29; Joshua 1:8; Job 23:12; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; James 1:22. Texts: Acts 3:1–10, Acts 4:13, Isaiah 36:6 In Week 3 of our MOVE series, Pastor Kevin preaches from Acts 3:1–10, where Peter and John encounter a man stuck at the temple gate—paralyzed, overlooked, and surviving but not truly living. This message reminds us that the Gospel doesn't begin with a sermon or a platform. It begins with a look. A reach. A movement toward brokenness.God still moves through ordinary people who choose Spirit-led obedience—who refuse to walk past pain and instead bring the power of Jesus into everyday places. When we reach, people rise. And when people rise, the world begins to believe again.
Week 4 of SUMMER AT BETHLEHEM with Executive Pastor of Discipleship Kevin Miller. Pastor Kevin leaves us with 3 big questions to reflect on from John 15.
During this message, Pastor Kevin is going to teach through Philippians 3 encouraging us to shift our confidence from religious achievements or past experiences to a deep, growing relationship with Jesus. True and lasting joy comes not from what's behind or from striving to earn God's love, but by pressing forward in faith, trusting that the best is yet to come in Christ.
Long before we spoke a word, God spoke purpose over us.
Are you stuck in spiritual survival mode, feeling choked by stress, busyness, or unmet desires? In this message from our Life Changing Pictures & Parables series, Pastor Kevin unpacks the “Third Soil” in Jesus' parable and reveals how worry, work, and wants can quietly strangle our spiritual growth. But there's a way out. Discover how daily surrender can clear the weeds, restore your soul, and lead you into the biblical prosperity God wants for your life, relationships, and purpose. “Get out of the weeds—and prosper.”
In the final message of our Broken Home series, Pastor Kevin walks us through how we can pass down a new legacy of the gospel in our lives to our children and their children.

What are your expectations of yourself? What are your expectations of others? Odds are, you struggle a bit with both. Explore what the Teacher of Ecclesiastes has to say about this in Pastor Kevin's sermon, THE LIMITING FACTOR.

We're going to take a little different approach to this letter than we did to the others. We are going to concentrate on the primary theme of this letter: authority. There is legitimate and illegitimate authority in the world. It's related to power, but not the same as power. If the church is to somehow get a handle on a world spiraling seemingly into immorality, we need to understand these concepts. - Pastor Kevin
In this deeply reflective episode, we turn to one of the rawest and most human moments in Scripture—Job 3. Through careful exegesis, Pastor Kevin walks us verse by verse through Job's anguished lament as he breaks his silence and curses the day of his birth. Why does Job—described as a righteous man—give voice to such despair? What can we learn about the nature of suffering, human vulnerability, and faith in the darkest seasons of life? We'll explore the literary structure of the chapter, its rich poetic imagery, and the theological implications of lament within a life of faith. This sermon invites listeners to wrestle honestly with sorrow and to find hope, not in easy answers, but in the God who hears us when words fail.Join us with an open Bible and an open heart as we journey through Job 3 together.

Pastor Kevin preaches this week on how "I Am A Child of God" from Galatians 3:26 - 4:7.
Texts: Acts 2:14–41; Joel 2:28–32; Psalm 16; Romans 10:13This week, we follow Peter—the same man who once denied Jesus—now standing with boldness and clarity, proclaiming the Gospel to thousands. What changed? The Holy Spirit moved in, and Peter moved forward. In this message, we explore how Spirit-filled speech isn't about eloquence—it's about obedience. We see how God gives us words that cut through confusion, call people to repentance, and carry the hope of salvation. If you've ever felt unqualified to speak for God, this message is for you. The Spirit has something to say—through you.

In this opening message of our new series MOVE, Pastor Kevin Mullins invites us into the unstoppable, Spirit-filled movement that began in Acts and continues through us today. Today's sermon is Breaking My Heart by Kevin Edwards Find more teaching from Pastor Kevin at www.calvaryclayton.com
In this sermon, Pastor Kevin looks at Luke 6:1-11. Jesus confronts the Pharisees' legalism by asserting His lordship over the Sabbath, exposing how their man-made rules miss the heart of God's law. While the Pharisees are fixated on outward obedience, their hearts are withered—unable to rejoice in mercy, healing, or grace. In contrast, the gospel invites us to a transformed heart shaped by the gospel, where delight in His lordship leads to compassion, humility, and true rest.
Pastor Kevin's sermon taught that while our capabilities and skills can open opportunities, it is our character that allows us to sustain and grow in them. He reminded us that skills are gifts from God meant to serve others, but true transformation happens when we cultivate Christlike character through daily surrender and spiritual discipline. What impresses people may be visible, but what truly matters is how God shapes our hearts.
Pastor Kevin continues our series "Power in Weakness" with a sermon from 2 Corinthians 11:1-15.

This Sunday, we are going to continue our series called Summer of Love. One of the great encouragements in the call to love one another as God has loved us is that the source of our love is the eternal and immutable Triune God. Agape love is extremely challenging. Loving others as Christ has loved us is not something that we can merely “will” into existence. Loving those who have wronged us or neglected us can seem impossible. It is impossible if it's left to us. Here's the good news: Agape love is actually the overflow of our relationship to God. It is Christ in us who loves through us. The impulse in our hearts to love one another is something that flows out of an eternal impulse with God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The early church father, Augustine famously said these words: “Wherever there is Love, there is a Trinity. A Lover (God the Father), a Beloved (God the Son) and a Fountain of Love (the Holy Spirit).” We are going to dive into the depths of Triune love this Sunday and discover how and why God's love compels us to love others just as He loved us! Our message is called How The Trinity Fuels Our Love. Our Scripture will be John 17:20-26. Looking forward to worshipping with you. Connect with us online at www.waterbrooke.church
Have you ever heard the phrase "born-again"? In some circles of Christianity, this phrase is often used to talk about conversion - becoming a Christian. They might call themselves a "born-again" Christian. But how does one become "born-again"? What does it look like? In Acts, chapter 9, we get a glimpse of just such a conversion. Saul has been persecuting the Church...but by the time Jesus is done with him - he has an entirely new outlook on life. He's a new person. He's born-again!In this sermon, Pastor Kevin walks through the conversion of Saul, to highlight the ways in which God continues to "convert" us towards His grace + mercy in our daily walks with Jesus.
