30th April 2020 Every Tuesday and Thursday for the month of May The Francie Boylan Show will team up with Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnership, HSE and Sligo County Council/ Sligo Age Friendly for the 'Sligo Ageing Well Programme'. At 11.30am on Tuesday and Thursday on Ocean FM we will go through various exercises that you can do in your own home.
