We are joined by licensed Paralegal Nadine Little of Little Paralegal Services. Recently, we have been hearing about issues with tenants and landlords coming up in our social circles. So we wanted to talk to someone that actually knows about the laws of the rental world, what rights do tenants and landlords have, dealing with "squatters" and how to protect yourself before entering into any type of rental agreement. Nadine also clears up a misconception about eviction that we were "today years old when we learned..." Highly recommend tuning in for this one if you are looking to become a landlord or a tenant.
