We traveled around the country directing 3 day speed camps for sports clubs and high school sports programs Began coaching Track at Ridgefield High School and soon after began coaching Football also. In 2000 the coaches and booster club at Ridgefield High School cited a need to implement a full fledged strength program so we designed a facility, raised the funds to purchase the equipment and built the Tiger Hollow Strength and conditioning center. It has expanded twice over the last 17 years and we have upgraded our equipment a few times over our evolution. We started the program with about 10 football athletes, now we work with all of the varsity teams and coach about 300 kids per season. Certs - NSCA CSCS, American College of Sports Medicine: Exercise Specialist, CPT w/ enhanced qualifications, USA Weightlifting: Club Coach USA Rugby, level 300, World Rugby Level 200 cert.
