Are some of the NFL's longest-tenured GMs getting too much credit — or not enough? Raymond Summerlin is joined by Patrick Daugherty (aka @RotoPat) from NBC Sports to break down the toughest NFL general managers to rank in 2025. They dive deep into the front-office mysteries of Jerry Jones (Cowboys), Jason Licht (Buccaneers), Duke Tobin (Bengals), and John Schneider (Seahawks). They explore how teams like the Cowboys, Bucs, and Bengals repeatedly flirt with greatness but fall short when it matters most. Why does Jerry Jones wait until the offensive line crumbles? Did Jason Licht actually build a Super Bowl team — or did Tom Brady? And what's going on with the Bengals' unwillingness to pay key players? Plus, in our Best Ballers segment sponsored by DraftKings, RotoPat reveals his favorite fantasy football value pick for 2025 — and why he might (finally) be all-in.

After our producer Brian hops on the mic to share his thoughts on the Cowboys, he leaves us with two bold takes—first, that Cowboys fans are generally clueless (himself excluded), and second, the more debatable claim: Dak Prescott is a top 10 quarterback. We dive into that argument, offering our own reactions and perspectives on Dak's place among the league's elite QBs. From there, we shift gears to break down Warren Sharp's Net Rest Rating, explaining what it means and how it could impact teams like the Commanders and others across the NFL.
We kick off the show with an incredible game and unforgettable finish between the Knicks and Pacers, as the Rooster breaks down the thrilling final minutes, highlights Aaron Nesmith's scorching streak of three-pointers, and dives into Tyrese Haliburton's electric celebration; an ending that might go down as one of the greatest in NBA history. From there, our producer Brian hops on the mic to share his thoughts on the Cowboys, dropping two bold takes: that most Cowboys fans are clueless (excluding himself), and that Dak Prescott deserves a spot among the top 10 quarterbacks in the league. We dive into the debate, offering our own takes on Dak's standing, before shifting focus to Warren Sharp's Net Rest Rating and how it could impact teams like the Commanders across the NFL. The Rooster then continues his passionate critique of the NFL's prioritization of profits over player safety, particularly targeting the league's insistence on prime-time slots despite the toll of short turnaround games. We close by honoring Jim Irsay's legacy and discussing why Scary Terry's absence from OTAs isn't something to panic about, providing broader context on its implications.

NFL Draft expert Dane Brugler of The Athletic joins Warren Sharp to break down the top players, sleepers, and surprises from his 2025 NFL Draft guide — "The Beast." From Shedeur Sanders' ceiling to Travis Hunter's versatility, we cover the best of Brugler's insights on the top prospects, offensive line depth, and what makes this draft class so unpredictable.
1. A reason why some are down on this draft class overall is that only four-to-six players fit the mold of a consensus "blue chip" prospect. In your view, is Warren one of those four-to-six players and is he worthy of being selected in the top-seven despite the extremely low hit rate on first-round TE's?2. According to football data guru Warren Sharp, Colston Loveland only caught two of 10 contested targets, only forced three missed tackles (5% missed tackle rate, lowest in class), and ran just 13% of his routes against man coverage, which he'll see far more often in the NFL. Granted, he did have subpar QB play and was playing through injury last season. Of those aforementioned data points that Warren raised, which one worries you the most and why? 3. Assuming Mason Taylor makes the requisite improvements in his route running, do you think he eventually becomes that “Joker” weapon for an NFL offense? 4. Given what you do know about Elijah Arroyo's medical history, would it surprise you if he falls all the way to Day 3? 5. Does Terrance Ferguson scream "quintessential workout warrior to avoid at all costs" to you, or do you think there's a far better player at the NFL level waiting inside of him?6. Do you think Gunnar Helm is a far better athlete on tape compared to what his Combine numbers suggest, and should he fall to Day 3, do you think whichever team selects him will have a potential steal on their hands? 7. Buy Or Sell-Harold Fannin, Jr., Mitchell Evans, Thomas Fidone II, Jackson Hawes, Jake Briningstool, Moliki Matavao, Oronde Gadsden II, C.J. Dippre, Jalin Conyers
