In this episode, I sit down with Certified Hypnotherapist and Intuitive Guide, Lynnsey Robinson, to explore the power of the subconscious mind and how it shapes every thought, emotion, and action we take. Lynnsey helps ambitious women all over the world clear subconscious blocks so they can embody their highest potential and manifest their deepest desires. We talk about what the subconscious actually is, how hypnotherapy works, and why “self-sabotage” is really just misguided protection from an outdated program. Lynnsey breaks down how to align your conscious goals with your subconscious beliefs, why unknown success can feel as scary as failure, and how to teach your subconscious that growth and abundance are safe.If you've ever wondered why you get stuck repeating patterns or why some goals feel out of reach no matter how hard you try, this episode will help you see what's really happening beneath the surface and how to reprogram your mind for the life you want.Click HERE to watch this episode on YouTube. If this episode resonated with you, please subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who needs to hear this. Links and Resources:Order my #1 New Release book In PursuitIf you love what you're hearing on the podcast, you've gotta check out my private coaching offers. The unprecedented third show of new releases this month ends the series not with a whimper but with triumph. These aren’t extras or third-rate fillers. The tracks aired tonight proudly stand next to those played in the first two shows. In fact, this episode is not only the longest but most varied of the trio. Part of the reason for the length, though, is the last minute decision to add a set devoted to today’s release of the reissue of my third favorite album of all time, Let It Be by The Replacements. This new box includes a disc of outtakes and other rarities, along with a live album recorded in Chicago on August 17, 1984. I also added a couple of songs by a band I saw in Minneapolis last Saturday. Playing with our friends the Daniel James Gang (led by former Indonesia Junk front man Daniel James and accompanied by Geoff Palmer on second guitar) and opener Cheap Glue (oh man, I need them to record ASAP), Smart Shoppers are a performance art/punk band from Green Bay, and Shop Among Us is quite fun. The gang splits the Adam this week as they review the first horror movie to win an academy award, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1931). Dr. Henry Jekyll (Gee-Kull) is a man who can do no wrong, but his obsession with dividing man into his darker animalistic side and the "good" side that he constantly fronts, leads him to concoct a potion that physically does just that. Held captive in his own body while his dark mind runs wild and ruins his life and name, Jekyll must live with the consequences of his alter ego, Mr. Hyde. The gang is joined by Former Film Fest Coordinator, Kate Bush superfan, MA, MLIS, and Film Twitter celeb, Molly Rasberry, to talk about Pre Code movies and what makes that such a dynamite time in film history. God’s love heals the deepest places. Discover identity in Christ, inner healing, and how to hear God without fear. What if disruption is actually an invitation from Love to begin again? In this heartfelt conversation, Catherine Toon and author Felicia Murrell explore how God’s love restores our true identity, calms our nervous system, and leads us into spiritual healing and wholeness. You’ll learn practical ways to move from self-judgment to compassion, from suspicion to curiosity, and from striving to experiencing God in the present moment. Felicia shares rich wisdom on listening to your body (“I am your body, and I want you to know…”) and how kindness helps us drop from fight/flight into peace. Together we unpack living from the Tree of Life instead of the knowledge of good and evil, holding both our ontological oneness and our beautiful differences—without diminishing anyone. Scripture threads include: Psalm 139 (God’s intimate design), Zephaniah 3:17 (Love sings over you), Luke 15 (coming to ourselves and turning toward home), and Ephesians 2:10 (God’s workmanship—His poem). The takeaway: when the “only way forward is toward,” we can move toward God, toward each other, and even toward our own hearts with grace. Practical application: Try Felicia’s prompt: “I am your body, and I want you to know…”—write unedited for 5 minutes. Notice what Love highlights. Ask: “Holy Spirit, what’s the most loving thing I can do right now?” This simple shift nurtures Christian identity, deepens spiritual transformation, and helps you hear God’s voice in everyday life. How you got here is less important than what you do next. That single sentence captures the heart of this week's conversation with Jeremy Stalnecker. Jeremy is a former Marine Corps Infantry Officer, author, speaker, and the Executive Director of the Mighty Oaks Foundation - a nonprofit helping veterans, first responders, and families heal from trauma and rediscover purpose. In this episode, Jeremy and I talk about what happens when your identity is built around what you do and that chapter suddenly ends. He shares openly about his own spiral after leaving the Marine Corps, losing his sense of self, and how he found his way back through faith, humility, and the people who were willing to tell him the hard truth. We unpack what it means to take radical responsibility for your life, how to begin again after failure or loss, and why leadership is never about control. We also explore the difference between purpose and profession, what it really means to forgive and surrender, and how to stay the course when transformation takes longer than expected. If you've ever felt stuck between who you were and who you're becoming, this conversation will remind you that the next step is always available.Click HERE to watch this episode on YouTube. If this episode resonated with you, please subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who needs to hear this. Links and Resources:Order my #1 New Release book In PursuitIf you love what you're hearing on the podcast, you've gotta check out my private coaching offers. Dan just happened to be employed by an ambulance company that was used in this daring prison break that captivated America in the 1980's.https://wildbluepress.com/chassons-run-daniel-zimmerman-true-crime/Chasson's Run Is a gripping true crime tale that will leave you on the edge of your seat. On September 6, 1982, convicted murderer Leroy James Chasson made a daring break for freedom from the Massachusetts Correctional Institute-Walpole-one of the most infamous, escape-proof prisons in the country. But this wasn't just any prison break. It was a meticulously planned, five-year effort, made possible by an unlikely accomplice-Kathleen MacDonald, Chasson's former pen-pal turned wife.In this riveting account, true crime author Daniel Zimmerman (SHOTS IN THE DARK) brings the shocking escape to life, detailing how Chasson, wounded and bleeding from self-inflicted wounds was first transferred to a hospital for treatment. Then, using a .45 automatic smuggled to him by his wife who was disguised as a nurse, took hospital guards and staff hostage, before fleeing under a hail of gunfire.Dubbed the "Bonnie and Clyde" of Massachusetts, the couple's daring run across the country captivated the nation and they would evade capture for years. Living under assumed identities, they nearly made it-until a tip from America's Most Wanted led to their eventual capture in 1989.In CHASSON'S RUN, Zimmerman creates a true crime masterpiece. A story of passion, crime, and a love that defied the law.Daniel Zimmerman, the author of the action-packed saga Shots in the Dark, has added a highly anticipated second book to his True Crime resume. In Chasson's Run, Zimmerman chronicles the notorious escape of convicted killer Leroy James Chasson from Massachusetts Walpole State Prison. Armed with equal parts ingenuity, guile and a .45 automatic, Chasson took flight from a hospital ER with his accomplice wife at his side, leading authorities on a seven-year pursuit. As a former Emergency Medical Technician, working for the ambulance firm tasked with treating and transporting prison inmates, Zimmerman had direct access to a number of first-hand eyewitness accounts of the escape. When he's not working area ice rinks and sidelines writing sports for local newspapers, Zimmerman enjoys travel and spending time with his two grandchildren. He lives on the North Shore of Boston with his wife of forty years.Filed Under: Chasson's Run, New Releases, True Crime BooksTagged With: America's Most Wanted stories, Bonnie and Clyde true story, convict on the run, crime and passion stories, criminal couples on the run, daring prison break book, dramatic true crime, escape from maximum security prison, famous prison breaks, fugitive manhunt book, high-stakes escapes, law and justice books, nonfiction crime stories, outlaw couple nonfiction, prison escape true story, real life crime thrillers, true crime books, true crime escape stories, true crime love stories"Sorry folks, but I gotta go."Author Daniel Zimmerman
