Maureen “Mo” Riley is the Executive Director of the Ann Arbor Street Art Fair, the Original. A thirty-plus-year industry veteran, she received a BFA in Stage Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and later did post-graduate work toward an MBA at Wayne State University in Detroit. Her early career was spent as a Production Stage Manager for legitimate theatre and ballet until an unexpected turn opened the door to concert and festival management. A position as an Event Manager for the Palace of Auburn Hills and Pine Knob Music Theater led Riley to Michigan. She went on to be named the Special Events Director for Midtown Detroit's University Cultural Center Association, producer of the Detroit Festival of the Arts. She became a familiar face to film and television viewers , playing scores of small but memorable roles in Witness, American Splendor, Analyze That, Crimes and Misdemeanors, The Sopranos and Inside Llewyn Davis. Her Broadway debut was in Harvey Fierstein's Torch Song Trilogy, but her favorite role was that of Bubbie, the grandmother in the Jewish Repertory Theater production of Crossing Delancy.
